Best Water Conditioner Installation in Phoenix AZ

Toto toilet installation fast and very professional by Jason. Then I wanted another toilet replaced because it was too low and he went back , picked it up and did it  the same day in the afternoon. Prices are probably high and I had found a less expensive option on Amazon , but then they did not offer warranty for labor , so I decided for peace of mind to go with the more expensive option they offered. All in all , I would call this company again if need would be

It does not get much better than this.  Jayson was the ultimate professional and did a great job replacing an old and worn out shower valve.  He was on time, polite, VERY competent and charged me a reasonable price.  I would absolutely use Lawson again.

If anything goes wrong in your home that's within their scope of services, don't bother calling anyone else. They're the best around, offer straight forward service at prices that others can't beat.

Had an issue with our water pressure in the house. Did some basic diagnostics and decided I needed professional help. Put out a job needing to be done on Yelp. They came out a couple of days later. Our tech was very thorough and explained everything to me. Job was completed in about 2.5 hours. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is they missed the morning appointment and I had to contact them. After that it was smooth sailing.

Great service from Tanner.  He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time, wearing a mask.  Our toilet was lose and bolts would not tighten it.   After removing the toilet Tanner found the toilet had been leaking and that caused the metal ring to rust and disintegrate.   He at first though we would have to replace the flange, which was expensive.  However he was able to get the ring off and chip away the concrete that was causing the ring to not sit correctly, which is what caused the leak in the first place.  (It had been like that since house of we built!)  Saved us several hundred dollars by not needing to replace the flange.  Really appreciate the effort and honest work.  He could have just as easily replaced the flange to charge the higher amount.  Installed new toilet correctly.   Did a great job cleaning up before he left.

Brandon and Randy arrived to replace the under-sink water-heater and had the job knocked out quickly, professionally and were very personable - I enjoyed the conversation while they were getting the old out expeditiously and the new in so we have instant hot water again for dishes.

Austin is the best service/repair guy I have ever encountered in all the years I have rented and owned a home. Very professional and patient. He answered my questions about the repairs and explained things thoroughly. He was even considerate enough to vacuum the area he worked in which is a sign of someone who truly cares about personal service. And, to top it all off, because my daughter was asleep on the couch, Austin was respectful and tiptoed around as he passed by.

In preparing to stucco my house there were several plumbing projects that needed done. From tucking pipes into the siding and moving a gas line to a smaller footprint and tiding it up. I found CTR Plumbing on yelp as I am selling my home and the new buyers asked for a few things. When speaking with Erik he was nice, respectful and seemed to be able to help me out with what I needed. Erik arrived at the scheduled time he said he would which is a plus. When he walked into my home he took off his shoes to complete the task. I was so shocked. He completed both of the jobs I needed and proceeded to leave. 2 days later I had the same problem in the master bathroom. I called Erik back and he said he would come back and check it out. Erik came to my home on memorial day even though that's a holiday. When looking at the job he realized he replaced the wrong spout in a different bathroom. He promptly corrected the issue owned it and apologized. I am a person who understands mistakes happen. But I respect Erik a lot that he owned it and didn't deflect blame. No charge and everything went well. Erik also recommended an a/c company that was great as well. Well be closing on our new home in a couple of weeks and will be giving CTR Plumbing a call with some plumbing issues.
