I will begin by saying that there is nothing better in winter than radiant heat, I mean the whole house is warm to the touch and no dry air blowing on you. So when my radiant heat boiler died last winter, we were very sad, so this summer I had three companies bid on the work to replace it. All three bids were competitive, but Innovative seemed to be the most complete, a great price, and we just liked Ramnar in general. He came right on time when scheduled and quickly and efficiently installed a new boiler. Now as it turns out, there was a leak in one of the pipes in the floor, so he recommended a specialist to find it. The specialist came out and put an 'X' on the floor like a treasure map. Ramnar came out the next Monday and jack-hammered to find and replace the leaky section of pipe. Again, he was fast, efficient, clean, and the fix worked perfectly. He patiently had me test the system and now it works as it should. I am waiting for winter to start and set it for 70 degrees and forget it until next spring. I cannot say enough good things about Innovative, as they are friendly when you call, fast to respond, and their work is really excellent. On a side note, they even installed a few sink fixtures in my bathroom and kitchen I had been meaning to do, and at a great price. For anything related to radiant heating, this should be your first and last call.

Vince and for Handyman Heroes deserve all the raves they get.  Vince and his colleague Clayton removed an above-fridge cabinet, shortened it to perfectly fit a new fridge and reinstalled the cabinet.  Having to maneuver in a very tight space could not have been easy but they did it like it was no big deal.  They were such a pleasure to deal with -- friendly, happy to answer questions and efficiently quick without rushing and cutting corners.  During the work there was an unexpected glitch which Vince took care of it without my even asking.

This was my first time using Handyman Heroes but they will be our go-to team from now on.

When a different plumber bailed on us on the day of the appointment, Awais was quick to the rescue. Woke up to no hot water and called Mister Fixit--he sent me a video on how to re-light the pilot and offered to walk me through it via video chat. I ended up not needing the chat but appreciate Mr Fixit's willingness to help me out for free and on the spot! He's a nice guy and now I have hot water, so 5 stars!

I recently contacted Paul for his services for moving assistance as I relocated down south. He arrived promptly and took down my bed frame, curtain rod and repaired holes in the wall. Natalie was available last minute for a plumbing emergency.  She picked up her phone right away and texted me updates about her ETA.  She took apart my drain to look for lost piece of jewelry and was very compassionate and human when she was unable to recover it (not realizing it was there I had run water).  She cleaned up under the sink and left the area neat. She's communicative, efficient, professional.  I will call her with any future plumbing needs.

Fast and friendly. I called them about a heater problem, which turned out to be a thermostat problem, and they also fixed a leak in a sink pipe at the same time. They said they'd arrive in 45 minutes and they did. They were in and out of the house in even less time with the heat humming and the drip gone.

Our basement space got filled with water due to a clogged/corroded pipe, the sump pump then broke due to this, and the crawl space flooded and it caused the water heater to break. Carbo came out on short notice and quickly fixed the pipe, sump pump, and water heater. Carbo was extremely professional, thorough, clearly communicated about the repairs, and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Carbo to everyone I know!

They just completed our sewer-lateral overhaul for Alameda Co. compliance.  Service is professional, amicable, and transparent  ((quoted price for the work and final invoice were nearly identical))  Also, our sewer lateral was especially deep-down, but was apparently no problem for Will and his crew.   10/10 would recommend, and will certainly be calling them back for internal plumbing work in the coming months.

We didn't actually used them, but the owner texted us late at night and suggested a fix for our problem; saving us some money the owner was really nice and knowledgeable; highly recommended and we will use this company if we will need their services.

Dimond has done several jobs for us and we've always been very happy with the results. They installed new toilets, the put in a new bathroom vanity with sink and back splash, and recently they replaced our ancient wall heater with a new one. Response time is prompt and the work is top quality. We won't use anyone else for our plumbing and heating needs.
