Fast service.  They took 5 minutes to figure out the issue, and 15 minutes to resolve it.  Then they charged me for 2 hours of labor.  I am absolutely disgusted.

Hands down the best plumber in town.  Honest, hard-working, and knows his stuff.  Highly recommend Warren!

Based on positive reviews and a good first impression I  hired Trevor Young for my remodeling project. He gave me a reasonable bid and promised to start work on Monday. And then at the last minute he sent an email, he had changed his mind, and my project wasn't worth his time. How professional!

There is a reason that this company has the earliest business license in Reno and is still in business today. They have great employees and are honest!  Roxie recently installed two new toilets for us and I must say that she is a beast. She is one of the hardest workers I have seen!  I was totally impressed!  I highly recommend Savage & Son for your plumbing needs!

We used this company to fix our Navien tankless water heater.   They were immediately responsive,  and Mr Gibson was willing to drive to Donner Summit to help us out.   Mrs Gibson is very friendly and easy to work with on the phone.   They are competent, reliable and finish the job in a timely manner.   Highly recommend this company!

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. I found 5 Star Plumbing during the height of the pandemic and chose them because Dave always had a mask on.  He installed my gas dryer a year ago.  I recently had him come back to install a new kitchen faucet and reconfigure the valves under my sink.   He is extremely professional and personal.  Dave isn't trying to sell you anything you don't want or need--seriously. He is a hard working plumber who wants the customer to be happy with the end result.  

I also can't say enough about Barbara who does the scheduling etc.  You will get a prompt response (nearly instantly) when you email or phone her.   She is very accommodating and understanding about life events.   You can feel 100 percent confident in selecting this business for your plumbing needs.      The people at 5 Star Plumbing are very ethical and you won't be disappointed.  I hope this review helps you in making your choice.

Installed a new gas line to new heating unit.  Was on time and finished the job. Would called again to do a great job.

Jesse was very nice and thorough.  I thought I had a much more difficult clog, as it had been give me trouble for a while.  Jesse took care of it quickly, and easily.  I would recommend them again if need be.

My storm drain was clogged and flooding the my entire parking lot on Dec 10th. Eduardo (Tech #21)  came through and handled his business! He is professional, kind, and definitely knows what he is doing when it comes to storm drains. I will DEFINITELY call Preferred when I have ANY plumbing issues. Respect!

I'm torn on this one. Had them out twice to snake and scope sewer line. That went really well. While they were there I asked for two bids, both plumbing related. It's been 3 or 4 weeks now, still no response to my bid request. I've called 4 times!! 3 of the phones calls wrapped up with you'll have the bids 'tomorrow'. Still waiting.

Our pipes froze at about 3 AM this winter. I contacted Josh that day and he was here several hours later. He worked after hours into the dark night in the freezing cold inside and outside the house.  Josh solved a difficult issue with aplomb.

I was referred to joes plumbing and am so happy I was! I had a slight crisis when my 3 year old son flushed little army men down the toilet.
