Best Water Conditioner Installation in Phoenix AZ
We are selling our house and needed to fix a couple things with our HVAC unit. I contacted J&M Sunday night through Yelp and they scheduled me right away and were out first thing Monday morning. They checked out the things listed in our inspection report and addressed what needed to actually be fixed. Didn't pressure us into anything extra. Simple and affordable and fast couldn't ask for anything better!

I found King heating, plumbing, and AC LLC when my home warranty company (Old Republic) sent Marc out to take a look at my AC unit that was not producing cold air. I cannot say enough good things about Marc. He was extremely nice, honest, trustworthy, and took the time to explain to me the problem and what can be done to fix it. He took his time and made sure the job was done right. The problem was that we were low on refrigerant and he made sure there were no visible leaks before pumping more refrigerant in the unit. He was able to fix our air conditioner and now my family doesn't have to live in a hot house anymore. This is by far the best experience I've had with a heating/cooling and plumbing company. I highly recommend this company and I even more highly recommend them sending Marc out to your house!

Best company EVER! We 1st met them thru the home show...offering $99 energy audits. We were immediately sold on this service....so very professional and knowledgeable as our first impression. They came out did a great job on the audit, wonderful follow up report.and now as of this weekend they replaced our entire unit...gave us a new air return...fixed our crumpled duct work...sealed it...bringing us up to current requirements..new thermostat....and many other services. They are always early or definitely on time...in constant communication by phone and email...courteous, explain what they are doing and why, very honest and genuine. Cleaned up after themselves even more than they needed to. The whole crew is AMAZING. Every single one of them. It is very apparent from the moment you meet them they care about YOU the customer. Not a top dollar sale, or pushing upgrades, but truly making sure you get what is needed to better your home. We could not have asked for better service. Spending several thousand dollars is already a difficult decision but they made it easy. We can already feel an immediate difference in quality and comfort. This is a family buisness and it really shows. WE LOVE CHS and we hope to have them back for all future services

I am a repeat customer with Yavapai Plumbing & Heating. I had one of their techs come out for a washer/dryer problem and to put faucet handles on sink in laundry room. I had to purchase the faucet from another company. The charge was outrageous and I complained about it. They agreed and a credit was given. That was the second or third time I had used them. The next time I needed my heating thermostat replaced. They came out, did the job - no problems. I called them to get a price on a reverse osmosis system under my kitchen sink. Not only would they not give me one over the phone, but they wanted to charge me $49 to send someone out to give me the estimate. I have lived up here for 3 years and they are the only plumbing & heating service I have used. That is about to change.

Started using these guys in 2013, and I was really happy with them. Great diagnostics, and very conscientious of spending. Recently, I have had some mixed results. One example, I had them look at a unit. They said it needed to be replaced, and they would not consider repair. I was skeptical, so I called another company. They repaired it for under $200, and months later it is still working. Obviously someone can have a bad day and misdiagnose something; however, this has happened twice in the last year. I would definitely use this company again, but I might get a second opinion, as my confidence is not 100%.

A job well done! Thank you for a speedy replacement of my water heater and all the knowledge I was given including the referral for water removal services. Technicians were knowledgeable, experienced, professional and considerate; they did not leave a mess. They treated my space as if it were their own. I highly recommend A.P.E.S. to anyone in need of their services.

This review is based on Chas Roberts as an Original Installer for Richmond American Homes new construction.
Chas Roberts installed two Goodman Desert Series Heat Pump system with Air Handler.
The first couple of months of living in the new house I noticed that 1/2 the house was hot.
So I called the number on the thermostat and Chas Roberts came out.
Verdict....Freon leak in unit. Wait how could there be a freon leak in a brand new unit? Wish I would of known more about HVAC then. So unit gets repaired more like the tech just added freon.
Year two summer rolls around. Same thing. Same unit leak. repair performed freon added.
Year 3-7 same story, but this these times I went with other contractors with same result. All said terrible install. None of the contractors recommend replacing the unit if it is less than 10 years old. I looked online and these units can be had for $2000 plus install. I have been paying about $500 a year for leak fixes and freon. Probably could have had a new unit by now.
Going back to Chas Roberts. All the thermostats installs had big holes in the drywall that was not patched. So this summer of 2014 I patched the wholes. Also all the vents had to seal. Close to 1/4 gaps at registers. Really these guys are happy with such sloppy work. Richmond American has to take some blame as well as they are the final say.
The air handler has multiple air leaks. Once I get some Mastic and UL Al tape I will seal the leaks.
The hvac flexible ducting has leaks where they attach to the air handler.
Also the routing of the HVAC flexible ducting is terrible. One of the ducts loops in a circle...really how efficient is that?
I guess I will take it upon myself to correct what the professionals have done.
