Excellent service! I had one faucet leaking inside, and 2 leaking outside, that I knew about. Mark found a third one leaking, under the house! I am really pleased with his investigation. He wore a mask the whole time, too.

A toilet clogged in the middle of the night (on a Sunday night, no less) at a vacation rental we manage. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search and found RAM Plumbing. Every time we have guests, our toilets clog up and the bathtub drains slowly. The joys of an older house. Bryan came out and cleared our drains and adjusted the toilets to prevent a disaster over the Thanksgiving weekend.  He is very knowledgable and professional. He did an excellent job of explaining our problems and hopefully has remedied them.

We would highly recommend this company!  We needed a new garbage disposal.  Johnson Plumbing not only installed our new one quickly, they also gave us a $35 discount for an coupon offer they were actively running that we were not aware of.  Ken was pleasant, knowledgeable and worked quickly to get the repairs done.

Joe has come through for us at the restaurant a couple of times, he knows emergencies happen and he is always fast to come by and fix our issues.  He definitely saved the day today for us, we hope everything stays good for a while but if we ever need someone with great customer service and great work done we will definitely call Hoffman plumbing again!

Super great! I was recommended by a friend who said all the other companies quoted $15k+ to replace their older AC system. Desert air quickly discovered that it was a simple fuse with no need to replace their system. I called regarding our Ac unit making really loud noises and they sent out Greg Denaple, a Tech Supervisor, to assess our issue within a few hours of my call.  Greg quickly assessed the issue and was able to fix our AC Unit by replacing the fan quickly at a reasonable cost.

Wish I could rate this business better.  Unresponsive. Came out to do a quote on a Thursday afternoon.  Said would email me that evening or the next day.  I called at the end of the day on Friday and asked for the quote, said it hadn't been written up.  Now it's end of the day on Tuesday - 5 days later and still no one has gotten back to me.  Guess they don't need the business.

My wife and I hired Eric on two occasions, and both time he did an outstanding job.  There first time he installed a hot water heater in the garage in 90 degree heat in the summer.  Second time he helped us diagnose a dishwasher that wasn't draining.  I highly recommend Eric!

These guys were responsive and friendly. I had them work on a water heater valve issue at our second home and even on a busy holiday weekend, they made time to accommodate us before renters were coming in town. He kept me in the loop the entire time and was reasonably priced, too. Highly recommend them!

Allen was on time, professional and courteous and appropriately wore a mask, which we really appreciated with our 95 year old father living on our property.  Allen went right to work, did an efficient job of replacing our sink in our laundry room, and we have asked him to return this week to do some additional plumbing work needed.  This is a great plumbing company and fully recommend them for your work too.

Totally disappointed.  Reached out 4 times through email and over the phone with no response.  Don't waste your time.
