Two stars for the friendliness of the tech who came out...other than that? Needed a sink replaced-I have a garbage disposal and water purification. I was buying everything-sink/faucets/hardware....just needed someone to take out the old (drop in) and replace with my stuff. $1450.00 estimate...nuff said!
Follow up: Had another service come out and replace and install AND replace the water valves...$500. Hays said it would take all day...took three hours. Moving to one star also-why try to rip people off?

I used this company for a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink. I actually found them here on Yelp and decided to give them a try. I was so happy with my service! I called in the morning, received a response within 30 minutes, and was able to get same day service within a few hours. Excellent service by a friendly and knowledgable worker! I would definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone who needs it. Being reasonably priced was a bonus :-)

Hansen Family Plumbing has been our go-to for our plumbing needs for many years. Called and they happened to have a tech nearby. They quoted within a 2 hour gap he would be here and he was here at the earliest chunk of that.
Tech's name was Robert and was extremely helpful and informative.
What I enjoyed most was that he was honest and realistic with what needed to be done and gave us plenty of options and the pros and cons to doing them or not.
I would absolutely call them up again for any other A/C or heating service.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C. When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out. The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.

Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit. I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

In the past week I have used Kooline plumbing at BOTH my house and my rental property. I can not say enough how happy I am with their services. They answered my phone call when I was having an emergency leak issue. Moe helped diagnosis the issue over the phone and was able to fit me in the next morning to repair the leak. I am so grateful for a plumber who not only has excellent communication skills, who is friendly, who has an excellent team, gets the job done right, but also goes above and beyond for his customers. My wife and I saved our hard earned money for over a year and purchased a $6,000 Train unit back in January through Precision Air. We had just found out we were expecting our first child so we wanted to get the new unit installed well before Summer to avoid any potential AC issues while she would be 7-9 months pregnant. About six weeks ago, our new unit wasn't cooling properly so I called the 602-FIX-MY-AC number around 10pm on a Saturday night and I was told someone would call me in the morning (however their advertising claims 24 hour emergency service).
In the morning, someone did call me and sent a rep out. He was very nice, however he informed me that we had a drain line clogged and it would cost $140 to take care of the job. I told him I refused to pay anything after spending $6,000 just a couple months earlier. He tried to tell me it was a pre-exisiting condition and it wouldn't be covered on the warranty. I declined the service and opted to use a wet-vac and do the job myself.
The next day, I got a phone call asking about my service and I told them how I was displeased. They then had the owner Erik Bryan call me directly (which I thought was a great customer service move on their part). I professionally explained my displeasure and he too told me they wouldn't do anything without $140. Isn't forgetting about the $140 and doing the job worth it to take care of a brand new customer and preventing them from going on Yelp and telling people about the bad service they were given? Erik did not like this question and basically told me he would rather not even do business with black-mailers. He then offered me a discount of $40 if we had the work done, but still tried to sell me by saying this offer was only good if I got the job done that day. I also told him about the false advertising claims of their 24-hour emergency service and he told me he would get that straightened up with the call-center.
Well fast forward to this evening and our unit isn't working again. I called the number and was told a 24 hour emergency service tech would only be sent out if the unit was installed within the last 30 days.
I refuse to use this company and I will tell all my friends to not use them. They will nickel and dime you for every penny and still show no sympathy for you in a my house is 87 degrees, humid, and I have a very pregnant wife, please help situation.

My review is not necessarily due to workmanship, as we were happy with the final outcome. My negative review is due to the fact that the company is very quick to call you when you need service, but will not return a phone call when you are unhappy with the original work.
We had risers added to our existing septic system last year and the work was done by Walker Plumbing. Last month during a major rain storm the ground around both risers washed away and created a sink hole that caused a landscape rock to slide in to the hole, knock the riser off and fill the septic full of water and mud. Walker plumbing came back out to repair, but charged the full amount of the repair without assuming any responsibility for not compacting the dirt enough last year.
All I really expected them to do was call me back, but after two weeks and three phone calls, I still have not received a phone call. Companies need to acknowledge that custom service goes beyond the completion of a job.

Rich who came to do the service was very thorough and polite. He didn't try to sell us anything not needed. He provided pictures of all the ductwork and multi-meter readings for the critical parameters. He was very courteous as well.
The reason I didn't give 5 stars is: 1) they cancelled our initial appointment the day of (we had a 2-5 pm time slot and they called to cancel about 3:30). They did however offer us a significant discount (about $40 I think) for the inconvenience, so this isn't major and I understand things happen. 2) Their phone system is awful. They called me several times and I could not hear them. They would call back, same thing, multiple multiple times. When they called on the day of the appointment (2nd one) I told them to call my wife's number, as I was at work. They took down that number and repeated it back. Then they called me 5 more times!! I finally stepped out of my meeting to answer them, and again told them to call my wife.
Overall the service the technician provided was top notch, their office staff however, Meh....
