Theresa at Bass Plumbing did an awesome job with customer service! She was very polite and understanding of our plumbing problem and the frustration associated with it! She did all she could do to schedule the best service appointment she could for us.  So nice to deal with someone that considers the client!

BBradley Plumbing did an amazing job.  I called Matt and his guys came up within the hour to remove broken tank while Matt pickup a new water heater.  Matt and his guys were amazing, professional and on point!  They did a great job and pricing was right on target to what I was expecting. He acyually gave me an idea of pricing and did not change or have add-ons. He picked up the right tank and replaced shut off value too!..... I suggest to call Bradley Plumbing for your home plumbing needs.  I believe he also does commercial peoperties too!

I reviewed this company on May 25, 2023, shortly after the work was performed. My primary complaint was I felt the pricing of approximately $650 was out of line for 1-1/4 hours of work and less than $30 in materials.
On June  27 I received a call from my tenant the two sharp points of something had penetrated the wall in the bedroom adjacent to the bathroom where a technician from William Parrish Plumbing had replaced the tub faucet, shower head and water control valve which came in a kit by Delta. I provided the kit. Going to the rental house to determine what I needed to do and the cause of the problem I found the two screws the technician had used to secure the water valve to a 1x 4 were 3 in length and the sharp points had penetrated the wall in the adjoining bedroom. I removed them and installed two 2' screws which firmly held the valve in place.  The next step was to use joint compound to fill the two small holes and then repaint the entire wall.  I have never been happy with the outcome when I try to paint  small patches on walls that have been painted for 4 or 5 years.  One full day of work to keep my excellent tenant happy to live in the house she has been in for 5 years.  One day of work caused because the plumbing technician from William Parrish Plumbing decided to not walk to his truck to get the proper length of screws or possibly he did not have them and needed to make a trip to a near by ACE Hardware to buy two screws of the proper length or ask me if I had two he could use.

Our heat randomly stopped working at one of our rental properties so we reached out to Piedmont Metro for help! They had someone out the same day to not only diagnose but also fix the issue super quick! Very affordable & reliable! We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

Proflow was by far the best plumbing service I have ever used. They were extremely responsive to questions, kept me updated, and were flexible in working with my schedule. Also gave courtesy calls when they were heading my way and pulling in. They were of the utmost professionalism and it was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommended! Prices are extremely reasonable.

I do not impress easily, but Tim and 24/7 Plumbing have impressed me in so many ways. As not only a new customer, but one who is an out of area owner distressed about an emergency situation, he promised me, on the same day of my call, to stop by the rental property on his way back from the already scheduled jobs for the day. And he did. And he diagnosed it and did a partial fix to get the system working until he could fully repair all that needed attention. After calling me about the situation, he went back to his office, got together a proposal to perform the rest of the needed repair job, emailed it to me and scheduled it. (The man must not sleep!) Yesterday he promptly showed up (in horrendous heat) on time and they worked until the re-plumbing job was done! It doesn't get much better than to have a professional who is on time, on task, knowledgeable, and a hard-worker charging a fair price. I heartily recommend you call 24/7 Plumbing the next time you need a repair! Thank you for the rescue, Tim Langley!

My first floor toilet started leaking. I received a quick response from Xprt to my need for services, had an appointment within a couple hours. My toilet was checked and an assessment of the issues was provided along with recommended services. The toilet was repaired and reinstalled with a new seal. The cost was reasonable and as quoted. I will definitely use them again.

We had a new AC Heating system installed in December 2015 the service was efficient, the installation went smoothly and the follow up service call in May 2016 was excellent!
I highly recommend this company!

Emergency need, water coming through garage roof from bathroom above.  I called at their office at 9:52, received a call from the technician (Wayne) at 9:55, and he was in my driveway 10 minutes later!  Fixed the problem and gone by 11:00!  Wow, what a great experience.  That's the way you do it.

Great job installing our new kitchen faucet!  Fast, efficient and made sure we were satisfied before they left my home! Will definitely hire again!

Noticed a small leak around our toilet, called at 10am. Was there at 3:30. Fast, extremely personable, near and very reasonable!

I had a weird leak that ended up being from my dryer vent tube. Bradly was awesome, helped me be confident in ensuring the issue wasn't related to any nearby plumbing, and helped me fix the issue. He was friendly, progressional, and my pup liked him :)

We first found Cecil Davis Plumbing when our hot water tank died and we called our Home Warranty company (this is my 4th house I owned where the hot water tank died in the first year).  The first 2 plumbers never showed up and when we called CD, they were able to come out the next day.

My wife liked their responsiveness and said the plumber was nice.

Fast forward to a year later and we wanted to replace a toilet, a kitchen sink and add an outside spigot for a hose.   We emailed CD for an estimate with and without them supplying the parts.

They responded the next day and when we said we were ready, scheduled us within the same week.

The office lady was very courteous and even told us to download a coupon from their website for 10% off labor!

The plumber showed up on time, answered all our questions and even finished the job ahead of schedule.  We even had to have him install an unexpected new disposal since when he went under the sink he found it to be corroded and leaking (4th house and 4th new disposal too).

What else could you want?  

I'll be making CD my regular go- to plumber.

Nice enough staff, but definitely don't work to accommodate. I was a repeat customer of Midtown and called them when I woke up one morning to no hot water. They told me they were booked up
And couldn't get to me for a couple of days. I even asked them to double check with the owner, but they came back and said they could not work me in for a couple of days. I consider no hot water an emergency, but apparently Midtown does not. I called CK's Plumbing and they had a tech out within a couple of hours. For a great plumber that cares, call CK's Plumbing.

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.

DO.NOT.USE.  After waiting for them all afternoon on a weekend, for an emergency appointment that had been scheduled in the morning, they finally called and said they weren't coming. DO NOT USE!!!
