Best Toilet Repair in Orlando FL
We've utilized Tom now for two jobs, one was a water heater replacement, the other a toilet repair. Both appointments were for 7:00 am, both times he was on time, did the job, answered any questions, took my money, and was on his way. That may not seem like a rav review but it really is. He doesn't waste your time or his own which I believe is what makes his prices so reasonable. He's personable but not phony friendly, if you know what I mean. He's now my plumber and the only one I'd recommend to friends or family.

If I could give Roy and his Team 100 stars, I would.
I had a different plumber come out to my home prior to contacting Broadway Plumbing regarding low hot water pressure throughout my home and they determined that it was lime and calcium build up (more thank likely due to the age of our water heater which was 17 years old). They quoted me $1400. I called several different plumbers for quotes and even got a quote from lowes; all quoted between $1250-$1800.
I called Broadway Plumbing and spoke with Roy. He was friendly and genuinely helpful. He was able to get a technician out the next day (today). The technician (I don't remember his name, ugh) was so friendly and efficient. He replaced the old heater and replaced it (with one 10 gallons bigger & at no extra cost) within about an hour.
The heater came with a 6 year warranty and the total between the unit and labor was about $1k. It's saved me several hundreds of dollars (might not mean a lot to some but it means a lot to a single mom)!
I know who I will be reaching out to for all future plumbing needs. Thank you so much Roy and Technician (sorry I forgot your name, lol) for a job well done!

My water heater went out and needed to be replaced. I contacted a few other companies and they wanted to charge me almost double what I paid with the plumbing doctors. They were able to fit me in same day and I was so thankful because I have a baby at home that enjoys his warm baths. It's so refreshing to come across a licensed plumbing company that doesn't nickel and dime and does great work. They were very professional, respectful and honest. I will not hesitate to contact them again when I'm ready to do more updates or repairs on my house.

The plumber that arrived was very professional and addressed all our questions. They cleaned up after replacing the toilet. Very friendly and reasonably priced. Would recommend. And if I ever have more plumbing issues, I will definitely call back!

Jason G was very helpful cleaning out my grease trap, he left the place in better condition then he walked into. Very personable, and seems to be compassionate about his job field. 10/10 would recommend to a close friend or even family. Definitely will be a returning customer. Employees like this are hard to find and refreshing to know still exist.

Terrific customer service. Justin did a fantastic job for us. He was punctual, pleasant, and very professional. He solved our leaks quickly and competently. We are VERY happy. Thanks, Justin, Mr. Rooter, and American Home Shield.

I called Johnson Brothers Plumbing 2 x in 1 week. 1st they referred me to American Leak Detectors which was a great referral and 2nd time for them to come and make sure all was well.
They came the following week and the Tech did an excellent job explaining what was happening, what the original issue may have been, and potential solutions if I was interested.
Devon, the consultant took the time to make sure I understood the information and to see if I had any questions.
Great service all the way around.

Herrill Plumbing is who we have used over the last few years, we have been thru many plumbers and they are simply the best! From the first interaction on the phone and ultimately the service at our home. They are prompt, honest and fair pricing. We will continue with Herrill for all our plumbing needs !!! He was hired to install my two toilets and did so. After a year later, I have no issues with the work he did and I would highly recommend!

Believe the poor reviews on this site...they are dead on! The people in customer service are unbelievable. They will yell over you on the phone & they show no commitment to getting your AC fixed even in the worst of Orlando's summer heat. I will never ever use them again. I can't see how they are even in business unless they are fully reliant upon people like myself who get suckered into working with them through the home warranty company. My technician was actually very pleasant & seemed to care about doing a good job. The 'ladies' in dispatch and customer service are the real problem. They are unresponsive, disgruntled, & clearly do not care about the value of the service they are providing. Customers are apparently a mere annoyance to them, no matter how much $ you are forking out for their services (which I later found out is much higher than many of their competitors). My advice would be to look around & do everything you can to avoid working with this company.

I had used Brownies a couple years ago to fix the septic tank for a rental property I own and was satisfied. So when the septic tank buzzer went off at my home, I called them. I regret it and will never use them again.
We had no idea what was wrong that made the buzzer went off. It turned out the float needed fixing. The tanks did not need to be pumped but my wife was worried we'd have sewage everywhere so I agreed on the call to Brownies because they told me that must be the problem. They estimated to get the tanks pumped for around $600. (I have 2 systems). But they charged my credit card $725 because they made me pay with credit card ahead.
Then when they found out it was the float it cost another nearly $395 which they charged on my card but gave me nothing in writing. Nor did they ever confirm the work was done. And when I called the office and asked for someone in management to call me to if the float was even fixed, no one called me back. I wanted to also complain they left 2 big holes, one so bad that a house guest walking across yard almost fell in the hole.
If I knew it was such a big job--more than $1,100--I would have gotten other bids and gotten estimates in writing and wouldn't have given them my credit card ahead of time. I will never use them again and will tell anyone who needs a septic tank to never use them.

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.

Broke contract. No call, no show. I left multiple messages and even tried to email. Don't bother with them.

I called this company because of its apparent 100% customer satisfaction policy and my experience was a complete disaster. They told me that they would arrive within two hours and after two and a half hours, I called the company and they couldn't reach the plumber that was assigned to me.
I told them to at least call me with a status update when they figure out where he was, and again after thirty minutes, I still received no call. This company in my opinion is a total fraud. They have this high and mighty customer satisfaction policy on their website but their management doesn't even bother to call their customers if they're going to be late - in this case, they never even showed up.
I am writing this yelp review because I found this company through yelp and wanted to warn other users that this company is thinly staffed and unreliable. I would check out your yellow pages and go for someone who has more experience.
This company is more than welcome to contact me as I have reached out to figure out what happened but never received a phone call.
