Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Reno NV

Called this company, the work we needed them do was unable to be done as our other contractors were behind, they talked us into moving the main water shut off valve into the house, because the one outside was seized up. Now that we are trying to get the original request d work done, they will not return calls or messages.

John of Bertani can out to our home on a Saturday afternoon to provide us with expert advice on what should be done to correct an isssue with a shower stall that was leaking.  He was very clear as to how the problem would be correct and shared many tips as to how it could be done in an economical way and still maintaining a high level of quality. Be prepared to pay a travel fee to your home at $135 per hour.I was unaware of this and would of called a plumber closer to me.

Trevor was very helpful installing a hot water dispenser on my kitchen sink and then coming back out to address another plumbing leak.  I would definitely follow up with him for other handyman services as he was prompt, responsive, and communicates well.

I had a gas leak in my home and NV energy shut off all the gas on a Sunday. I called Savage and Son and spoke with Dave on Monday. He was extremely helpful and scheduled me right away. He was very sympathetic to my situation of having twin baby girls in the house with no gas available. No hot water, laundry, stove etc.His follow up was great as well. It took a few days with a great guy named Mike at my house but all the issues were resolved. I cannot thank you guys enough!

Sam came out when our real estate group would not do anything about a smell in our master bath that was closing air ways down. Sam knew exactly what the problem was when I described the smell and when it's bad. He came over identified the smell was sewage and had it fixed in 20 mins. Then had me call couple days later to ensure he did the job perfectly, which he did. He could have gouged us as many others tried to, but he was so reasonable, quick, and experienced. If I ever have any plumbing problems he will be the only one I call.

We used this company to fix our Navien tankless water heater.   They were immediately responsive,  and Mr Gibson was willing to drive to Donner Summit to help us out.   Mrs Gibson is very friendly and easy to work with on the phone.   They are competent, reliable and finish the job in a timely manner.   Highly recommend this company!

Rich was amazing. Called today for a backed up toilet, he called back instantly and was already near the house so he arrived in minutes. I have used preferred on two occasions and they were both a disaster!  The first visit was to unplug a toilet and the seemed to unplug the issue. We had to call him back three times and on the third occasion a different guy resolved the issue. The second call to Preferred was to redo plumbing for a new kitchen and unplug two drains in the bathroom. After the fourth visit the drains were still not flowing and the Lowes contractor refused to hook up my new kitchen after the horrible job Preferred did inside the wall to install two water lines and a stub for the drain. I argued with the plumber and they insisted that the work was done correctly. An inspector verified that it was not up to code and Preferred insisted that it was correct. After several arguments and $900.00 dollars later I had the Plumbing Therapist correct the work including the drains and a couple of other items for a fraction of the price. The Plumbing Therapist does excellent work at a much more reasonable cost.  I will never use or recommend Preferred Plumbing to anyone. It was an expensive lesson that I will never forget. I would rate them as zero start if I could.

Had the misfortune of getting my sewer drain backed up in my home but had the pleasure of working with Josh from Friendly Plumbing to fix the situation.  

As the drains were back flowing we both assumed the main sewer drain was blocked up. Sadly, snaking the drain did nothing to repair the issue. The last resort was going to come from having to let all the water slowly drain to remove a toilet and clean the pipes that way. Something that would have left us without working toilets and showers another 24 hours at least.

Josh racked his brain and came up with another plan to work from the faucet lines to fix the issue and several Clorox wipes removed later the water was flowing again like normal and the possible stress of having to deal with this for another night was handled. Professionalism, care and knowledge saved the day and I couldn't have been happier with the result.

I fully recommend Friendly Plumbing if you have the unfortunate need for a plumber down the road.

Had a new garbage disposal to install...CNC was recommended by another business in Fernley that has excellent service. So I tried calling CNC 3 or 4 times with no answer, so I left 2 messages at 2 different numbers and no return call after 24 hours. Guess they make more money than they need.

Had to call a company out of Sparks to come do the work!
