Best Gas Water Heater Installation in Reno NV

We have used them before and they were superb. Sadly, we lost all water to our house and tried to get them to come out. We had arranged for Saturday between 9 and 10. They never responded when we tried to change the time and we tried for 5 days. They never came out, we still have no water and are Very Very upset with this company now and will probably never use them again and don't recommend them at all

Trevor was exceptional. No fuss and was on time and completed the work on time. He had to go back to fix something again and he did it promptly on time. I would hire him again for future needs. Thanks Trevor!!!

I called Savage and Sons about a pipe leak near my hot water heater. The woman who answered the phone was very rude. She sounded like that person in your office who knows everything, but not really. She insisted that I would need a new water heater without ever looking at it!? This is a ridiculous business practice and I am shocked that you would have someone like this working for you all. I have had great interactions with S&S in the past. I was able to contact one of their competitors and had the best experience ever. Please see my reviews!

Gibson Plumbing was involved in two of our bathroom remodels, so when we had a issue with our water main we called Gibson Plumbing. From our initial call with Michelle to Cary's speedy survey of our issue and plan to solve our problem, we were very pleased.  Daryl and Sal arrived as scheduled and worked in less than ideal conditions between a tree and brick wall!  Cary returned review the job with us. Called John from a reference from our realtor and boy is he a number I will keep on hand.  We had some funny acting toilets and a slow draining shower.  He came as promised and even returned later in the day to continue the job with parts he had to pick up.  He also gave us GREAT advice for closing up our cabin for the winter to avoid frozen pipes and said if we needed anything, give him a call.  WOW, that is incredible service and ever so nice. I will definitely call on John again if needed.

Despite this review being well overdue, it shouldn't take away from how great 5 Star Plumbing Services is! On August 1st, 2022, I came home and found water pooling in my crawl space due to what I thought was a broken pipe. I immediately shut off my water and started searching for plumbers. I started sending messages in the hopes someone would respond the next day to let me know their availability as I was without water and needed the issue fixed as soon as possible. To my surprise, shortly after sending an inquiry to 5 Star Plumbing Services, I received a text message response in which they asked me for more details and let me know they would have someone call me first thing in the morning to see what time they could come by. The next morning David and Barbara (both extremely kind people) called me and were able to fit me in the schedule for that afternoon. David arrived as scheduled and quickly identified the problem. Thankfully, it was not a broken pipe, rather a pressure relief valve (PRV) that needed to be replaced. David explained to me the issue and was up front and honest about all pricing. He had the replacement part on his truck and was able to fix it at that time. I was so grateful to have found an affordable plumber with great customer service. Without the prompt response of 5 Star Plumbing Services and their willingness to help me out immediately, I would have been without water a lot longer. I have found my plumber and will not only be reaching out to them for any future needs I may have, but will also highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Old pipes, corrosion and a Saturday evening was a perfect mix for a disaster. Preferred Plumbing sent Michael (Tech 34) over immediately and Michael did a great job fixing the issue. The leak was behind a dry wall in a cramped dark corner behind the water heater. But for some reason Michael knew exactly what needed to be done. After removing the leaking and corroded joint, he fabricated an 'L' on the spot in my garage and then proceeded to fix it properly and at the end I had running water again. This was done very quickly too. Michael, thanks for saving my weekend and for the great service.

Smart, reasonable, and fast! Definitely recommend this company! After 3 other plumbers failing on my shower this guy finally got it fixed! Didn't charge an insane amount of money. For sure going to keep as my main plumber from now on!

Woke up and found the hot water heater wasn't working. I called Josh at JM Plumbing and he was here within an hour. Luckily it was a quick fix and he had it back up and running in no time - professional, courteous and responsive service.

We just bought a new house and we needed a lot of plumbing work done. We called Johnson Plumbing to fix some toilets, leaks in a sink and install new faucets. They gave us a quick appointment and began the work. The plumbers were very professional and showed up right on time.

I was warned by Home Depot that they have had a problem with the installation of the kitchen sink faucets that we purchased because plumbers were not installing them properly and they often leaked. We have not had one leaking problem with our faucets and the plumber stayed to make sure they were working fine with no leaks. Our house fixtures now look and work great!

If you need any plumbing done, these are the guys to call. The owner, Joe, came out to my house (earlier than previously expected) to assess our water heater situation, and it was discovered that we needed a new one. He did call the manufacturer to see about getting parts, but straight up told us that he couldn't guarantee it. My household agreed to just replace the heater, and Joe told us he couldn't do it that day, cuz he didn't have what he needed, but that he'd do it the next day, and that he'd call us when he was done with an earlier job, so around 10-ish. He called us to let us know he was on his way over at 8:30 that morning, came and installed a new water heater for us. It took about 2hrs or so, and the cost was nowhere near what I thought it would be.

Basically, these guys are very professional, have incredible customer service, and they get the job done. I've had trouble with getting plumbing contractors to come out to our house before, but these guys? Fantastic. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

I have had issues with my main line for the past several years and gave RotoRooter a call and Roman was my tech. I could not have asked for a better person to come to my house and explain the issues to me along with the camera use. I will be replacing my main line as soon as I can and will have RotoRooter come back to do the job. These folks are very good in there field and want to thank again Roman my tech that took the time to help me out. Thank you Pete

I was referred to joes plumbing and am so happy I was! I had a slight crisis when my 3 year old son flushed little army men down the toilet. Joe was very quick to call me back and nice enough to squeeze me into his busy schedule. He was able to clear up the problem and was very reasonably priced! I will definitely recommend his company to anyone looking for a plumber and will be using his services from here on out. Thanks again joe!

My Air Conditioning went out in the middle of August.  I called Marraccini and the receptionist was friendly.  The service tech was fast and very friendly.  The tech explained to me that to tell me what is wrong was going to cost $60.  I agreed and I think that is fair.

The problem was a capacitor (start capacitor I think).  I Googled this capacitor and it cost less than $15 dollars.  My bill was almost $300!  It only took the tech 5 minutes to replace this part so I paid WAY too much for parts and labor.  

I would have been ok paying another $60 flat rate labor and even up to $30 for a $15 part but $300 was pure greed.
