Best Pipe Installation in Orlando FL
I've lived in Clermont for a few years a tried different plumbers. Tom Griffin is by far the best you will find! He gets the work done quick and efficiently and is extremely knowledgeable. He is the only plumber I will use in the future for all of my home and office plumbing needs.

I had a major issue with getting the snake out of my drain in the backyard today. I called several major company that did not solve much and told me it would cost $500 or more to get the stuck snake out. The snake was rented from Home Depot and I needed it out ASAP. That's when I came across action plumbing and thankful that I did. They were friendly and very informative. On top of that came out within the day and helped me retrieve the snake out. Pedro was amazing and super sweet. I would definitely recommend everyone to go for small family business like this one. They are friendly, quick to service, and reasonable! Don't let the other plumbing company such as roto rooter charge you an arm and a leg. Also special thanks to Lily who helped me over the phone! :)

Dave at Plumbing Solutions is great! Quick response time and a fair price. He was very friendly and professional. He came in, unclogged my toilet, cleaned up and was done! They even sent a thank you card with a $20 off next service magnet! Highly recommend them.

This was the best group of people to work with. Very professional and so knowledgeable that I would highly recommend them. Erin and Bill were the best people to work with. I had to do a replacement of sewer line and they made as easy and stress free and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you Justin, Carlos and without a doubt Erin and Bill

We just had a new water softener installed. The service tech was great! He was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. He hooked it up and explained everything we need to know about it. Could not have been better! They are now in my book as our plumbing company to call when we have a plumbing problem. Call them, you won't regret it!!

Exceedingly unprofessional. Stay Away! Made 3 different attempts to set an appointment where the tech did not show up AT ALL.
On the 3rd attempt, after calling the tech (who was 25 minutes late) to get an arrival time, the tech John blamed me and started talking fast and aggressively saying I called you and it went to voicemail so I didnt come. I need to talk to you before I can come to the appointment we set to give you a 'price estimate' because some customers have balked at our prices' ..... I was floored.
If you *need* to give me a price estimate in order to come to my house, then why give me an appointment time and ask me to text you my address without doing that?
Another tech (Jim) said that he couldn't make a prior appointment time because I didn't give him my city despite giving him my address with zipcode. Does he not know that my address and zipcode are all that are needed to navigate here? That he can EASILY get my city WITH my zipcode ... AND YET my appointment was canceled over that? Geez Louise.
If you want to have to jump through a bunch of hoops, explain your issue to multiple people, have techs get aggressive with you when you call them to ask for an eta, have them cancel your appointment 3 times for reasons like: they don't know how to use a zip-code or mobile phone, or have them tell you to text them your address followed by 'we dont use texting', then use Grace !!!
If your cell phones are being paid for by your company then why can't you use them for text to speak with customers? Does it make more sense to text a customer who has tried to make multiple appointments or just to cancel them outright?
Still have 2 broken toilets.

I completed the online form and received a call from the HP office within a couple of hours. They were able to get a plumber/technician on-site the same day to replace the inlet/outlet water valves above my water heater.
Many thanks to Tim for doing a great job!

Our A/C has been leaking and not working well so I called AHS our home warranty and the referred us to USHAC. I must say that my experience was very delightful with this company. I was told between 8-9 a.m. Jose called me a bit after 8 and told me he was on his way and would be here in 15 mins and he was. He went the extra mile and showed me what he was doing and why. I asked a lot of questions (as Im a new home owner) and he patiently answered all of them. He worked hard and efficiently so he was done by 10 a.m. He dug out our buried A/C condensation line, cleaned out the tray, put in a T pipe for maintenance, all with a smile. He recommeded that our coils be cleaned so we're waiting for approval from AHS.
I did check the reviews and I was a bit worried but I'm grateful that it all turned out fine :-)

Set up an appointment early in the week for a pump out on Friday. Called Friday morning to confirm that it would today (Friday) between 10am -2pm. They never showed. Called to ask when they would come out and was told that they had us for tomorrow, Saturday. Wasted a whole day waiting for them. I don't understand why they confirmed for today then.
Their loss; called someone else to come out tonight and ended up signing for a new drain field to be installed.

Unreliable...you want a handyman you can count on. The job was started and was supposed to be complete the following week and Jay discontinued contact. Now we have a half complete job and a lot more work that needs to be complete and need to find additional services. Go elsewhere.
Orlando, FL 32839
It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.

Totally regret doing business with Wyatt Sexton. He is unprofessional and not concerned about customer satisfaction. He showed up 2hrs late. Any questions i had were answered in a vague manner, When i requested, he enter the model number of the pump he installed on the invoice, he refused. Then he got belligerent and told me to kiss his a**.

Avoid this place at all costs. My landlord took a job that required him to move out of state. He and his wife decided to rent their lovely home to myself and my wife. Because they had to leave suddenly, and there was work that needed to be done on this house prior to us moving in, I agreed to be available to let in the people from Pete's Plumbing to re-pipe the house.
My landlord paid and gave them instructions that I was the point of contact and gave them my number, letting them know that I was going to be letting them in and out. So they call when I am driving in to work and want to meet me right then and there to have me give them the house key so that they could have full access to the house. I let them know that not only was I not able to drop everything and go meet them across town, that they had been told that I would be letting them in.
The person I was speaking with (Joey I think, but definitely the co-owner/son of the founder) became belligerent and asked why it was such a hassle for me to give them the key. I advised that I am simply following up with the wishes of the homeowner. He then said to me We have $3,000 of his money, so we will be doing it the way I say, and then he hung up on me.
I texted my landlord and let him know what had just happened, then called back. I got the same gentleman. I asked him calmly why he thought it was ok to hang up on a customer and talk me that way and he apologized and said that it would not happen again. I then explained that there are thousands of dollars of laminate flooring sitting in that house waiting for install, and that I did not feel comfortable handing over the keys with that much loose material laying around, especially with the way that he was insisting. He then said that he would have someone call me to schedule.
A few minutes later I get a call from the same number, but it was a different gentleman. He advised that he can be out there tomorrow at 9 AM. I take the day off of work and head over to the house around 8:30, but five minutes before I get to the house I get a text, not a phone call, saying that they cannot make the 9:00 time. I say no biggie and ask what time they can do this. He says he will get back to me ASAP.
1:00 rolls around and there is still no word so I text back and ask what the time table looks like. I get a reply that there is only one more job and then my house. 40 minutes later I get a text saying Dale is on his way to you. I reply ok, be there in 20
I head over to the house again and sit there for almost an hour when I get a text that says
Very sorry, I have multiple customers texting me and I was unaware I was texting you. We cannot work on your home at all today.
My reply I took the whole day off today. Why tell me you can do it at 9:00 am and then not do it at all?
His response: Because we could have finished it yesterday but you couldn't meet after our conversation in the morning
By this point I had taken about enough, so I call him and realize that the person who is texting me is the same person I was talking to on the phone yesterday. I asked him why he blaming this on me when he had no reasonable expectation of me being available the day before. Then he really became unhinged. Here are but a few snippets of what were said to me, a guy that just wants some plumbing done, by a person that was paid $3k to do a job:
I am 30 years old. This is the only job I have ever had. - Ok, not sure what relevance that has
Me and my dad are laughing at you right now. I have never seen a house so hard to get in to -- my reply, naturally, was hard? All you have to do is call me and set a time
Fuck you. I am not talking to you anymore. Give me the owner's number so that I can tell him what I think about you clowns.
He used the F-bomb about ten more times in the course of the conversation.
In Summary:
*The person that seems to co-own this business, and answers the phones as well as scheduled appointments, is emotionally unstable
*They are not able to keep time commitments. I am not talking about a few hours, either.
*They will, for some reason, insist on having a key to your home despite having someone ready and available to let them in when needed. If you deny them unfettered access to your home then they will become belligerent and curse you out, then hang up on you. This is highly suspicious behavior and makes me feel like they want inside the house for more than ethical reasons.
*They are unprofessional and undeserving of your money. Once you hand that check over all decorum goes out the window.
