Best Sewer Line Repair in Raleigh NC
I've had some plumbing issues with a new house and I have met with multiple plumbers about the issue and have been disappointed with their competence, particularly when it comes to knowing plumbing code and designing/installing systems properly. William Parrish is clearly the outlier around Raleigh. He knows his code and understands modern plumbing requirements - and what's necessary to make them work as intended. He went above and beyond for me and I have complete confidence in recommending him.

Eddie was great! He responded to my estimate request early (3:20 AM) with much as up front pricing you can do based on what I could give. A polite and personal email response. This was also the only estimate with any pricing we received when I woke up on this morning. I had already researched and knew getting the hot water heater I needed would be difficult due to where it is installed and the space available here. I also knew about what this would cost wholesale. Asked to proceed and he was here exactly when he said he would arrive. Everything is pretty good so far.
Now this is where it goes above what I expected - After seeing the layout there was only this particular water heater as an option. Eddie was up front about the cost of the unit (I had researched) and this reflected his original estimate. I didn't have a home warranty and do not have much experience working with any finance company. I tried to apply on his site but it was not working. Eddie personally called the finance company to assist and it turned out my personal credit lock was preventing the application from going through. I fixed this and he then walked me through the financing directly with his business account rep all the while lining up the rest of the job.
The water heater had burst but not in a location to cause damage. I did have cold water as I found the valve to shut off water to the tank. I told Eddie and his office it wasn't an emergency but would like it fixed as soon as possible. However, Eddie treated it as such. In less than 4 hours from responding to Eddie's initial quote I had hot water.
Professional, punctual, courteous, and was able to finish a difficult fix quickly.

I contacted Ronald in the late afternoon on 7/3/23 when we discovered that the shutoff valve on a toilet was leaking and subsequently discovered a drain leak under a sink in the same bathroom. Ronald answered my call and stated he could be at our house the next morning, July 4th no less, between 9-10 am. The next day, Ronald arrived on time and fixed both issues as well as replacing the tower in the toilet which also hadn't been working properly. The cost of the services performed was reasonable and the quality of the work was top notch. I plan to contact Ronald again in the near future to perform annual maintenance on our hot water heater. Thank you Ronald!

Based on all the positive reviews on Yelp, I reached out to Eugene (Art of Plumbing) to do an installation of an under-sink water filter as well as a bidet installed on my toilet. These were jobs that I thought about doing myself but decided it would be handled more quickly if I had a qualified plumber out to do this. Eugene asked for pictures and after receiving them quoted a price. Because of this, it was not necessary for him to come out and do an estimate, rather he came and was able to immediately do the installations. The job was not as easy as I had expected due to the age of the plumbing in my home, and because of that, it took much longer to complete, so I expected the initial quote to be much higher. I was wrong! Despite the time it took, Eugene's original quote is what I was asked to pay. He kept everything clean while working and cleaned up whatever was necessary afterwards. He was very engaging and was explaining things along the way. Being new to the area, I'm grateful I have found a plumber that I can call on when needed!

They will come to your home and look at the job and tell you there is a $79 fee for coming out and giving you an estimate then they send a estimate via email 5 days later for $3500. I then call another company that did the same job for $1200. Buyer BEWARE

Knowledgable and friendly service tech, however, the quote for the installation of a 50 gallon water heater was much too high. We had Dominion do the job for 1/3 of the quote.

You know how you always hope and wish for kind, honest people to help you ?
It's these folks - Don't hessitate to call them.
I had three different problems and each of the three times:
* they were there when they said that they would be
* they explained (and showed me) the problem
* took care of it in an efficient manner
* left no mess
* did it all at a fair price - no gouging
One of the leaks was overhead and damaged some drywall - they put me in touch with a drywall person too.
The third service call was actually made by my realtor as I was selling the house and had moved out of town. When she told me that she called Golden Rule Plumbing, I smiled and breathed a sigh of relief because I knew it was in good hands and I wouldn't be taken advantage of.
When I called them to get an address to send a check, it was the owner (Joseph) who answered; he remembered me and each of the times he had been out there.
My only wish in dealing with them is that they would come up to Michigan to fix a thing or two on my new house! ;-)

We have had terrible luck with plumbing services; either vastly overpriced or unreliable and neglectful. Wes from RTP was honest about when he could be here, responsive to texts and updates, finished in less than hour (even with leaving to pick up parts) and very reasonably priced.

Had Legacy come out and install a new hose bib aka outdoor faucet... Was able to get them scheduled very easily and they were extremely timely.
We were not home when they did the work, looking at the work they did a very nice job...
They were very reasonable price wise as well...

If you have a plumbing issue, call Bizzy Bee. If that issue is on a weekend, definitely call Bizzy Bee. I had a low water pressure in both my showers and Bizzy Bee came out on a Saturday to fix it. The plumber was professional and courteous when moving around the house to assess the problem.
Woke up on Sunday and the water pressure was low again so I called and left a message assuming they would get back to me on Monday. Nope, they called and sent the same technician out on a Sunday!!!! This time, the problem was fixed for good. Now that is customer service!

These guys did the best job I could've possibly hoped for. They were extremely quick to come out and assess the plumbing under our kitchen sink and make recommendations. I called them in to install a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and new faucet, all on top of replacing the hacked together plumbing under the sink. They were able to show up early in the day and got all the work done in less than the 3 hours they originally estimated. They even applied some caulk to a completely unrelated shower that I had just mentioned in passing. It's incredibly obvious that they are proud of the work they do, both in terms of plumbing and customer service. Especially considering how much of a hassle it can be to find good skilled labor, I can not recommend Bull City Plumbing enough. Really great work!

The folks at Cary Plumbing are the nicest, most confidence-inspiring plumbers I've ever met! I've been a homeowner for about 15 years now and I've worked with plenty of plumbers, and these folks are easily my favorite. We had a leaking water heater, and they explained to me exactly what our options were, with pros and cons of the different choices. They let me know when things would be done, and kept all of their promises. They were extremely professional and very friendly.

Had Dylan, with Mo Flo Plumbing, install a new full bathroom in my basement, which included jack hammering some of the concrete slab in order to lay new plumbing lines for the toilet and tub. Everything was done per code and City inspector even came out and approved his work. This was a major job that spanned several weeks, due to multiple inspections at different stages, and every time Dylan was on time and aways professional with the inspectors. We were also very pleased with his work and the wife is happy, which is all that matters in the end, lol. His prices also seem to be fair and reasonable. Not expensive but not dirt cheap. My impression of Dylan is that he is sincerely a very nice guy and always strives to please the customer. We will always call him back for future needs!

Long story short. Had toilet back flowing into shower. Blantons sent out Justin H . And he did an outstanding job. Was professional. Courteous and very thorough. Found my issue and fixed it for a reasonable price --less than I thought it would be. Overall an excellent experience. Would highly recommend blantons.
They literally had me over a barrel and could have taken advantage and they didn't. I know nothing about plumbing. And now I don't need to know bcuz I have blantons on my side and I have confidence they will do me right. Will be using them to replace my heating /air system this fall. Thanks blantons. Y'all are awesome.

We have used them in the past and had good experiences with them. Recently we were replacing 3 bathroom faucets so I scheduled an appointment with them and a plumber came out. Upon opening the door the man stated I'm the plumber. No name or salutation. He came in my foyer and I asked him if he would mind putting on some covers over his work boots. He simply turned and walked back out the door without saying a word. He came back in and I showed him to the upstairs bathrooms where the work was to be done. He never told me what the charges were going to be or how long it would take him. He was finished in just under an hour. He typed up a work order/bill on an iPad and asked me to sign it. The total came to $530.89. He charged me $195 for the first faucet and $150 for each additional one. If I had known this before hand I never would have had him do the installation. In his defense, I could have asked. But I didn't. My husband called the company and was informed that the plumber should have told me upon his arrival what the charges would be, which he definitely did not. We will NOT be using them again.

I was notified by the City of Raleigh that I had a sewer line backup on the edge of my property that I was responsible to have fixed. They gave me 48 hours before they would cut my water off. I called Lane plumbing and explained the situation. They gave me a rough estimate over the phone and I asked them to put me on standby until I could confirm some things with the City of Raleigh. The next morning I called back and said I needed them to come out. They were there in about an hour. They fixed the issue quickly and were very reasonable with the price.

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.
