We had a leaky sink and stubborn toilet. I put off calling a plumber for as long as I could because I didn't want to deal, but Tom made it super easy.

He responded to my message almost immediately and was able to diagnose the issue based on a quick call and photos I sent his way.

Once we secured the right parts, Tom was readily available to come install them. He was right on time in the window he promised -- always a plus when working with service companies, am I right?

He was efficient, incredibly knowledgable and overall delivered great service.

Also, his rate was very fair. I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

When it was time to replace my almost-15-year-old water heater,  I had to make several decisions.  One was the type of water heater I wanted.  After doing some digging around online I decided that a hybrid heat pump water heater would be my best choice.  I called 7 companies for estimates.  3 of them didn't want to be bothered.  The other 4 gave me written estimates.

To be fair, I believe any one of those 4 companies would have done a good job for me.

But I chose Brodway Contracting for the job.  They were the first to respond to my request, their price was awesome, their communication was fantastic and the guys they had to install the water heater were amazing

After the installers left, the unit malfunctioned.  I called right away, left a message, and got an almost immediate response -- and this was well after business hours.  It turned out to be a bad circuit board -- but Brodway was right on it and had it fixed the next day.

The level of service I received from Broadway was just amazing. From start to finish I am super happy with them, and with my new water heater.

I'll definitely do business with them again, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I can't say enough good! Water heater pipe broke in the middle of the night and I couldn't shut water down. Also, the water had created an electrical fire (small1 but still happened). I shut power down and called. Dave sent the kindest tech to the home to assist in shutting water doors and the job was done tip top (replaced water heater) and super tidy. Thank you for being the men that wore capes today! Definitely th hero!

Professional.  On Tuesday morning we had an emergency.  The toilet in the condo we rent overflowed into the bedroom closet and the bedroom.  Mr. Rooter was the 3rd company  I called and the ONLY one that was able to send someone out within 2 hours. They were there within an hour! From the person who took the call and called when the technician Justin was 10 minutes out.  Excellent! Justin was professional, confident, thorough.  The work and knowledge he provided gave the condo owner the nudge to replace another toilet in her property the very next day.  I will recommend this company to any one I know who may need the many services you offer.  Thank you for helping our family.

Thank you Johnson Brothers Plumbing for servicing my parents home. My elderly parents have been dealing with broken water pipes in their home since Dec 2019!!! When I called to let Johnson Brothers know about my parents situation and to kindly ask that they take care of them, they first responded, of course, but finished by saying, this is what we would do for anyone. They are a Christian family and have morals and values they feel are incorporated in their business. It definitely shows! My parents were completely satisfied with their work. I completed the online form and received a call from the HP office within a couple of hours. They were able to get a plumber/technician on-site the same day to replace the inlet/outlet water valves above my water heater.

We had our walls painted and recess lights put in. Extremely good service and you can tell he really cared about the quality of work he was doing. He was very meticulous about keeping his work area clean. Highly recommend!

David is a fantastic plumber! And on top of that, he's a wonderful person! The world needs more people like David. The plumbing job wasn't the hardest job in the world, thankfully. It was an installation of a new kitchen sink fixture. But the fact that it was in the house since we had our house built 20 years ago, and it was the original, I wanted a professional to do the job, JUST IN CASE! I've included Sonik Plumbing to my CONTACT INFO in my phone. For me, David was an excellent choice, and AND, did I mention, David offers fair and very reasonable pricing! I can appreciate a professional that knows how to complete the job and at a PROPER PRICE POINT! Way to go, David!

Called for a quote, Ron acted like he was too busy to speak with me for 2 minutes and had to take another call that he thought was more important.  Do not do business with people that act like they are doing you a big favor when you are paying them.

Awful, awful company. Worked on the AC unit in the downstairs apartment and next thing I have water and dirt spewing out of my unit. Guy tells me not to worry that he will come back and fix it if anything happens... Fast forward a few weeks and my AC breaks so I call them and ask them to come check it out, like they said they would, and they proceeded to tell me I would be charged. The woman was extremely rude on the phone to me so I asked for a manager. Owner, billy, comes on the phone and i begin to explain the situation. He was disgustingly rude and incompetent and kept cutting me off and would not let me speak. When I told him I was told I would not be charged, the owner told me the other guy would have to come out on his own time as he wouldn't pay for him to come and that he doesn't work for free and he hung up the phone on me. Way to run a business, billy.

Brownie's responded very quickly to my request. I did not get their call at 12:49 PM on the Feb. 10, but I called them back at my next availability at 2:30 PM on Feb. 10. The woman was very friendly and we booked an appointment for Feb. 12 1-5 PM and I secured the time off from work. Waiting on Friday, I decided to call at 4:47 PM because I had not heard from anyone from Brownie's. I was informed that there was no appt. listed for me. I was then asked if I would like to reschedule for Monday or Tuesday. I have already missed 4 hours of work and was unwilling to lose more for another unreliable experience.

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.

Broke contract. No call, no show. I left multiple messages and even tried to email. Don't bother with them.

I called this company because of its apparent 100% customer satisfaction policy and my experience was a complete disaster. They told me that they would arrive within two hours and after two and a half hours, I called the company and they couldn't reach the plumber that was assigned to me.

I told them to at least call me with a status update when they figure out where he was, and again after thirty minutes, I still received no call. This company in my opinion is a total fraud. They have this high and mighty customer satisfaction policy on their website but their management doesn't even bother to call their customers if they're going to be late - in this case, they never even showed up.

I am writing this yelp review because I found this company through yelp and wanted to warn other users that this company is thinly staffed and unreliable. I would check out your yellow pages and go for someone who has more experience.
