Best Emergency Services in Orlando FL
We had a leaky sink and stubborn toilet. I put off calling a plumber for as long as I could because I didn't want to deal, but Tom made it super easy.
He responded to my message almost immediately and was able to diagnose the issue based on a quick call and photos I sent his way.
Once we secured the right parts, Tom was readily available to come install them. He was right on time in the window he promised -- always a plus when working with service companies, am I right?
He was efficient, incredibly knowledgable and overall delivered great service.
Also, his rate was very fair. I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

These guys are pros. Installed my hybrid water heater and I was impressed! They are trained by the manufacturer, professional, prompt and clean. The techs wore masks, gloves and took payment electronically. Great team!

Kitchen sink hot/cold water had a leak. We reached out to several plumbers in the area. Gregg was the first to respond within minutes. He arrived and evaluated the situation. He explained to us the issue, went to buy parts and fixed it in less than 30min. He completed everything by code and the work was beautifully done. I recommend for knowledge, being reliable, and having excellent communication skills. I will be calling him for another job in my master bathroom. Can't take shortcuts when it comes to plumbing and electronics!

We goes go back to Dave because we trust him and he has a wealth of knowledge. He has worked on my wife's dental office, our barn, our house, gas fireplace, inline gas water heater. Won't recommend anyone other than him and his team. Our well water system was on its last legs and caused our inline gas water heater to stop because it got clogged. They fixed it and flushed it out. After looking for the source of the clog we found our water filters were the cause. Dave was able to get the right filters and replace them. Because we were getting sand from the well he installed a sand trap. Finally he adjusted our water pressure which was low which our filter guy and well guy never checked. He is so knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dave and his team.WW

Highly recommend! We called the company number and Bill, the Owner picked up right away. He said he was just opening that weekend but would be willing to stop by on his time off. Bill arrived on time and was extremely personable. He assessed the situation and gave us honest feedback. As a courtesy, he helped us plug our toilet drain to keep dirty water sealed in the pipes. He said he would give us a formal estimate and return the next day with a plan of action. Bill was able to give us a deal to replace all our cast iron pipes. After comparing costs with other local plumbing companies, he had the best prices. AND the most trustworthy. The job is now complete and our water drains perfectly. He replaced all the cast-iron drain lines in our yard within a week. His team was on time hard-working and respectful of our space. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Give them a call today if you have a small plumbing problem or a large one like we had!

Jason installed a new water heater for me. He did a good job. The new water heater was a different size than the previous one so the plumbing had to be altered to fit. He used the materials that were here and made it work. He took his time and was very detailed in his work. I would use him again.

I unfortunately had to call the plumber's. Of all the plumber horror stories we hear our adult life I wasn't looking forward to it at all! I pictured the typical dirty, sweaty, crack exposed over priced & unfriendly plumber possible to show up at my door. I had the complete opposite! Not only did they have the nicest, most informative woman receptionist answering the phone but the plumbers their self are the same way. First let me tell you they were chosen because of the initial call. They answer the phone by saying how can we make your day better and they aren't kidding. I thought yeah right to myself but after question after question that I had the attitude never changed. The whole time helping me figure out what all I needed and what all my visit was to include. The low prices were unbelievable and there was no pressure set upon us when we heard what unfortunately needed to be done. They even offered ideas of what could be done if we wanted to only take one step at a time. They were very clean came did what they needed to showing up exactly on time and left. No mess was left no rude sweaty plumber and no crack view!! All laughs aside they are awesome!

I replaced the faucet on our kitchen sink and found that the shutoff valve coming out of the wall for my hot water was bad. The plumber we've used in the past came by, looked at it and said he didn't work on copper (what kind of plumber doesn't work on copper?). That left us in a bad place, since it was early Friday evening by now. We decided to call Centurion Saturday morning and was surprised that he would be able to come by around noon. He called at 10 am and said he was on the way. Very polite and efficient and certainly knew what he was doing. The cost was a little higher than I had hoped for, but this was a Saturday (off-hours) and my next day off wasn't for a week.
I would definitely use Centurion again and would certainly recommend them to anyone I know who's looking for a plumber.

He was hired to install my two toilets and did so. After a year later, I have no issues with the work he did and I would highly recommend!

They did what I wanted them to do but they billed me $425.00 for 45 minutes of work and I supplied the washer kit that they installed. Steer clear of this outfit.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Don't use these people. The only thing worse than their work is their customer service. The only reason I used them is because they are contracted through my home warranty company. They came out initially last Friday because we had been having issues with flickering lights and then our AC and dryer wouldn't work. When they came out I showed the tech the issue as pointed out by the power company, a burnt out lug (or something like that) in the meter. He looked inside and out and then told me he was not comfortable turning on my power and that he couldn't fix the issue that day. We were going to be out of town for the weekend already so I wasn't too concerned. They scheduled us for the first appointment on Monday and I later called the office to get clarification of just what time they would be there and was told 8am. I took the day off work and I rushed home (we stayed at a relatives since we didn't have electricity) to be there for the 8am appointment. At about 8:40, after no one showed and no one from the company called I called the office and a not so friendly woman told me the tech was on his way and should be at my house within 20 mins (so 9am, not 8 as I had been told). The same tech came out and spent the first hour getting the low down on another techs weekend before he got started. Finally at 3pm, they finished wiring from the main line to the panel and we flipped the switch and the house came to life, all except the dryer. He left and everything seemed fine until later last night when the lights started to flicker when the AC went on. Thinking it was just an issue with the AC, we shut it off. But the flickering continued and then our house went dark. We checked the panel and to my surprise nothing was tripped, which concerned me. How in the world did our lights and electricity stop and yet it looks like everything is fine. It was then I started to get concerned about safety, especially when my bedside lamp flickered on and off, even though it was switched off. I noticed some things were still on and working, our fridge and an outlet charging my cell phone. I called USHAC and their answering service told me they would relay the message and someone would call me right back. 30 minutes later, we still had yet to get a call back. I again called the answering service and about 15 mins later I received a call back. The woman didn't seem to know what she was doing though. She kept asking me to repeat my experience and it sounded like she was writing it word for word. She said she would have a tech out to us, but that he was located in Winter Springs, so it would take 30 mins for him to get to us. Over an hour later someone arrived and proceeded to talk on his cell phone for another 30 mins in my front yard before coming in (still on the phone and telling someone in Spanish that he was at work). Super unprofessional and rude. He looked at the work that had been done thoroughly and said he could not get our electricity back on because they hadn't replaced the part in the meter I originally pointed out. He said someone would be out first thing in the morning to replace it, but again, no one came by or called. I finally called them and the dispatcher said she didn't have any knowledge of the issue and would call me back. 30 mins later she still had not called me back, so I called her. They dispatched someone with the part we needed and finally 5 days after I reported the issue it was fixed. I am not sure how companies with bad customer service and who don't fix issues the first time stay in business. Do yourself a favor and use another company.

We contracted with Brownie's Plumbing re-plumb our home through our attic space. We also had them install a new water heater, located in our laundry room. The previous owner tiled the laundry room area and didn't pull out the existing water heater, but tiled up to the drip pan. When Brownie's replaced the heater, they used a smaller drip pan that came with the heater and you could see the broken tile and cement depression where the other pan laid. You would think that the person putting that drip pan down would know that the cement depression around the new heater would be unacceptable and ask us if they should re-use the old drip pan that completely covered the depressed area, but they didn't. When I saw it I told them that it was unacceptable and that they had to re-use the old drip pan, which they did. The team leader didn't apologize for the look but told me nobody's perfect. Then the worker in the attic accidentally drilled approx. a 3 dia. hole through the peak of the family room wall, but never mentioned it. When I saw it and he said oh, that's nothing to fix, your drywall guy can fix that easily. When I brought it to the attention of the team leader he again said, nobody's perfect. They had to come back the day after completion because the hot and cold water pipes were switched on the kitchen and master bath faucetts. Again, I heard the nobody's perfect comment. Today, the second day after completion, we woke to find water dripping from the ceiling in our guest bathroom and once again they had to come out to fix it. Seems someone didn't crimp the joining seams correctly. Additionally, whoever was working on the pipes under our master bath sink broke 4 small tiles off the trim on the tiled cabinet top and never mentioned it - just left 3 of the tiles inside the cabinet for me to find. God only knows where the 4th tiles is. We can only pray this is the extent of their carelessness.
I would not recommend Brownies Plumbing to anyone wanting a professional job or workers with a professional attitude. They were the low bidder but you know what they say - you get what you pay for.

They came out to provide an estimate, after paying for this service, they never did provide the written or a verbal estimate, I had expected it in an email. And I tried calling them every day for 4 days to have their rep call me with the estimate. Never happened. Pathetic follow up. I will never use these guys, and you shouldn't either!

It was not a good experience. Although they were very nice , it became obvious they were not prepared to do the job. They didn't have the tools or materials. The screws to hang the mirror were in the wrong place. They left with the job unfinished and I had to spend another $250 to get the job finished.

Totally regret doing business with Wyatt Sexton. He is unprofessional and not concerned about customer satisfaction. He showed up 2hrs late. Any questions i had were answered in a vague manner, When i requested, he enter the model number of the pump he installed on the invoice, he refused. Then he got belligerent and told me to kiss his a**.
