The technician that came did a great job at fixing a shower value that was not secured correctly. He had to cut a hole in the wall but was careful not to cut to large of a hole. He even cleaned up the mess! It's been a month since it was fixed and it's been great since.

Highly recommend.  Prompt communication and follow up. Excellent clean craftsmanship and attention to detail. I will definitely be using again for lots of future projects.

Well, the faucet that Savage fixed (not replaced) still has not stopped leaking.  As for the replacement parts, there were none except a new filter cartridge.  So, I have to try & fix the leak myself or call a handyman.  
Such a total waste of time and money to call Savage plumbing.

John was great. Ultimately he did not provide any plumbing services for our house, but he did spend over 10 minutes with me on the phone talking through all the various potential issues and the various options I could choose. He even had a recommendation to do it myself if I didn't want to have to pay a plumber! Imagine that, an honest business man suggesting something that could take business from himself! He did recommend me to go with another plumbing company, which turned out to be a fantastic recommendation (see my other plumber reviews for details).

Josh was so sweet and helpful...we'd had trouble with both of our toilets over the past 2 years and thought for sure they both needed to be replaced but he fixed them both up in less than 30 minutes!!!! Marraccini installed a new a/c unit in my house prior to purchase.   When I moved in it didn't cool the house at all.  I called and was told there was a three week wait before they could send a tech.  After three hot weeks their tech arrived and told me it was just a dirty filter and replaced it,  charging me $140 and left.  The air conditioning still didn't work and I called them back.  A different tech came three days later and replaced a capacitor for the fan, telling me it *should* fix the problem.   It did not.  After calling a third time I was told it would be another 3 week wait.  6 weeks in the middle of summer, waiting for (and being charged for) warranty work on an a/c unit they installed.  I called Ultimate Air in Fernley who sent a tech out an hour later and found the issue almost immediately (low refrigerant).  Cool air ever since.

I had a serious leak in main water valve that controlled water into the house.  He is very busy but said the nature of the leak needs immediate attention and came out first thing in am. They were fast working and real pro's. This valve was changed two years ago by Ben Franklin Plumbing with a very inferior valve for about twice the price and twice t he time to fix. So we had a leak underneath our house and we called Hoffman Plumbing on a Friday he asked me to call him back on Monday I called him back on Monday he said he could have somebody come out that Wednesday at noon 1230 on Wednesday I had to call their office and find out why nobody was here she informed me that Joe put it in as 2 o'clock and when Joe and I had talked on Monday I told him I had an appointment on Wednesday and I could make it back in time by noon we both said noon about two or three times and when I talk to Joe on Wednesday after 1230 after calling the office he informed me that he told me 2 PM and I said no you said 12 because I wrote it on my calendar and then he asked me about five times do I want to cancel and I said no I got to have my pipe fixed why would I want to cancel on top of it all they charge $145 an hour and they sent two guys out to do a half an hour job which I felt was a rip off to pay an extra $145 for an extra guy then he told me about a water system that was better than ours and he also told me we shouldAn alarm for the water I've asked him three times to send me the information and prices and all he did was send me the links I would not recommend these guys to anybody totally dissatisfied with Joe the workers were great but they overcharge

Paul Upton was incredible!!! He helped explain things thoroughly, was on time, extremely friendly and saying he was knowledgeable would be an understatement!! Highly recommend this company, and specifically Paul for any leak concerns!

Greg and Matt came out this morning to service my heating and air-conditioning units. They were personable, efficient, knowledgeable and honest. One of four of the heating units was not working last winter and I thought it would need replacing but it only needed a new fuse. They are coming back within the week to replace an AC unit that was tripping the breaker (bad compressor) and fix a thermostat at another home.
The staff manning the phones are also very friendly and helpful. So far, its been a pleasure to deal with the people at Desert Air:)

Do not use this service, he's dishonest and ripped us off for $750 and did no work. I tried to talk to him and he hung up on me and refused to answer when i called back. I've reported him for doing business with no city business licenses and now will take him to court and get our money back. Also just found out he doesn't  even know how to do the job yet he took our money knowing that. No wonder he requires 75% up front. He's a thief.

He also bid $1,000 to install a kitchen water filter system and a gate. We knew that was outrageous and hired someone else to do both items for a total of $300 and that person did an excellent job. Here's the breakdown just to give you an idea how badly this guy will gouge you with pricing.
Filter - $112.50
Gate - $187.50

Save yourself and avoid this guy, not to mention he admitted showing up at our house with covid and didn't tell us until it was too late. My husband and I are still trying to get through it, I ended up with covid pneumonia.
