Best Sink Installation in Reno NV

WOW! So far so good, what a wonderful company. My parents old water heater sprung a leak a few days ago and their home warranty service gave them a list of repair companies to call. Dad chose Van Allen.

I happened to be at my parents house today when someone from the company called to ask if it would be ok if they came a few hours early? In my experience, repair companies provide you with an appointment time window and then show up late after you've wasted your time hanging around the house waiting. I thought it was great they called to ask, and also a plus since my parents have been without hot water for a few days, so the earlier the better.

Lance arrived and was knowledgeable, kind and patient. He thoroughly explained everything and even called the warranty company on behalf of my parents to explain the situation. He will be installing the new water heater tomorrow and I expect it will go as professionally as today.

Make sure you get everything in writing! I had a plumbing leak and was under quoted by almost $1,000.00! Then they left a portion unfinished and I received an additional bill for $250 to finish the job that should have been included in the first $4,300.00.

They did finish the job, but terrible communication between the manager and his workers and I would not use them again. I suggest getting quotes from other companies because I felt I was significantly over charged!

Well, a follow up to previous review. I was happy when owner followed up and offered to give me a small free service to make up for my previous review. Set up appt date and time for him to come out. Tick-tock. He never came much less a follow up message. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Great company to work with, the guy in the service department who answered the phone wasn't the easiest to deal with but after we got everything scheduled it went great. Robbie did the repair and while the repair was hard to perform Robbie did a great job and was friendly the whole time. Would highly suggest this company.

We used this company to fix our Navien tankless water heater.   They were immediately responsive,  and Mr Gibson was willing to drive to Donner Summit to help us out.   Mrs Gibson is very friendly and easy to work with on the phone.   They are competent, reliable and finish the job in a timely manner.   Highly recommend this company!

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. He listened to our issues and provide a well thought out solution. We would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a exceptional plumber

David came out today to fix the leak in my tub's hot water faucet. He arrived on time, explained the issue and the fix, and was very efficient.

Once he arrived, he went straight to work and resolved the issue. His price was reasonable, he did what he said he would, and quickly. I see no reason to call any other plumber in the future! Nice man, great work, fair price, what else do you need?

We had a partial clog in the shower, we called this company. I was quoted $280 per drain & $180 each additional drain.  We begrudgingly went ahead to have the shower done, it took him 15 minutes. He spent the rest of the time justifying the cost & stated that they only made about $40 from us & they lose money on bigger jobs that take longer.  I learned my lesson, call around & ask what there base charge is & check prior reviews.

Professional, nice and very informative. Expensive but about the same price as everybody else, they do offer a discount so actually I saved about 40 bucks. I would recommend them, they are honest. Go to there website and download the coupon.

Beyond the pail! But let me explain.  I was searching for someone to fix and repair a leak my 73 year old mother has in her trailer home.  Was initially quoted $110 and was told they are only 7 minutes away from her house.  The tech shows up on a Friday morning, and I'll be generous here.  Maybe spent 5 minutes and explained to me over the phone we don't do this and I'll find a referral that does.  Never did.  Fast forward to yesterday, Tuesday.   And now they're attempting to collect $110 for 12 minutes?!!! Lol wow!!! I explained that isn't reasonable or fair.  Was later told $55 will be fine.  

I find it disgusting a company reads a situation to take advantage of an elderly woman who has dementia and alzheimer's.   I'm her son and I'm navigating from out of state.  Instead of doing the right thing, they saw an opportunity to make a quick buck.

Josh is great!  He returned my call on a Sunday and fit me into his very busy schedule on a Monday.  He repaired my hot water heater so I had hot water again!  He was professional, personable and communicated with me during the day so I knew when he would be arriving.  I highly recommend him and will use his company again.

I was very happy with their service. I needed to have a water heater replaced. They were prompt, courteous, and quick. The installation was carefully done and everything is working as it should. Price was in line with other places we called. I'll use them again. Happy to have found a trustworthy plumber!
