Best Garbage Disposal Repair in Raleigh NC
When our basement turned into a surprise indoor swimming pool one evening, our home warranty company dropped the ball and failed to get a plumber out to repair it after many repeated efforts on our part, leaving us without running water for several hot July days. My husband and I decided it was worth sourcing a plumber on our own, and many reading of reviews and makings of phone calls later we decided on William Parrish Plumbing and are very glad we did! Not only were our inquiries answered promptly and subsequent calls returned fast (unlike the two shoddy companies American Home Shield wanted us to waste time on), but our water woes were relieved by Scott that very day - and even earlier than initially scheduled!
His work was unhesitating and professional (my husband enjoyed getting to watch and learn about the plumbing features of our 1950s house as Scott worked), which is no doubt helped by WPP plumbers arriving in fully stocked vans so they can get to work as quickly as possible in most situations. Pricing was very fair for the type of repair needed, and communication from everyone from Scott to the lady at the front desk was helpful and efficient. I would prefer not to come home to any kind of pipe issues ever again, but if it happens at least there's a local plumber around to trust!

Brandon is the ONLY plumber to call when you need a plumber! As soon as I called him mid-afternoon he was quickly at my house fixing my old toilet within the hour!!! He quickly diagnosed the problems due to normal wear and tear of a 22 yr old toilet and water line leading to it that was malfunctioning. He took the time to explain how everything works as well. This is my second time dealing with Brandon in a few months. He knew who I was over the phone and said he'd be right over and he was. Super professional and gets the job done quickly without cutting any corners at all. He also replaced my old bathroom faucet at a super nice discount! He takes the time to explain what he did and why to help save me more money down the road. He's a super nice guy and again the only plumber I now trust to have my back when I need any plumbing fixes right away. Don't dare hesitate to give him a call. He enjoys what he does and is Great at it and very knowledgeable too!

My first floor toilet started leaking. I received a quick response from Xprt to my need for services, had an appointment within a couple hours. My toilet was checked and an assessment of the issues was provided along with recommended services. The toilet was repaired and reinstalled with a new seal. The cost was reasonable and as quoted. I will definitely use them again.

I needed a sink replaced and faucet installed. They were very nice, affordable and did a great job. If I have any other plumbing issues I will call them again.

I had a weird leak that ended up being from my dryer vent tube. Bradly was awesome, helped me be confident in ensuring the issue wasn't related to any nearby plumbing, and helped me fix the issue. He was friendly, progressional, and my pup liked him :)

We called Jayk's first thing in the morning when water heater started leaking and they arrived within half an hour. Able and Jose were incredibly efficient, professional, and kind - they had our water heater replaced, as well as fixed our supply line and rusted out water valve all within a couple of hours, and way below budget from what we were quoted by other companies. I can't say enough about how impressed we were with their service. They are taking serious COVID precautions and made us feel safe throughout their service. We will definitely be calling them anytime we have plumbing needs in the future!

We have been using Wayne Edwards of Plumbing Solutions for many years, and he is the best plumber we have ever come across. Wayne is knowledgeable, thorough, on time, professional, and pleasant, and his rates are fair. I had used half a dozen plumbers over the years beforehand, in my four decades living in this same house. Some were okay, some weren't. Some were on time, some weren't. Then I found Wayne. I would never use any other plumber now. I even recommended him to others who have used him, and they are also very pleased with the quality of his work.

I would recommend the Bull City Plumbing for future work at my residence. Tray treated me with respect and helped me get my place in order. He was efficient and did a great job. Very reasonable pricing as well!

Got an appointment on same day service, fixed all 3 leaks until i showed him one of the toilet water leak is still not fixed, said he will come back and fix it next day as he had to order the part, never showed up after that, tried calling several times, he never picked up the phone. I have to call another plumber to fix the problem. Very unprofessional, I will never call this company or recommend to anyone....

I'm not sure I've ever had a more positive experience with a service company. When I called to schedule a non-emergency appointment for a plumber and an electrician, the woman on the phone apologized that they didn't have many availabilities left that day, but we could try to make something work. It was incredible - most of the other guys make you wait at least a week before they can schedule your appointment.
Streamline does an incredible job of communicating with you about your appointment - there is a reminder email, a reminder text, and then the technicians let you know when they are 30 minutes away. The email/text the day before your appointment includes the name of your technician and a photo, so you know who to expect.
I had an appointment first thing in the morning, and my technicians were both there precisely on time. I had some basic work that needed to be accomplished, and some questions about other potential issues in the home, and both technicians were extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and very friendly. The pricing was, I thought, extremely fair, but most of all, it was completely transparent. I was told ahead of time about what each service would cost, given options for levels of service - a quick fix, or a more permanent solution, and felt I was very much in control of how much I needed to spend. The experience was professional in every way, and I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

I have been a customer of Raleigh Heating & Air for many years now and this is my balanced review of the company.
The positives: They are usually knowledgeable and friendly. The technicians and the office staff are generally very nice. Most of the time, but not always, the technicians seem honest and helpful. I usually do the contract service, which is nice and keeps my systems working well. I have not had problems with any repairs that they have made.
The Cons: I have had a few technicians attempt to sell me on repairs that were not needed. Once a technician pushed very hard on a repair for my furnace, and later turned out other technicians did not even find a problem. My current issue with them, which may cause me to look at other companies, relates to how busy they have become. This year when I scheduled my annual service of my AC units the soonest appointment was set for over a month away. Upon the extreme temperatures, I noticed my units not cooling as well during the day most likely because they usually need recharged with freon. I called to ask if I could have a technician come out sooner. I was told that a technician could not provide the annual service to the units but could come out sooner to do any repairs. Usually I pay for my annual contract and any additional costs for repairs at the time of the annual service. However, if I have a technician come out earlier I will have to have 2 appointments and I will have to pay additional money for the earlier service. I don't feel this is great customer service especially for a long time customer that is trying to be proactive to prevent more expensive repairs.
Overall, I find that Raleigh Heating & Air provides a quality service but has become so busy that it is sacrificing customer service to make more money.

Eddie was great! He responded to my estimate request early (3:20 AM) with much as up front pricing you can do based on what I could give. A polite and personal email response. This was also the only estimate with any pricing we received when I woke up on this morning. I had already researched and knew getting the hot water heater I needed would be difficult due to where it is installed and the space available here. I also knew about what this would cost wholesale. Asked to proceed and he was here exactly when he said he would arrive. Everything is pretty good so far.
Now this is where it goes above what I expected - After seeing the layout there was only this particular water heater as an option. Eddie was up front about the cost of the unit (I had researched) and this reflected his original estimate. I didn't have a home warranty and do not have much experience working with any finance company. I tried to apply on his site but it was not working. Eddie personally called the finance company to assist and it turned out my personal credit lock was preventing the application from going through. I fixed this and he then walked me through the financing directly with his business account rep all the while lining up the rest of the job.
The water heater had burst but not in a location to cause damage. I did have cold water as I found the valve to shut off water to the tank. I told Eddie and his office it wasn't an emergency but would like it fixed as soon as possible. However, Eddie treated it as such. In less than 4 hours from responding to Eddie's initial quote I had hot water.
Professional, punctual, courteous, and was able to finish a difficult fix quickly.
