Best Plumbing Installation Or Replacement in Oakland CA

We had tankless water heater installed by Plumbing care professionals.  They are very efficient and get things done in a correct way.   The quote is very reasonable too.  Besides installing the water heater,  they happened to fix the water filter problem for us for free.  They are awesome.

This review is based on the experience of making an appointment and not for the actual service as we didn't get that far.  Paul was initially very prompt in responding to my call for an estimate and appointment. He had me email a list of things I needed done and he quoted me right back on email. He even gave me an appointment for two days later. Great so far. But here where it broke down: he called me 30 minutes before he was due to arrive and cancelled due to truck problems.  Never calling back to reschedule or anything, I emailed again to reschedule to which he responded quickly asking days that's work. When I responded with that info he disappeared and I have yet to hear back. Very flaky and not a good first impression. Sad cause other reviews were good.  Highly unprofessional way to conduct a business.

Wow, you just won't relent, ha?! Russian language has nothing to do with the fact that you've lied about each and every thing in your response! I DID give you my phone number and provided my address, I CORRECTED the wrong address you sent me after waiting countless hours for you to arrive! I DID call you and left vm's asking when you'll arrive for the appointment and sent you e-mails! And for the record, someone who respects privacy, won't divulge someone else's home address in retaliation for a negative review that is fully deserved! Your previous response was removed by Yelp because it was found in violation of Yelp's privacy policy or did you forget that you had disclosed my full address in your reply?! I would suggest that instead of lying, distorting facts, making sad excuses, and failing to take any responsibility for your conduct, you focus on what you could have done differently! I understand that contractors are people and people get busy; that's fine. That is precisely why I had asked you when you'd like to come for an estimate. You had picked the date and the time and if you couldn't make it, all you had to do is to let me know either via phone or e-mail! You didn't and wasted hours of my time in vain! Then you had the nerve to lie about the circumstances of what had taken place repeatedly and post my personal information without my consent or any relevance to the real issue! Grow up! Bullying, harassment, and retaliation have no place in a public space!

I called one plumber who couldn't come out for a week.  I found Almighty Plumbing and they came out the same day and fixed my leaky toilet.  What a relief!!  Michael was very friendly, professional, and explained everything as he inspected/repaired.   I would highly recommend Almighty Plumbing and Michael to anyone.  Thanks so much for the speedy/friendly/professional response.

Our washing machine flooded routinely.  Mr. Rooter sent out a very professional, extremely polite plumber who diagnosed the problem and put it to rest.  Mr. Rooter also made the process of scheduling the appointment painless. I would unreservedly recommend these guys.

Thanksgiving weekend and we find out that we've been leaking 200 gallons a day for at least a couple days!!! I could hear water leaking behind a wall and took a look under the crawl space but very quickly realized that this wasn't going to be a simple fix nor easy to even get to given how swampy the ground already was (200 gallons is no joke).

My wife called Yaro while I was rummaging about trying to find a way to shut all water off with no success. It turns out my main valve to the house was hidden under some dirt and bark and the water connection to the city did not have a valve for civilians to operate.

What a nightmare. However, Yaro said he was just wrapping up nearby and could be there in half an hour given the emergency. To my surprise, he was actually at my house half an hour later! For a thanksgiving weekend while out at another job, to give such a prompt and accurate estimate for service is incredibly impressive.

Within two hours of us even discovering the leak or 90 minutes of him arriving, Yaro had showed me where my valves are and how the city valves work, been into my crawl space to source the leak, found the leak, found the root cause, fixed the pipe, left me a souvenir, accepted convenient payment, given more advice about our water system as a whole, and left as swiftly as he came to go to his next job!

Best home service experience I've ever had to be honest and I'd happily go back to Yaro again, just hopefully with less urgent jobs in the future.

I called these guys for a split pipe. They recommended I change a larger portion of the system and upgrade to more modern equipment. I agreed and let them at it. After 2 weeks there was a leak. Albeit quite small, water was actively dripping on woodwork. I called and asked if a senior member of staff could come and fix but also review the rest of the work. I didn't want anymore leaks. I also requested he review the price as it felt a little high. He agreed it was about $400 too much.
This week the main 2 inch pipe they replaced completely separated from its connection which lead to 24 hours of leaking into my basement. I called to have them come once more to fix their work. They wanted to charge a call out fee $125 to fix their shoddy work. I refused as I would prefer to waste my money elsewhere.
The last pipe lasted 75 years. Their work lasted 12 months. No ownership over their work. Lesson learnt.

We host our annual extended-family Thanksgiving on Saturday.  The night before our garbage disposal stopped working.  The morning of I found the sink was clogged.  Having 30+ people over and no working sink...we were desperate.  

I contacted my regular plumber and even their emergency service was booked solid.  I tried another local, Pleasanton plumber and they were closed for the Thanksgiving weekend.  

I found Plumbing Care through Yelp, called their 24-hour line and a live person answered.  Within 15 mins I had an appointment confirmation from Steve and within an hour Dimitry was onsite.  He was courteous & informative.  Dimitry assessed the situation and gave us our options.    Within 45 mins we were up and running!  I was so delighted by the speedy service that I sent Dimitry home with a nice bottle of Steven Kent Malbec.

Polis Plumbing was outstanding to work with! They were punctual, professional, did a thorough job and took all Covid safety procedures into account. We woke up this morning with no hot water.  I noticed the pilot light was out but could not get it restarted.  We had just replaced the water heater 5 years ago so no way should something be wrong.  I looked on Yelp and found VIP Plumbing and called them at 8:30am they answered immediately and were at the house in 45minutes!!!!   What a great experience they were so nice and replaced the broken part easily.   I would for sure use VIP Pluming services again.

I called plumbing solutions to troubleshoot a problem with a power flush assist toilet. Ed responded and was on time, professional and was able to diagnose the problem. Ed was able to get the part needed to fix the problem within 24 hours and came back on a Saturday to complete the job. Ed took the time to make sure everything worked perfect. The costs of the repairs was reasonable. I will definitely use this plumbing service again!
