Best Air Duct Installation in Phoenix AZ

When I talked with Eric yesterday, he seemed extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated him fitting me into the schedule today. Expecting Eric today, Robert showed up.  While my bathroom clog was a little more complicated, a $135 rooting job turned into a $200 job. Understanding that complication costs money, I needed my drains fixed. I appreciated that Robert called me twice to try to explain what he was doing, but it seems the job could have been completed in less than the 2.5 hours it took since Robert was on the phone most of the time he was here. He would come in for a few minutes then head outside for a call for a few minutes, then come inside, then go outside for a few more minutes (as per my mother in law). Either he was taking personal calls, or he didn't know what he was doing and was asking someone else for advice. Either way, if you hire a plumber, you expect someone competent.

Another gripe I have is we discussed a price of $200 when he called me at work after he started working and found a solution. I come home to find out that he tried to swindle my mother in law for an extra $25 which she refused. He also attempted at cleaning up the mess. There was sewage water all over the bottom of the cabinet, on my walls, even on my toothbrush. Seriously, that's gross.

I live out of state and the AC in my Peoria rental home needed to have the indoor coil replaced (in the middle of a June heat wave, of course!) Hays was very accommodating & their staff was superb! The receptionists, Veronica & Tanya, were very pleasant & professional. The two techs we'd dealt with between the couple of visits that had to be made to my home were Jerry & Mike, both were quite knowledgeable and extremely courteous and professional over the phone. The only thing I could suggest is to give an itemized estimate for jobs. We had to spend $2800 on our AC & would have liked to know what we were spending it on. Being out of state, we had to put our trust in Hays so the job could be completed as soon as possible (we have a tenant who's pregnant) & didn't have time to collect alternative estimates.

It is clear that Hays has high service standards and engagement among their employees, definitely an under appreciated quality of small businesses.

My air conditioning stopped blowing cold air. I spent a long time on yelp and web sites trying to decide on a company to schedule with. I chose this company because they had far more reviews than the others and are A+ on BBB. I like that their website is transparent. They answered my call right away and scheduled for same day. The tech was even available sooner than I was! Chris was prompt, professional, and very friendly. He found the problem right away and replaced it. The service fee was waived because there was a repair and I used a $20 off first time customer discount so I paid $234. It was fixed right away and my house cooled down just in time for triple digits. Thanks!

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

PlumbSmart did a great job on my property in Mesa. I called them to get a free estimate for re-piping the hot water system. Service Manager Gary Kelliher showed up and he walked me through the house and explained how the layout of the new piping from water heater in the garage.
He also assured me that it will be done in one day. They have to run the piping in the attic and down in the wall in four locations, and I was amazed of the nice and neat cut in my walls. Gary came back the very next day and inspected the job.
To summarize, they are very professional, on time, fair and reasonably priced.

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

Our toilets in our shop backed up.  They came same day and snaked the line.  The whole appointment was 35 minutes from start to finish.  They charged us $389.00.  The same day service was appreciated, but not the exorbitant price.  We will be going elsewhere from now on.

Owner , Dustin, called at 8 am and said he would be out that day to install my new water heater.  I asked him if he would be doing it himself.  He said yes.  I informed him I would like to be here during installation.  Hours went by and I finally got a text at 2pm stating someone is going to my house now.  The tech actually was already at my house my babysitter told me.  I was very upset.  I should have been called BEFORE someone was at my house and a time should have been discussed.   I am not just sitting around my house all day waiting for someone to show up with no notice.   I informed him I was not home and I specifically told him I wanted to be there.  Also, I was upset he sent some other tech after he told me he would be doing it himself.  I agreed to let that technician take out the heater and I would be home by the time the other one went in.  I arrived at home to find nothing had been done.  I had to call him when I got home and asked him why it wasn't removed.  He said he sent the tech to another job.  I asked him again if this is going to be done today.  He said YES!  However, 5:00 comes around with no call from Dustin.  He text me at 5:00 asking if I needed it done tonight or can it wait until tomorrow.  I text him back and said I really need it tonight.  I have been without hot water for 3 days already.  I have 4 kids and we all need a shower.  Five minutes later I got a phone call from someone else in his company , since he didn't want to tell me himself, saying a technician had a death in the family and could not do it tonight.  Really?!  5 minutes late all the sudden their is a death?!  He was just hoping I would let him off the hook and tell him he could come tomorrow morning and when I didn't say that he made his buddy call me with a an excuse. What a horrible excuse.  At least be honest.  I was extremely upset.  I called the next day and Dustin was very rude could clearly care less about customer service.  I ended up having to find another company to do the work.  Luckily the next company was AWESOME!  He could have had a customer for life if he could have just been honest and followed through with what he told me he was doing.  He has now not only lost my business but he has lost my grandma's as well (who was a previous customer).  We will be taking all our business to the new company I found.

The heating unit that was installed by Y P &H  4 1/2 years ago started acting weird.  They sent JOSE GOMEZ out to check.  After checking everything on heater and it was good, he checkeD thermostat.  It was bad.  Looking  at warranty  of 5 years still  had time so he called manufacture Honeywell and arranged a replacement for free.  He also drove across town to pick it up anD then came back to install.  None of that was his job,  but h wanTed to make sure we had heat and were satisfied with his service.  Thank you Jose!  I will ask for you by name next time!  M. We had to have our main water line replaced from alley to the house, They estimated it would take the full day and possibly part of the next-  the invoiced amount was to be $3100 total -
Two men did the job in 2.5 hrs and when I was surprised they finished so fast the guy in charge said it was an easy job.
I called the office to pay and the owners wife was shocked also that they were done and said she'd rework the estimate.
They took $200. off, that is all.
When I expressed concern over the small amount they deducted she spoke to the owner and he took another $150 off.
We really expected them to cut the bill in half consider the materials were roughly about $800.
And we agreed on the price when we thought it was a full days work. We would not have agreed otherwise.

We were very happy with the work and the courteousness of the men that did the work but were not happy with the price in the end.
We also had planned to have them do our AC unit replacement but decided to go with another company after this disappointment.

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

This is so frustrating. This is a brand new unit they installed 2 months ago. They were supposed to come out today between 9am and 11am. No call no show. I call them at 1pm they tell me they had technicians that called out today. Tell me I am next in line and should be called in about hour to hour and a half. I call them back at 3:45 and they tell me they will look into it. Meanwhile the rains the last 3 days has been coming in through my return duct opening. My ceiling is crumbling and spongy. The first rain when I called shirted out the thermosat (Luckily Mark had one on his truck).
I have given up pretty much a whole day waiting around. I have plans this evening and cant wait around anymore.
They dont seem to care about customer service or making sure they do their work right the first time.

Had an estimate for a new unit install. They seem more interested in getting me to finance a ridiculous amount rather than pay cash for what I actually need. Prices are $2000 over every other estimate I received. Salesman was nice but made it a point to tell me that they are priced higher than most as they are a large company with higher overhead

I called Tucker Hill to have some outdoor outlets installed. They sent over Cash Moore. I could not be happier with the results. Cash was very professional and personable. He explained in detail exactly what needed to be done in order for the outdoor outlets to be done. He did very good quality work and I could not be happier with the outcome. For any future electrical work, I will contact Tucker Hill and will request Cash Moore.
