Best Water Heater Installation in Phoenix AZ

I thought that I could fix my leaking toilet. YouTube made it look so easy. I made it much, much WORSE. Fortunately, the friendly people at Pink Plumbing did not laugh at me. Instead, they sent a technician over that same day. Lou Hernandez was very honest about the prospects for fixing the toilet and offered to come by the next day and install a new one (if we first purchased one) for the same price as trying to fix the old one (which would not have been a sure bet). He came by the next morning exactly as promised and had the new toilet up and running in no time.

Moral of the story -- call the professionals and leave YouTube to the teenagers.

Called on Saturday during NFL wildcard weekend, after our plumbing completely backed up on us. Eric answered the phone and immediately diagnosed our problem over the phone. He scheduled us in for Monday morning and arrived promptly at the time agreed to. He fixed our issue and was very courteous to my pregnant wife who was at the home by herself. Hopefully we won't have any further issues, but if we do I will be using Hansen's again. Highly recommend.

I had a issue with my toilet... Lawson plumbing showed up EARLY  who ever heard of that!  Very professional and had their fancy IPAD to give me a quote and made the repair in about 10 minutes. They left and the bathroom was cleaner than when they arrived LOL.

I called Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers a little after 7pm expecting to get an answering service. Not only didn't I get an answering service, I got Chris who was actually doing another repair. Chris showed up about an hour later, exactly like he said. Super friendly especially working in the cold at night. He did a great job and water is flowing again!  Highly recommend Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers and couldn't ask for a nicer guy with Chris. Thanks for your help!

I called Bumble Bee to install a new garbage disposal when my old one rusted out. They came out the same day and installed it for me. My technician was Jim. The company did a great job on letting me know when the tech would be there not only by phone, but via e-mail. They even had a photo of my tech so I would know who I was letting in my front door.

Just worked with Larry B. He was so knowledgeable and had several common sense suggestions. He was prompt and attentive to all my questions. I've used this company in the past and they've always exceeded my expectations.

Have been using ProSkill for about two years now, and am always impressed by their courtesy, skill, and professionalism. The latest issue occurred when our A/C stopped working the evening before what was predicted to be a 109 degree day. The A/C unit was only 16 months old. The breaker hadn't shut off, so we couldn't figure out what happened. It was after hours, but the answering service got me in touch with a technician (Michael). We tried resetting the thermostat via over-the-phone directions, but with no luck. Instead of leaving us to sweat things out until the next day, Michael and Gavin came over that evening and were able to determine that the issue was caused by a faulty thermostat. They had a new thermostat with them and got the A/C up and running after installing the new thermostat. Awesome customer service is why we'll remain regular customers--thank you!

Absolutely terrible service, they came Friday to retrieve something from our toilet that our two year old flushed down, but were unsuccessful. The worker, Jesus, then told us he got his tool stuck and he needed to replace our brand new toilet for $650. I said no thank you as this was way too much for replacing a toilet. I asked for him to have his owner, or whomever in charge because he did not seem competent and I wanted to get our issue fixed. The icing on the cake is the way he left the toilet and pipe exposed. Jesus was incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could.

My shower had severe water damage due to a leak. Somers Plumber gave an estimate and different options for the situation. Amazing work, the price is just right! Definitely my go to plumber now. Extremely friendly, explained in clear details about the situation. Professional and reliable.

Sound Plumbing did a great job for us today. We had a few items for updates and repair, Brian was very professional and knew his stuff. Definitely will call again for any plumbing needs.

We were very happy with the service, professionalism, and quality of work they've provided.  He did a fantastic job finding the root of the issue and fixing it quickly and giving us helpful tips.  My husband is very handy guy but some jobs should be left for the professionals and we were glad to get Allegiance.  Their price were fair and affordable.  We'll definitely use them again if we need to and recommend anyone who needs a plumber.

UPDATE 6/11/14:
We decided to use Allegiance's services again.  We've been getting several quotes from different plumbing companies to install a loop for a water softener for awhile now but just haven't made the decision until we met Ramesh from Allegiance.  We were amazed at the quote he gave us just for the install.  It was 3 times less than what other plumbers were charging.  They also have a water softener that cost much less than the ones the other companies were trying to sell.  Justin and Ramesh installed the loop and the water softener and they did an AMAZING job.  We are extremely happy with their work.  They are very detailed on their work and it truly shows.  They clean up and put everything back to where it is.  My husband did notice they forgot to connect a minor part back that day after they finished so he was going to fix it himself.  He checked it the next day but Allegiance had already came back to fix it on their own.  How AWESOME is that?!  Our water softener is working great and we could not be happier.  If you guys need a plumber that will get the job done right and have affordable rates, call Allegiance!  You won't be disappointed.

Had a line leak under the driveway from the meter to the house. Instead of trying to find the leak and digging up the whole driveway, we decided to call Diamondback & save a lot of time and labor to locate where the pipe was leaking. The plumber came out fairly quickly. He pulled out what looked like a toilet plunger with some headphones attached. He put the 'plunger' on different spots on the driveway and told  us the leak is here... however he didn't seem really sure. So I paid him and while I was writing the check he stated that he didn't really bring the proper equipment to do a good leak location.
We quickly hammered through the driveway pavement where he had marked the spot... no pipe. We dug some more... still no pipe. 15 feet from the spot we ended up finding the leaking pipe. Lots of time and a driveway now almost completely ruined, I called Diamondback to let them know they did not locate the leak withing 3 feet as the invoice stated.
They would not refund my money.
This is no way to do business.

I cannot express my sincere appreciation for Casey, Bobby and Jesse yesterday. Our sewer line backed up and waste filled our toilets and tubs. Within 2 hours, Rooter Rangers had a  qualified engineer here ready to assist. After examining and problem detection, Casey realized our issue required more support. He scheduled Bobby to provide further detailed analysis. Upon learning where our issue was, Jesse was not far in tow to perform a high pressure flush of our sewer lines. Each were knowledgeable, honest, sincere and humble when I offered cold beverages and a tip of appreciation. Jesse even offered to assist us clean the mess in our home. Old school ethics with new school technology!
When all was done, my wife was pleased. Happy Wife, Happy Life!

We had a tub spout and the stem was damaged.  Larson came out and did a great job fixing the spout connection.  

Later not related to the spout that fixed, we experience a water leak.  We called them out to trouble shoot.  They did and they corrected a shower stem and installed a new one - $199.  They did a great job on the shower stem.  

They warned at the time that there could be additional issues and recommended accessing the back through the drywall in the adjacent bedroom - $300 more for a total of $499.  

My issue is the plumber appeared to be very impatient and rushed and didn't even bother to test out the first fix.  

Bottom line - I replaced the bathtub drain and installed a new cartridge - I tested and no more leaking.

I will not be calling Larson for any plumbing services ever again.  In my opinion their pricing is outrageous.

I found this company to be very professional. Gave us a time when they would  finish the job and did just as promise .The whole crew polite a and respectful of our property.They did a awesome clean up job.Oh,did I forget too say the cost was reasonable

We've used KING Plumbing Heating & AC (KING) in the past for a plumbing problem. My late Father's Day gift late last night was our AC unit stopped cooling. I sent a text to KING that I would contact them in the morning (Monday). As in our previous experience, the response was quick and by 10:45 our unit was up and running. Fast response, taking care of customers and personable guys who treat people with respect and understanding... yeh, I'll be calling on KING every time.

I needed a connection installed for my natural gas bbq.  They called me back promptly and were available to do the work when I needed them.  Curtis my tech knew what he was doing,  was quick and did a great job.  Their fee was very reasonable.  I will use these guys again and highly recommend them!
