Service techs arrived on time and diagnosed the problem promptly. They corrected the issues.

My shower handle stopped working.  We tried replacing it ourselves but it's a little complicated.  I asked for recommendations on yelp and Logan was one of the first to reply, it was a Saturday.  One person said the would call me next week but I have three little girls that need their baths.  Logan came out that same day and gave me an estimate.  He returned and replaced the faucet, which works great.  He also gave a very accurate estimate it only changed a little because of a piece I needed to  complete the installation.  
I will definetly be calling again.

I had a slow leak on my gas pipe. Ronald was quick to respond, works fast, good flat price, and courteous service. I was very satisfied by the gas pope repair.

Proflow was by far the best plumbing service I have ever used. They were extremely responsive to questions, kept me updated, and were flexible in working with my schedule. Also gave courtesy calls when they were heading my way and pulling in. They were of the utmost professionalism and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommended! Prices are extremely reasonable.

Professional, honest, and affordable, what more can tou ask for?  Oh and fast, same day service in our case.  Our new go to for plumbing services.

Years ago I used Plumbing Solutions....which helped me to believe that there are people out there who do their jobs well and beyond expectations....I don't think Yelp existed then.  Well we've just called them again and are looking forward to their help.  I'll be posting results soon.

Called them at the late one day after another plumber came in and tried to rip me off. Same Day gave me a quick and fair quote over the phone and was doing work at 8 a.m. the next morning. Called about a leak under my sink.  Jason was my technician and said I needed a new garbage disposal, that it was cracked and a said I needed new faucet as well and quoted me an outrageous cost to install the garbage disposal.  I decided to wait, my brother replaced the faucet and NO more issues.  I would have been out hundreds of dollars had I listened to him and had the work done.

They were quick to respond the 2nd time I called.  First call was during the snow storm and they just didn't have the resources and ability to travel.  They did not follow up with the call for several weeks. Once they did show up, the tech was friendly and nice. He found out the problem and resolved it.  It was a damper that needed adjusting.  They charged me $65 for just pushing a damper down with his hand.  That was on top of the $95 service call fee.  Was here less than 30 mins.  Seems like a lot for someone to just push a lever.  Not even sure that will fix the problem long term since we do not know why it wasn't in the right position to begin with.  Not happy with that fee for that service. It didn't require tools or any time to speak of really.  I think a service fee and some small charge would be more appropriate and fair.

I called on a Friday because my main sewer line was clogged and backing up. They said someone would be out on Friday. I called at 3pm and again at 7pm. Due to the main sewer backup I couldn't use any water. No one showed up and no one gave me any notifications. I had to call another plumbing company on Saturday and they showed up within 2 hours to start fixing my main line. I called back to inform them to cancel because no one showed up and they tried to send a plumber out and I had to make sure they didn't send someone out. Waste of
Time and energy. Should have called someone else from the beginning but now I'm stuck paying the Saturday surcharge; but at least I got a response and it fixed

I set an appointment and also shared I was home on a few days, so when they had an opening, I received a call and they came when it was super convenient for me! I am not savvy about how much services should cost but their estimate was fair and when the repair was not as complicated as it looked, the cost was adjusted! Noah was wearing a mask from the beginning, was super professional and very nice! Thanks for making the experience smooth and I will most certain use ARC for future needs!

Excellent, prompt, generous, cost-effective service. I messaged him via Yelp and he replied within minutes. For a non-urgent water related service request, he was available to complete it four days after I first contacted him. He completed the job within a few hours and communicated with me (while I was at work) throughout. I recommend his service because 1) he is great at communicating and meeting expectations and 2) he is affordable for good quality. I will plan to use his service again should the need arise.

Super responsive and helpful.  They solved the issue with our hot water heater and made the fix.  Fairly priced as well.  Will definitely recommend them.

Just had these guys out to repair a leak under the house. They were all very friendly & knowledgeable. They got the job done quickly & I feel like they were reasonably priced. I'm happy that I gave them a call!
