We had a leaky sink and stubborn toilet. I put off calling a plumber for as long as I could because I didn't want to deal, but Tom made it super easy.

He responded to my message almost immediately and was able to diagnose the issue based on a quick call and photos I sent his way.

Once we secured the right parts, Tom was readily available to come install them. He was right on time in the window he promised -- always a plus when working with service companies, am I right?

He was efficient, incredibly knowledgable and overall delivered great service.

Gregg and his son were called upon to assist us with installing a water softener and reverse osmosis. We were overwhelmed by all of the products, but Gregg helped us navigate the different products. He was able to identify which products were good to place inside the home vs outside of the home (we needed something that would sustain the hot summer Florida heat). Once we identified the products, he came by to do a free consultation.

We realized there was no electrical box to plug our outside unit... Gregg was able to install the electrical box, the water softener, and the reverse osmosis all in one day. He was respectful about coming in and out of the house, completely professional, and reliable! We would  recommend using his company!

The plumber that arrived was very professional and addressed all our questions.  They cleaned up after replacing the toilet.  Very friendly and reasonably priced.  Would recommend.  And if I ever have more plumbing issues, I will definitely call back!

Highly recommend! We called the company number and Bill, the Owner picked up right away. He said he was just opening that weekend but would be willing to stop by on his time off. Bill arrived on time and was extremely personable. He assessed the situation and gave us honest feedback. As a courtesy, he helped us plug our toilet drain to keep dirty water sealed in the pipes. He said he would give us a formal estimate and return the next day with a plan of action. Bill was able to give us a deal to replace all our cast iron pipes. After comparing costs with other local plumbing companies, he had the best prices. AND the most trustworthy. The job is now complete and our water drains perfectly. He replaced all the cast-iron drain lines in our yard within a week. His team was on time hard-working and respectful of our space. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Best plumbing company out there. This company really knows what customer service is all about. The technician was courteous and extremely informative about my plumbing issues. I thought I needed a new hot water tank, it turns out I did not. My tank still has 4 years of life in it. Now what other company would tell you that. Most would come out because I said I wanted a new tank and just change it out leaving me with a large bill to pay. NOT the case with this company. I also had some questions about water quality, they did a water test and advised what I needed to do to correct my issues. They were honest and I could not believe they did not try and install something that I did not need, a rare trustworthy company with integrity unlike a lot of companies out there. Now they have a valued customer. Their costs are fair and reasonable.   HIGHLY RECOMMEND.  I do not work for this company nor do I know anyone that works there. I want to state that as I know there are many sceptics out there.

We called at 9 am to have a toilet fixed.  The supervisor called back by 930 to advise us our service window was between 10 am and 12 pm.

Our plumber arrived and resolved our issue by 1030 am.

I know sometimes it's luck of the draw, but the fact that the receptionist was courteous, was able to give us an estimate ($150-$250) and the supervisor called us back in 30 minutes made all the difference. We never even got a call back from Westbrook.

I'll be calling Herrell for all of our future plumbing needs.

I recently bought a house and one of the things it needed was a new air handler and compressor. I sent a few messages out on Yelp, pretty late in the day, and USHAC was the first to respond. I waited for some other initial quotes but decided on USHAC. Through out the whole process everyone was really nice and answered any questions I had.
For the product they offer I'd say the price was fair compared to other local companies. When replacement day came, the crew arrived on time and got everything done in the time they said it was take. The next day, I noticed one of the panels wasn't flush and called them about it. They came out the same day to take care of it for me.
The only reason this isn't 5 stars is due to one of the inspections they scheduled with me. I had to come home early from work to be there in the time range they gave me. The tech ended up not showing in that time and an hour after I called to see if anyone was coming. The tech eventually arrived, but a heads up about a late arrival would have been nice. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Brownies was contracted to do a pumpout before i moved into the house i bought. The tech took a picture of himself doing the pumpout and said the system is,in great shape. He was wrong. A month after we moved in the septic system started backing up into the house. I called another company to come out and they informed me brownies never pumped out the back half of the tank. They used a small hole in the top of the tank instead of sliding the lid to do a proper pumpout.  The tank was cracked and full of roots. Had brownies pumped it out correctly they would have seen this. Youre supposed to look in the tank and they did not. Its not possible to look through a hole that small. Now i need a whole new tank and drainfield.  Dont trust brownies. After contacting management they gave me a bunch of excuses but did not adress the roots in my tank.

Unreliable...you want a handyman you can count on.  The job was started and was supposed to be complete the following week and Jay discontinued contact.  Now we have a half complete job and a lot more work that needs to be complete and need to find additional services.  Go elsewhere.

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.

We have had a sewage smell coming from our tub for over a year now. Had Pete's out last summer and they couldn't find anything. Had them come out again yesterday and the plumber was very non chalant and kept standing there saying he didn't know what the issue was after he really never looked at anything. I had spoken with Justin previously and told him about the priblem and what the plan was for when the plumber came out. The guy who came seemed to have no clue about the plan and kept telling me he didn't want to do this, and didn't want to do that because it would waste my money. Kept standing around with his hands on his hips chewing gum and saying he wasn't sure what the problem was. After this back and forth, he finally asked if I was told about the charge for the call and said it would be $105. RIDICULOUS! My husband came home and dug the trap out himself and found the leak. The trap is leaking and needs to be replaced. And he's NOT A PLUMBER! I don't know what has happened to this company, but they have really gone down with their service. Didn't seem like anyone wants to put in any effort to work. Husband found the problem and called Pete's the next day to let them know. The girl on the phone actually said, so everything is ok? NO!!!! Now we have to call someone competent to come and fix the trap. Never again with this company and definitely would never recommend. Sad.
