When our basement turned into a surprise indoor swimming pool one evening, our home warranty company dropped the ball and failed to get a plumber out to repair it after many repeated efforts on our part, leaving us without running water for several hot July days. My husband and I decided it was worth sourcing a plumber on our own, and many reading of reviews and makings of phone calls later we decided on William Parrish Plumbing and are very glad we did! Not only were our inquiries answered promptly and subsequent calls returned fast (unlike the two shoddy companies American Home Shield wanted us to waste time on), but our water woes were relieved by Scott that very day - and even earlier than initially scheduled!

His work was unhesitating and professional (my husband enjoyed getting to watch and learn about the plumbing features of our 1950s house as Scott worked), which is no doubt helped by WPP plumbers arriving in fully stocked vans so they can get to work as quickly as possible in most situations. Pricing was very fair for the type of repair needed, and communication from everyone from Scott to the lady at the front desk was helpful and efficient. I would prefer not to come home to any kind of pipe issues ever again, but if it happens at least there's a local plumber around to trust!

Eddie was great! He responded to my estimate request early (3:20 AM) with much as up front pricing you can do based on what I could give. A polite and personal email response. This was also the only estimate with any pricing we received when I woke up on this morning. I had already researched and knew getting the hot water heater I needed would be difficult due to where it is installed and the space available here. I also knew about what this would cost wholesale. Asked to proceed and he was here exactly when he said he would arrive. Everything is pretty good so far.

Now this is where it goes above what I expected - After seeing the layout there was only this particular water heater as an option. Eddie was up front about the cost of the unit (I had researched) and this reflected his original estimate. I didn't have a home warranty and do not have much experience working with any finance company. I tried to apply on his site but it was not working. Eddie personally called the finance company to assist and it turned out my personal credit lock was preventing the application from going through. I fixed this and he then walked me through the financing directly with his business account rep all the while lining up the rest of the job.

The water heater had burst but not in a location to cause damage. I did have cold water as I found the valve to shut off water to the tank. I told Eddie and his office it wasn't an emergency but would like it fixed as soon as possible. However, Eddie treated it as such. In less than 4 hours from responding to Eddie's initial quote I had hot water.

Professional, punctual, courteous, and was able to finish a difficult fix quickly.

Ronald quickly responded to our request to repair our ceased single handle shower faucet.   He provided a clear and simple quote and made the repair all on the same day.  Our shower works now, thanks Ronald!

The plumber from the Art of Plumbing has caused a water leak in the house. We had one of their plumbers to fix and replace the bathtub spout on 9/13th. A few days later, we noticed watermark and damage on the ceiling below the bathroom where the work was done. The plumber did not fix the issue but they have made it worse. I called the plumber from a come back and fix the issue. However, the plumber was very unprofessional over the phone and blamed the problem on the homeowner and threaten to charge more for the water leak which was caused by the plumber.

As a customer, this is very unexceptable and I do not recommend this service to anyone.

I am giving Streamline 1 star, the service guy Josh was nice, BUT BEWARE.
I had a leak coming from my vent in the downstairs bathroom.  He did a complete service telling me my coil and compressor was bad.  I do have a warranty on my unit. But he said the parts are hard to get...well.  I couldn't believe that both had been bad, The AC unit only 7 yrs old.
I called a Plummer the next day,  Not the AC unit at all leaking water or condensation like he said.  
It was my toilet ring not sealed right upstairs....so from almost $5000. bill that I knew was not  sounding right... cost under $200.00 for a completely different problem

Please anyone that uses this service please get another opinion before you get into something thats not broke......

Excellent service! Very knowledgeable. Steven was prompt and kept us informed of everything. This company is honest and I would definitely recommend and definitely use again for all your plumbing needs!!

I first spoke to Joseph regarding possibly replacing my water heater and he was very professional, responsive and answered all of my questions. He quoted me a reasonable estimate to compete the work for me.

Sean and his partner came and installed my new water heater. Although it took longer than expected to do the repair because they had to go get extra supplies, the young men were very professional and walked me through the process. They apologized for the delay. They provided a detailed receipt and warranty card for my water heater prior to leaving.

I def recommend them for anyone needing their  services!

Ever single step and interaction with Legacy was textbook.  From initial contact via phone, getting an appointment, plumber calling while on the way (and on time), professional appearance, professional work van, professional attitude... to fixing my problem quickly and doing so for a very affordable and less than expected price.

I even tagged along with the plumber to observe and learn as he replaced a pressure reduction valve under my house.  He didn't mind, and was helpful in explaining what he did.

Why can't every business be like this?

Totally misleading. While we did get our pipes cleared, when I signed the contract that was initially shown to me, I agreed to pay the 190 that they were going to charge. The plumber then went on to tell me that he was going to use the hydro-jet and it would slightly change the bill to about $250 and I said it was ok. After the service, I presented him with a $20 off coupon and my total came out to $291 - WAY over what I was quoted. He also left a huge mess in my kitchen and a stain in my runner I cannot get out.  He then proceeded to tell me that he had just got the hydro jet the day before, so had he come out a day earlier, my total would have been a hundred dollars less because he wouldn't have the equipment to begin with. I'll go with a more honest and forthcoming company next time.

I would recommend the Bull City Plumbing for future work at my residence. Tray treated me with respect and helped me get my place in order. He was efficient and did a great job. Very reasonable pricing as well!

We just purchased our new home last week only to find that the seller did not disclose that there was a clog in our main line.  After a horrendous experience with the plumber sent by our home warranty company, Cary Plumbing saved the day!  They came out and cleared the clog for us in a matter of an hour, didn't leave a mess at all, were genuinely nice and sympathetic, and the price was just right (I know because my father is a plumber and charges more than what we paid for the same services!).  If I could remember the plumber's name - I think it was Frank, not sure though - I'd give him five stars alone.  Thank you Cary Plumbing!  We will be using you for all of our future plumbing needs!

I need to have a hot water heater replaced and wasn't happy with the service or estimate from the first plumber that came out. I reached out to Mo Flow based on the recommendation of a friend and I'm so glad I found him. He was quick to respond, efficient and the communication was great. Thankful to have found a great plumber in the area!

Long story short.  Had toilet back flowing into shower.  Blantons sent out Justin H . And he did an outstanding job.  Was professional. Courteous and very thorough.   Found my issue and fixed it for a reasonable price --less than I thought it would be. Overall an excellent experience.  Would highly recommend blantons.  
They literally had me over a barrel and could have taken advantage and they didn't.  I know nothing about plumbing.  And now I don't need to know bcuz I have blantons on my side and I have confidence they will do me right.   Will be using them to replace my heating /air system this fall.  Thanks blantons. Y'all are awesome.

Have had them out to my house 4 times since October of 2014. The latest plumber came today and fixed a toilet that broke and caused $10,000 worth of damage to my townhouse and installed a new garbage disposal. The Plumbers are always professional and fix things correctly. The one small issue I had Don Schwartz immediately got on the phone with me and gave me a discount and fixed the problem promptly. I am sure I will be seeing them again.

TOO GREEDY FOR MONEY!!! THEY WILL CHEAT YOU - just like they CHEATED ME!!! Lane Plumbing came to my home for 2 concerns: my bathroom sinks & a rusted pipe under my foundation. The first 2 men who came could NOT fix the rusted pipe; they had to call in a 3rd man. My bathroom sinks turned out to be fine - just a little black gunk - enough to dirty a half paper towel. Still, they charged me $268 for the 10 minutes it took them to tell me the stopper was dirty & clean it for me. Then, I was charged $375.00 for the rusted pipe. I do not mind the charge for the rusted pipe. But I know that it was totally UNFAIR, UNETHICAL & DOWNRIGHT MEAN of Lane Plumbing to charge me the separate, completely outrageous charge of $268 when they KNEW that they hadn't done ONE THING to earn it!!! Lane Plumbing is GREEDY! They will spout all kind of nonsense about costs rising since the pandemic. But those 2 men who came into my home KNOW that they CHEATED ME!!! It's better to go with a more reputable company which will stand by their work & be able to honestly validate WHY they're charging what they charge for the amount of time & expertise it took them to complete the job. YOU'LL BE SORRY if you go with Lane Plumbing! BELIEVE ME!!!

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.
