I've had some plumbing issues with a new house and I have met with multiple plumbers about the issue and have been disappointed with their competence, particularly when it comes to knowing plumbing code and designing/installing systems properly. William Parrish is clearly the outlier around Raleigh. He knows his code and understands modern plumbing requirements - and what's necessary to make them work as intended. Our heat randomly stopped working at one of our rental properties so we reached out to Piedmont Metro for help! They had someone out the same day to not only diagnose but also fix the issue super quick! Very affordable & reliable! We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Proflow was by far the best plumbing service I have ever used. They were extremely responsive to questions, kept me updated, and were flexible in working with my schedule. Also gave courtesy calls when they were heading my way and pulling in. They were of the utmost professionalism and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommended! My shower handle stopped working.  We tried replacing it ourselves but it's a little complicated.  I asked for recommendations on yelp and Logan was one of the first to reply, it was a Saturday.  One person said the would call me next week but I have three little girls that need their baths.  Logan came out that same day and gave me an estimate.  He returned and replaced the faucet, which works great.  He also gave a very accurate estimate it only changed a little because of a piece I needed to  complete the installation.  
I will definetly be calling again.

I just moved and needed 3 original toilets replaced.  I reached out to Certified Plumbing (and several other companies) to get a price and a timeframe. The owner reached back right away with a price estimate and a timeframe.  Both were amazingly reasonable compared to some of the other estimates and timeframes I received.  So, if you need a plumber, look no further.  I'll definitely be using and recommending them for future projects.

We had a leak in our main water line running into the house so we contacted ARC to replace the line. Clay did a great job throughout the entire process. He was incredibly professional and talked me through the entire replacement and was able to answer all of my queries. The team, including Clay and Shane, were able to replace the line very fast and filled in the hole where the new line was installed in under a day. I would definitely recommend using ARC, and specifically Clay and Shane for your plumbing needs.

I got a same day appointment for repair of a hot water heater l. Within a couple days the unit was replaced. The team was very professional,  very punctual, and  the price was very comparable to others in the area.  I would highly recommend them

I was contacted by Plumb Serve using Yelp! and The next day they came and checked out all the issues we were having in our bathrooms. The following week they were able to get in here and the job was a lot bigger than expected as we have an older home and they went above and beyond to get the job done correctly. It was supposed to be a couple hour job which turned into a over 12 hour job. They took care of us as if we were family and made the process very smooth. We had to have both showers fixed, new water shutoff also fix a leak on an outside spigot.

We will definitely be using them again and I suggest that anyone that comes across their name to give them a call. They are family run small business and they take care of you the same.

Had a leaking hot water heater. Got a couple quotes. Jayk's ended up being not only the cheapest, but they replaced it same day. The crew was friendly and professional. They were all wearing masks and did their best to social distance (It was difficult in a 4 foot wide hallway). Total time from them showing up for the quote to it being installed was about 4 hours. This is including the time taken to go get the new water heater. I will definitely be calling them again if I have any more plumbing problems.

I had a curious problem with venting a sink and they were very helpful in understanding the cause, urgency and approaches.  They have gained a future customer.

I truly can't describe the professionalism, courtesy and incredible customer service of this company. We had a major plumbing issue at our house on a Saturday (three sinks and two toilets all leaking at the same time and water raining through the ceiling of our kitchen), and I called every plumber listed, left a message concerning the emergency, and they are the only one who not only called back, but the owner actually came to our house after he finished a job he was on at 5pm on a Saturday! He was more than willing to help us, and I honestly felt like he treated our family the way he would want to be treated - the Golden Rule. After telling him I wasn't sure we would be able to hire him without prior authorization from our Home Warranty company, he told me he could take a look at everything for me anyway because he likes to help people. If more companies lived out this philosophy, the world would be a less stressful, more kind place. Golden Rule is the Chick-fil-A of plumbing providers in the Triangle. We recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Purchased new HVAC unit in 2018 from Raleigh Heating and Air. The following up program was spotty at best. They used Covid as excuse for not providing pre-paid service. When I called to cancel they  failed to follow up. Subsequent calls resulted in people refusing to speak to me and hiding behind receptionist. I suggest avoiding this company as there are likely more reliable options.

I have found the only plumber I will use and recommend to my family and friends.  Eddie is professional, dependable, kind, and very knowledgeable in his field.   I called a long list of other Plumbing companies and Eddie was the most affordable.   Call Eddie first,  you will not be disappointed.  Terri Leake

While they did a very good job, and fixed my issues completely, I was never given any pricing information. Other than the $79 dispatch fee, I was not told about the Flat-Rate pricing until after completion. I could have asked for this upfront, I suppose, though it did create a bit of sticker shock when the bill was produced.

Call them for the first time.  Did not have them complete the job - I found them to be very expensive.  They also do not do free estimates.  I did find them to be polite, professional and willing to explain the situation.  No problem there.  I had to pay for their evaluation and their service call and did not follow through with a water heater and PRV replacement due to pricing.  Called several other places and received better pricing.

When I changed 3 AA batteries in my CO2 detector, the alarm went off and wouldn't stop unless the batteries were removed.  I decided to have a technician come and check it out.  A Bolton technician arrived, opened the back of the alarm and immediately saw that one battery was inserted upside down.  (I am 80 years old and don't have sharp vision.)  He flipped it over and all was well.  I rehung it on the wall and we were done.  He said he would try for a reduced charge.  But the bill arrived for $95,00.  I called and requested a lower charge since no work was required or parts or anything, but the Manager insisted $95.00 was the basic charge.  I certainly won't use this service again and think you could find a more reasonable firm to deal with.

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.

I need an easy repair to a toilet. Called the number and asked simple questions... do you charge for consultation, what's the earliest availability. I was given so much attitude by the person on the phone I hung up.
