Our heat randomly stopped working at one of our rental properties so we reached out to Piedmont Metro for help! They had someone out the same day to not only diagnose but also fix the issue super quick! Very affordable & reliable! We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Brandon is the ONLY plumber to call when you need a plumber! As soon as I called him mid-afternoon he was quickly at my house fixing my old toilet within the hour!!! He quickly diagnosed the problems due to normal wear and tear of a 22 yr old toilet and water line leading to it that was malfunctioning. He took the time to explain how everything works as well. This is my second time dealing with Brandon in a few months. He knew who I was over the phone and said he'd be right over and he was. Super professional and gets the job done quickly without cutting any corners at all. He also replaced my old bathroom faucet at a super nice discount! He takes the time to explain what he did and why to help save me more money down the road. He's a super nice guy and again the only plumber I now trust to have my back when I need any plumbing fixes right away. Don't dare hesitate to give him a call. He enjoys what he does and is Great at it and very knowledgeable too!

Really just blown away by Tim and Charles at 24/7 Plumbing. They did a phenomenal job, as we essentially needed to replace all the piping under our house, in addition to a new hot water heater. They went above and beyond, provided great communication, and provided us with extremely high quality work. On top of all that, they had better pricing than anyone else in our area. I cannot recommend them enough. We are extremely satisfied, and I would love to work with them again!

My shower handle stopped working.  We tried replacing it ourselves but it's a little complicated.  I asked for recommendations on yelp and Logan was one of the first to reply, it was a Saturday.  One person said the would call me next week but I have three little girls that need their baths.  Logan came out that same day and gave me an estimate.  He returned and replaced the faucet, which works great.  He also gave a very accurate estimate it only changed a little because of a piece I needed to  complete the installation.  
I will definetly be calling again.

I contacted Ronald in the late afternoon on 7/3/23 when we discovered that the shutoff valve on a toilet was leaking and subsequently discovered a drain leak under a sink in the same bathroom. Ronald answered my call and stated he could be at our house the next morning, July 4th no less, between 9-10 am. The next day, Ronald arrived on time and fixed both issues as well as replacing the tower in the toilet which also hadn't been working properly. The cost of the services performed was reasonable and the quality of the work was top notch. I plan to contact Ronald again in the near future to perform annual maintenance on our hot water heater. Face it, nobody wakes up and goes I think I'll hire a plumber today. No, water showing up where it's not supposed to, especially inside your house, is never a good thing. It's happened twice in the same week with me. One required a roofer. Another a plumber. I went to Yelp for recommendations on both. Of the 4 plumbers that responded, I picked ARC for a number of reasons. First, they responded quickly. Second, they were available. Third, they were somewhat in the ballpark of the quotes I got, not the highest, not the lowest. They also did not tack on a trip charge which one quote did, and they charged by the job, not by the hour, which I prefer. Fourth, they showed up within a 2 hour window, actually earlier so bonus points. Finally the pleasant and informative Matt was just great. Gave me a rundown, told me options, left me with estimate and his personal cell if I had questions after. Haven't scheduled the job yet but plan to and will update review after that.

I had a really good experience with Nick from here today! Service was fast, friendly and informative. I had been experiencing a very high water bill and hoped that it was just my running toilet and not some bigger issue. Nick took the time to listen, explain how much waterloss I was probably experiencing and even showed me where my water meter was and how to track leaks by looking at the numbers! Above and beyond there!

Honestly, (to the business model) it was a bit more expensive than I had hoped, and I was kinda put-off by the repeated idea of getting a membership to receive discounts later on (kind of an insurance plan to use this company), but I am happy with the results and understand why they are trying to sell their plans.

I will add that Nick was a very non-pressure guy when it came to the proscribed options and was very direct with what would work best for me. They are very lucky to have such an excellent employee.

Gotta love Yelp Request A Quote! My toilet had been running for months and I just kept putting off calling a plumber. I finally decided my insanely high water bill was getting ridiculous and I had to deal with it. I looked up plumbers on Yelp and was impressed with Jayk's incredibly high number of five star reviews. I submitted my request and heard from Jason soon after. He was able to fit me into their schedule for the next day. No phone tag required! Efrain showed up on time and was quickly able to diagnose and fix the problem. He wore a mask and shoe covers which I appreciated! I'll be reaching out to Jayk's again the next time I need a plumber!

Called Golden Rule Plumbing Services to come out and put in a new kitchen faucet and to look at a tank filling problem I had with one of my toilets. Joseph the owner came personally and was prompt and answered all of my questions with straightforward honesty. The pricing was very reasonable especially compared to some of the big box companies.  The job was done and all water was flowing in no time at all. Also everything was left neat and clean just as it was when he showed up. Thanks again for coming out promptly and I will definitely be using Golden Rule again in the future!

It's the middle of Thanksgiving holiday week, I had just finished a bathroom and kitchen remodel, guests come in today, there's clean up to do of the junk from the remodel and my hot water just gave out. Not a good scenario with guests coming to stay at your house two days before thanksgiving.

I called Plumbing Solutions and thank God, they had an opening. Wayne, came in and he was amazing. He didn't take advantage of the fact that we were under pressure due to the holidays to try and make money, He correctly assessed the matter, saw that thermostats on our water heater needed change and quickly solved it. Other plumbers had suggested to buy and install a new water heater without even coming into our home.

I would recommend Plumbing Solutions and Wayne to everyone.

Bull City Plumbing did great work! They were very nice and were very clear about the work they would do, how long it would take, what time they'd arrive and what the cost would be. We have a well, and they installed a water softener and filter for that. Seriously, it's beautiful. They also successfully treated a bacteria infestation in the well.  Finally, they did some work on our water heater. I like the approach they took, trying the most likely thing (flush the water heater) first before tackling anything fancy. Sadly, it didn't work and they had to come back the next day-- so promptly!!-- to cut and replace some of the piping that had gotten clogged.  Overall, an excellent experience by really nice & honest people.

Lansen fixed my kitchen faucet on a Sunday afternoon and it was a hard job but well done!

I had Raleigh heating and air out today. I've used them in the past but not recently until today due to a roofing company putting a nail through the refrigerant line up in attic. Mark whom was fantastic and patient trying to diagnose where the leak was coming from and spent half the day getting it repaired and ac back to working again on one of the hottest days we've had. The girls that helped me this am when I called were very pleasant and ended up getting the tech out earlier than later. I will request Mark again when I use them for service moving forward. He was professional, loved the company and spoke highly of the people he worked for and with and that says a lot. Thanks again

This company installed a back flow preventer on 7/22/19 as required by the city of Durham. Matt did an excellent job but the company was suppose to set up the appointments for the two city inspectors and just got off phone with company and they said they have no control with the inspectors. I called the city of Durham and left message to find out when the inspectors will come, call etc. Half the company did the job at a price of $1,241.63 and I don't know if this is fair or not, but the other half that was suppose to set up appointments leaves a lot to be desired.
