Made a request through the app for a heating repair and Mike responded within 15 minutes. He showed up first thing the next morning and got my furnace back up and running! Would recommend Mike to anyone for HVAC repairs and maintenance.

My wife and I have been doing business with Spencer at Desert air for almost 20 years. Spencer is incredibly knowledgeable on many formats. Heating, air conditioning,solar hot water, incasing sewer pipes, cleaning heater and air conditioning vents and other plumbing situations. Spencer is always friendly, punctual and informative. He has always been honest and gone out of his way to satisfy me as a customer. I would recommend Spencer and Desert air without any hesitation. He is truly professional.

When I called for service the person that answered the phone was very polite and helpful she was able to accommodate my schedule. I had an 8-1000 appointment and the technician called me at 0830 and said he would be heading to my house. He was very professional and completed the work within the hour. I plan on using this company again if the need arises in the future. Highly recommended!

Lamont and Javier were super-friendly gentlemen. I called 6 other companies around town and nobody seemed to want to install a new water heater for me. Lamont actually seemed to care and wanted to assist, go figure. Seriously, they have that small town vibe of customer service, respect and courtesy.

These guys came to fix plumbing issues related to our dryer. They did a sad job. They didn't even turn the unit on after working on it to see if it works. They charged us a hefty amount. We had to call another company to get the issue straightened. We will never go back to these guys.

They answer their calls promptly and do great work. I highly recommend them and their knowledgeable staff.
