Best Drain Installation in Raleigh NC
I reviewed this company on May 25, 2023, shortly after the work was performed. My primary complaint was I felt the pricing of approximately $650 was out of line for 1-1/4 hours of work and less than $30 in materials.
On June 27 I received a call from my tenant the two sharp points of something had penetrated the wall in the bedroom adjacent to the bathroom where a technician from William Parrish Plumbing had replaced the tub faucet, shower head and water control valve which came in a kit by Delta. I provided the kit. Going to the rental house to determine what I needed to do and the cause of the problem I found the two screws the technician had used to secure the water valve to a 1x 4 were 3 in length and the sharp points had penetrated the wall in the adjoining bedroom. I removed them and installed two 2' screws which firmly held the valve in place. The next step was to use joint compound to fill the two small holes and then repaint the entire wall. I have never been happy with the outcome when I try to paint small patches on walls that have been painted for 4 or 5 years. One full day of work to keep my excellent tenant happy to live in the house she has been in for 5 years. One day of work caused because the plumbing technician from William Parrish Plumbing decided to not walk to his truck to get the proper length of screws or possibly he did not have them and needed to make a trip to a near by ACE Hardware to buy two screws of the proper length or ask me if I had two he could use.

Our heat randomly stopped working at one of our rental properties so we reached out to Piedmont Metro for help! They had someone out the same day to not only diagnose but also fix the issue super quick! Very affordable & reliable! We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

I had Timmy install a vanity and re-pipe our house, his price was much lower than any other plumber would be and his work never leaked. I watched him work and noticed him do something i have never seen a plumber do before; he used both plumbers putty and teflon tape when treading pipes together. I asked him why he did this and he said because they will never leak like that; that's quality work. I have seen the work of a lot of plumbers and i can honestly tell you That Timmy does much better work than your average plumber. I would be surprised if you could find a better price anywhere else.

My first floor toilet started leaking. I received a quick response from Xprt to my need for services, had an appointment within a couple hours. My toilet was checked and an assessment of the issues was provided along with recommended services. The toilet was repaired and reinstalled with a new seal. The cost was reasonable and as quoted. I will definitely use them again.

Our gas water heater was draining water through the T&P valve. Technician from ARC assessed the problem and suggested that the Expansion tank *and* T&P valve needed to be replaced. The parts & labor for replacing both items would cost $306. Additionally, the technician told me that he didn't have an expansion tank in his truck and that they would have to order it which would take a few days. Initially, I was disappointed that they didn't have expansion tank in stock. So, I told the technician that I would get someone else to come and provide a quote for comparison.
I reached out to another company whose technician came within the hour, assessed the problem within 5 mins and told me that it was going to cost $100 for replacing the expansion tank. Also, I was told that the T&P valve was functioning properly and that there was no reason to replace it. It took about 15 minutes for the entire job of replacing the tank and it costed me $100 flat.
Based on the above, I can say that ARC Plumbing is not trustworthy. They're up-selling with HUGE markup.
Would NOT recommend ARC Plumbing to anyone!

Knowledgable and friendly service tech, however, the quote for the installation of a 50 gallon water heater was much too high. We had Dominion do the job for 1/3 of the quote.

I started texting with Jason late Friday afternoon and we talked early Monday morning. He had someone out that day to fix our water line to the house. It had been leaking for quite some time but we had only found the source on Friday. I was very eager to get it done as Hurricane Florence was headed our way and I knew it would be hard to hire someone after the storm.
Jason was very professional and helpful and I believe the pricing was in the ballpark. I was a little nervous when they made the repair without giving me an estimate first, but I was happy it got fixed quickly.

I truly can't describe the professionalism, courtesy and incredible customer service of this company. We had a major plumbing issue at our house on a Saturday (three sinks and two toilets all leaking at the same time and water raining through the ceiling of our kitchen), and I called every plumber listed, left a message concerning the emergency, and they are the only one who not only called back, but the owner actually came to our house after he finished a job he was on at 5pm on a Saturday! He was more than willing to help us, and I honestly felt like he treated our family the way he would want to be treated - the Golden Rule. After telling him I wasn't sure we would be able to hire him without prior authorization from our Home Warranty company, he told me he could take a look at everything for me anyway because he likes to help people. If more companies lived out this philosophy, the world would be a less stressful, more kind place. Golden Rule is the Chick-fil-A of plumbing providers in the Triangle. We recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Just had a gentleman from Plumbing Solutions at my house to change out a leaky faucet and fix a running toilet. He was very friendly, professional, gave us helpful tips and cleaned up after he was done. Very happy with the work and would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

I have found the only plumber I will use and recommend to my family and friends. Eddie is professional, dependable, kind, and very knowledgeable in his field. I called a long list of other Plumbing companies and Eddie was the most affordable. Call Eddie first, you will not be disappointed. Terri Leake

As other reviewers have said, Steamline's services are not cheap! However, price is relative as plumbing services are never going to be cheap. So I deducted 1 star because my father had something similar done to his shower at a significantly cheaper price. However, my situation was different, so I went ahead w/ Streamline anyway. At Streamline, you are paying for the professionalism and accuracy. From start to finish was a breeze. I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily by calling. The technician arrived within the scheduled timeframe, and they even texted me a picture of the technician when he was on the way! This was a huge plus for me, as I had taken off work the previous week to meet another plumber (whom I knew would have been cheaper) and he never showed up! Also, the technician was upfront, efficient, knowledgeable, and neat. He went over and beyond by checking some other things for us at no extra charge. Mostly importantly, my shower is fixed and even better than before.

Bolton was very cost competitive and provided great customer service with my water heater replacement. They took the extra time to make sure I was happy with the install. I plan to use Bolton for future services and I would recommend Bolton to others.

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.

I need an easy repair to a toilet. Called the number and asked simple questions... do you charge for consultation, what's the earliest availability. I was given so much attitude by the person on the phone I hung up.
