Best Heater Installation in Raleigh NC

Theresa at Bass Plumbing did an awesome job with customer service! She was very polite and understanding of our plumbing problem and the frustration associated with it! She did all she could do to schedule the best service appointment she could for us.  So nice to deal with someone that considers the client!

I reviewed this company on May 25, 2023, shortly after the work was performed. My primary complaint was I felt the pricing of approximately $650 was out of line for 1-1/4 hours of work and less than $30 in materials.
On June  27 I received a call from my tenant the two sharp points of something had penetrated the wall in the bedroom adjacent to the bathroom where a technician from William Parrish Plumbing had replaced the tub faucet, shower head and water control valve which came in a kit by Delta. I provided the kit. Going to the rental house to determine what I needed to do and the cause of the problem I found the two screws the technician had used to secure the water valve to a 1x 4 were 3 in length and the sharp points had penetrated the wall in the adjoining bedroom. I removed them and installed two 2' screws which firmly held the valve in place.  The next step was to use joint compound to fill the two small holes and then repaint the entire wall.  I have never been happy with the outcome when I try to paint  small patches on walls that have been painted for 4 or 5 years.  One full day of work to keep my excellent tenant happy to live in the house she has been in for 5 years.  One day of work caused because the plumbing technician from William Parrish Plumbing decided to not walk to his truck to get the proper length of screws or possibly he did not have them and needed to make a trip to a near by ACE Hardware to buy two screws of the proper length or ask me if I had two he could use.

Our heat randomly stopped working at one of our rental properties so we reached out to Piedmont Metro for help! They had someone out the same day to not only diagnose but also fix the issue super quick! Very affordable & reliable! We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Proflow was by far the best plumbing service I have ever used. They were extremely responsive to questions, kept me updated, and were flexible in working with my schedule. Also gave courtesy calls when they were heading my way and pulling in. They were of the utmost professionalism and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommended! Prices are extremely reasonable.

My first floor toilet started leaking. I received a quick response from Xprt to my need for services, had an appointment within a couple hours. My toilet was checked and an assessment of the issues was provided along with recommended services. The toilet was repaired and reinstalled with a new seal. The cost was reasonable and as quoted. I will definitely use them again.

I just moved and needed 3 original toilets replaced.  I reached out to Certified Plumbing (and several other companies) to get a price and a timeframe. The owner reached back right away with a price estimate and a timeframe.  Both were amazingly reasonable compared to some of the other estimates and timeframes I received.  So, if you need a plumber, look no further.  I'll definitely be using and recommending them for future projects.

When a water line in our wall developed a leak, Clay responded quickly and professionally, and fixed the problem.  Clay communicated everything he was doing, and made sure we were well-informed with options.  Highly recommend!

Knowledgable and friendly service tech, however, the quote for the installation of a 50 gallon water heater was much too high. We had Dominion do the job for 1/3 of the quote.

      Having an underground leak with a water feed pipe to the house from the road to the house. I myself dug the hole up where the leak was and found the leak hoping to be able to fix it myself. Afte locating the leak and realizing this was a little above my expertise, I called Plumbserv. The graciously responded same day without the issue being and emergency response call. After seeing the issue the technicians tried to locate the water meter shut off. Tried for well over an hour to locate the meter for shut off and could not. They charged me a service call fee of $150.00 for about nothing. After a week of waiting for NC811 to locate the water meter at the edge of the property i had Plumbserve come back out to fix the pipe.
This is where it gets good.
The technician was great. Fixed the pipe correctly, timely and purposely left the hole open for in case the pipe was not fixed correctly and did not charge me at that time for the repairs. It was when i was satisfied with the repair that i was to call the office and pay the fees. I called to pay the fees and the office associate was awesome and was able to roll the earlier fees i paid into that bill i needed to pay for the final bill and that was over the top awesome. Please don't hesitate to call these guys to have them wotk on you plumbing needs. I will recommend to anyone to call them, they were great.

This was a great service! We were concerned about an issue with our toilet and shower drain, especially when we are all hunkering down and practicing social distancing during COVID-19. Jayk came in, covered his feet, wore rubber gloves, and was in and out. He helped me understand what the problem was, was friendly, was incredibly easy to work with, had fair prices, did GREAT work, and he was on-time!

I will definitely be calling Jayk's in the future!

Joseph from Golden Rule Plumbing came by to fix a valve and my toilet needed to be replaced. Joseph and his employees are very professional. They take detail to do all their work properly so it lasts. I gave them five stars because they deserve it good people good work good price! I would highly suggest anybody looking for someone to help them with a plumbing issue to call these guys you can trust that they will do an excellent job!! If there was a 1 to 10 scale I would give them 10. If you want somebody to do it right the first time so you don't have problems in the future talk to Joseph at Golden Rule Plumbing out of Knightdale North Carolina.

Heat went out yesterday and it was a cold night last night.   Called Raleigh Heating and Air. who installed the furnace originally, first thing this morning and talked to Diane, who was very helpful and put me on the list for this afternoon.  

Kevin showed up at 3:00, found the problem quickly (broken starter) and replaced it.   Heat was back on by 4:00.  Reasonable price.  Very satisfied with the responsiveness and service.   Would recommend.

I called on a Friday because my main sewer line was clogged and backing up. They said someone would be out on Friday. I called at 3pm and again at 7pm. Due to the main sewer backup I couldn't use any water. No one showed up and no one gave me any notifications. I had to call another plumbing company on Saturday and they showed up within 2 hours to start fixing my main line. I called back to inform them to cancel because no one showed up and they tried to send a plumber out and I had to make sure they didn't send someone out. Waste of
Time and energy. Should have called someone else from the beginning but now I'm stuck paying the Saturday surcharge; but at least I got a response and it fixed

We had to have some HVAC work and plumbing work done.  Both the Plumbing team and HVAC team showed up on time, explained the work very well (including showing up pictures of issues - both before the work was done and after) and completed the work on time.  Their prices were very fair and they were super professional.  We are completely satisfied with their work and would recommend to others.

We had a minor plumbing repair that needed done. Luckily they were able to do it last minute. My landlord set up the plumbing. Only problem I had was that they wanted me and my husband to pay my landlords copay. They wouldn't bill my landlord who lives in md. So we paid it up front. We basically didn't know they were here. They were friendly and explained everything that happened. So I was doing laundry, which is where the leak was, and they left the drywall all over the floor and didn't even tell us that they didn't clean up their mess. Pretty upsetting that they didn't even tell us they left a mess.

No matter what I ask them to do, they tell me they can't help.  They come out to the house, spend three minutes assessing the problem, and say - We can't help you with that.

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.

Do NOT use. Technician came out and cleaned the end of the water main, but LEFT all of the sludge he pulled out on our grass and neighbors! Photo technician called and said he would arrive around 3:30PM. - 4PM or call if he was going to be late. Never showed up nor responded to text messages by 5PM.
Rescheduled with main office for Saturday 1-3PM. No one called or showed up. Called main office and was told technician had a family day AND said he talked to me and rescheduled for Monday President's Day.  I never spoke with him AND did not plan to be home on President's Day. Cary/Raleigh NC offices.

Still waiting on a call back to reschedule.....2/18/2023
