Stood us up after I took off work to meet them at my home...you'll see upon review that they do this frequently - unprofessional

I paid Young's Handyman $180 to fix my leaky faucet on 5/17/2020. What he did was replace the faucet and manage to cut our sink and damage it. He also managed to cut our granite and ruin our countertops. He even avoided me for weeks until I ran into him at the local hardware store. He then agreed to come by Wednesday 6/10/2020 and he was a no show. He failed to call or text. He can now expect to see me in small claims court along with this honest review with screenshots of our conversations. He caused damage and chose to leave it !! People deserve to know the truth. He is not professional and he treats his customers like they don't matter at all.

If I could give this company six or seven stars, I would rate them that highly.
Over several years the company has done a variety of plumbing jobs for me, ranging from simple toilet issues and leaking spigots to more complex repair of shower leaks, installation of redirection of new tubing, and installation of new fixtures, and installation of a new water filter system under my kitchen sink that was far superior to the old one. I had one emergency on a Sunday evening, a clogged kitchen sink and disposal.  In every instance, whether a scheduled appointment or an emergency, Savage has been an excellent company to work with - competent, professional, and courteous, and pleasant. Dave, the supervisor, has been very helpful, when I was selecting new fixtures and a new valve for my master bath shower. Similarly, Kathleen, who handles scheduling, has been very attentive to my needs, listens carefully, and tries to get the best technician for my particular problem. Tom and Mel are two technicians whom I can recommend without reservation. In short, I trust this company and its technicians to know what they are doing, to be totally honest with me about my legitimate plumbing needs, and to make excellent referrals to companies that provide associated services that fall outside the plumbing arena.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company!  So fast and helpful in the case of an emergency.  Zach came right over when my basement was flooding and helped to get the water turned off, the pipe repaired and he even worked with my insurance agent to help get my claim questions answered.  THANKS very  much, I can't wait to refer your business to others!!

Sam came out when our real estate group would not do anything about a smell in our master bath that was closing air ways down. Sam knew exactly what the problem was when I described the smell and when it's bad. He came over identified the smell was sewage and had it fixed in 20 mins. Then had me call couple days later to ensure he did the job perfectly, which he did. He could have gouged us as many others tried to, but he was so reasonable, quick, and experienced. If I ever have any plumbing problems he will be the only one I call.

We recently completed our Argo's/Quest home and following our 1 year builder's warranty, we searched for an excellent plumbing technician.

We scheduled David thru his lovely wife, Barbara, and created a punch out list of service items, ie. Flush our tankless water heater, through inspection and maintenance of our entire plumbing fixtures.

We put in new kitchen countertops and need all new plumbing under the sink.  Don installed the faucets, disposal, Dishwasher hookups and all the associated plumbing and hookups perfectly and quickly.  The cost was very fair and reasonable.   Don Helwig Plumbing is now my go to plumber for anything plumbing related.

Preferred Plumbing was great!  VERY reasonable price to fix an underground leak in my front yard.  The guy who came out, Eddie, was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me.  He fixed the pipe in a very timely manner, and gave me a price below what I thought it would cost, which was so nice.  Don't hesitate to call them if you need help, and be sure to ask for Eddie, you won't be sorry!

Landlord called Friendly because my toilet was leaking on the weekend, and the guy on call Joe K showed up bright and early that morning.  He was on time, friendly, professional and fast.   My toilet was particularly a pain to take apart because he said it was old and the bolts were stuck on tight.  He had all the parts on his truck, he replaced a seal and some other part, and he was on his way.   I would totally recommend Friendly Plumbing and Joe in particular!  Thank you!

Josh answered the phone when I called, then made it to Kings Beach in 15 minutes in time for PUD to show up and turn the water back on after shutting off the broken irrigation system.

Handled my elderly mother with care and got her water back on.

Not cheap but you get what you pay for - especially with the whole thing fixed start to finish in an hour.

We had the mother of all clogs in our garbage disposal and our regular plumber was apparently not speaking to me anymore... I called him so many times that he was like my unrequited love. I did everything but stand outside his house with a boombox blasting over my head! Evidently, plumbers are in high demand at the lake as I called about a dozen before these guys answered. I explained that after dumping four bottles of Liquid Plumber into my disposal, the clog was not only mad but actually seemed more resilient! I was doubtful if a snake would even work. I had visions of a waterfall cascading onto my neighbors downstairs and the drama that would inevitably cause but we ended up getting lucky when I called Roto Rooter. They came over barely TWENTY MINUTES after I called them and they snaked our horrific clog into oblivion... They were fast and friendly and didn't try to overcharge us! If you need an honest and efficient plumbing company and are sick of leaving endless, explanatory phone messages for indifferent businesses who refuse to answer their phones or call you back, give Roto Rooter a try. You won't be sorry.

I was very happy with their service. I needed to have a water heater replaced. They were prompt, courteous, and quick. The installation was carefully done and everything is working as it should. Price was in line with other places we called. I'll use them again. Happy to have found a trustworthy plumber!
