Called for a kitchen sink leak and Natalie picked up immediately. I called at 1:35 PM and she was here within the hour. She inspected it with diligence and took care of the problem right away. Problem solved and a day saved. I had her look at the bathroom sink as well bc I thought it was clogged. Turns out it was just fine. I definitely appreciated the honesty. I would recommend this company for people who seek it.

Natalie came on a Sunday night and quickly took care of our basic clogged toilet drain.  Very professional.  Recommend!

I had a clogged drain, check out Craigslist plumbing services and found Dumb Clogs.  Called the number and was answered by Natalie, we set the appointment, she came, set up her equipment and unclogged the drain.  Oh boy it just looked so easy.  Now I can have a good night sleep without worrying the dripping might go somewhere.  Excellent service A+++  aside from its affordable rate.

Called Natalie for badly (and suddenly) clogged drains in a rental property. She arrived within an hour of my call and completed the job within an hour after that. She phoned me immediately after completion with a report on the cause and her recommendation for longer-term fix. I knew her recommendation was accurate and honest because other professionals have made the same recommendation in the past, and because she doesn't perform the recommended service herself. Called Dumb Clogs after hours after I had given up on a clogged kitchen sink.  I had tried it all- taken out the disposal, enzymes, hot water, draino, even a snake.  In the process of trying to fix my leak I re-installed my disposal improperly.  Now my sink was amazingly both backed up and leaking!

Dumb Clogs to the rescue.  Natalie was able to make an appointment the very next morning first thing.  She arrived on time as we agreed.  She was professional and knowledgeable.  In a short amount of time she had set up and begun power snaking the problem.

The snaking proved more difficult than ordinary, but she persisted and succeeded in clearing what appeared to be two major clogs.  She checked under the house and seemed to be trouble shooting the issues on multiple levels.  Very professional. Given the trouble the clog and leak presented she was quick to solve the problems.  

Upon leaving she cleaned up not just her equipment and the understandable mess from the work, but put back all my cleaning supplies under the sink I had taken out prior to her arrival for her to work.  

Finally over the course of the time she conveyed useful tips on pipe maintenance and what products to use or not (Hair and Grease with hot water yes, draino no).  

And most importantly her charge was very reasonable for the service.  Highly recommend Natalie for your dumb clogs.

Natalie is really great! She responded on yelp right away and when another company no showed on me she came the very next morning. Arrived early and worked really hard on what she thought was going to be a quick clog fix. Because of how the existing plumbing in the house was done, her snake accidentally damaged a toilet. She immediately took responsibility, got a new toilet and replaced it at her own expense. She then called a different company because the issue was more than the quick fix that she thought and got them there right away to help assess the issue with a camera. Very personal and professional and would call her again in a heartbeat! Thanks Natalie!

Natalie came right away to deal with our clogged 4 floor drain.  She wouldn't quit until she had it clear.  I'd recommend her to anyone.

Natalie was amazing. Arrived early, got the job done--very bad and long clogged drain--previous tenant had just been bailing out the tub instead of fixing it for who knows how long! Gave great advice on other plumbing issues and quoted reasonable flat fees for fixing other things. Highly recommend!

Natalie is the bomb!

She came the same day to clear out a broken garbage disposal when my housemate dropped and then crushed a shot glass down there. :)  She cleaned it out without us having to buy a new one.

And our toilet was on its last legs, she very quickly snaked it to make sure it wasn't a clog, and recommended that we get a new one, giving us pointers about what to buy, which we are very happy with now, and her installation fee of only $150 is very affordable.

She's very responsive by text, right on time & flexible with scheduling, knows what she's doing, and is done in a flash!

Natalie was available last minute for a plumbing emergency.  She picked up her phone right away and texted me updates about her ETA.  She took apart my drain to look for lost piece of jewelry and was very compassionate and human when she was unable to recover it (not realizing it was there I had run water).  She cleaned up under the sink and left the area neat. She's communicative, efficient, professional.  I will call her with any future plumbing needs.

Sorry Natalie but you need to be upfront and tell customers in advance that you DO NOT guarantee your work. We pay you with trust in mind as we are not the professionals here (you should be). When most people need someone like you to save them you could have the decency to return after four days of your work/service vs. blaming your clients. We have a 4 year old TOTO toilet yet you say, You need to replace the toilet. Maybe if you told us prior, I can repair this temporarily only as your nearly new and rarely used toilet needs to be replaced soon.
I hate leaving one stars but you are one person and I hope many people know my story vs. being basically robbed by you as one in your industry should have the courtesy to have at least a 7 day guarantee.

I don't see too many women plumbers - I don't remember seeing any women plumbers, actually.  Natalie is great!  She is punctual, pleasant, smart and knows what she is doing.

Natalie was willing to come the same day that I called, which is amazing given that it is right before a holiday. She was prompt, worked hard, and charged a reasonable price. My only concern is that her machine scratched my floor.

Excellent! Called and spoke with Natalie about a clogged kitchen drain/issue with the garbage disposal; she said she could arrive within the hour - and she did. Not sure how this business has 5 star reviews. We contacted this business to help unclog a bathtub that drains very slowly (if at all). Natalie responded promptly and quoted us $150. She arrived, spent less than 10 minutes with the bathtub, and said she was done. It seemed like the tub was draining a *little* better (but definitely not fully), and it was hard to tell because it was empty and she just ran the water for a little bit, so the tub didn't actually fill a substantial amount to see if it really drained well. We trusted that she had fixed it. Well, 4 hours later, it was back to the same slow/no draining. I emailed her a day or two later to let her know that it wasn't draining. No response. We're out $150 and feel totally scammed. Beware.

While replacing my gutters and downspouts I found that 2 of my drain pipes underground were clogged.  I spoke with Natalie on the phone and she showed up within an hour.  She checked things out and quickly determined that unfortunately for me my pipes under the concrete patio were broken and could not be cleared out. After discussing some options I decided to abandon the old pipes and re-route the roof water.  When she was done she said No Charge!  Next time I have a clogged drain I will definitely call Natalie!

Natalie was great! Our sink was clogged and she said she could come out that day (Sunday), but if I could wait until Monday, it would cost me less. I appreciated her being upfront about that! So, we scheduled her to come out first thing Monday morning. She even texted me that morning to let me know she could come even earlier if I'd like - which was great!

While she was here, she worked! I don't know what was going on, but it was a challenge and she fixed the issue, as well as tightened and changed the pipes that my husband had worked on earlier.

We had a blocked kitchen drain in our Piedmont home that came up two days after Christmas.  Our usual plumbing company was available--next week!  We were fortunate that Natalie was able to squeeze us in before her normal appointments.  She was very responsive and professional.  Showed up early.   Finished quickly and neatly and was a pleasure to deal with. I did not ask her whether she does other plumbing work or not but I would not hesitate to contact her for it.  Great outcome!

Great, timely service.  I would definately recommend over the other companies out there.  Had the problem figured out quickly and cleared the drain. Good customer service and very reasonable rates.  Definately my goto emergency plumbing outfit.

We called Dumb Clogs on a holiday. Natalie picked up the phone immediately and made an appointment for 3 pm as we requested. She arrived exactly on time. Our problem was tough to deal with, tree roots in our lateral line, but she worked diligently until the problem was solved. She did not charge extra for coming out on a holiday.

So far my experience with Natalie has been great! She contacted my company to help her customer out on a water extraction job in Berkeley. Before she arrived to the job, she called to give me a heads up that she will be needing our service. And then once she was at the customer's home, she hooked us up with the customer immediately to help coordinate things. I called Natalie at 8:32am about a clogged sink and bathtub. She answered immediately, asked several questions about the issue and told me she will be at my address within the hour. She called me back within the hour and said the job was complete by 9:30am. I was able to pay by phone. What is great is she charges a flat rate. I asked her to make sure I don't end up with unexpected fees. My tenants were happy and all is good. I would definitely call her again.

Called Natalie on the fly at 6PM on a Sunday and she was there in less than 30 minutes.  Fast, efficient, and excellent service.  When a 50' snake didn't work, she grabbed the longer one and fixed the issue.  We will definitely be using them again!

Natalie is a really nice person, but unfortunately she was unable to unclog my kitchen sink. As a professional, I'd fully expected her to be able to diagnose and fix a kitchen clog. I was originally quoted a reasonable price to unclog my sink, but was still charged when she was unable to fix it. If you're looking for a guaranteed job, I'd look elsewhere.

I wanted to give Natalie a positive review even though I selfishly cancelled on our appointment. She was the quickest and first to respond and I loved her cheerful demeanor on a Monday morning with a toilet clog emergency. I contacted Natalie at Dumb Clogs a couple weeks ago for a clogged drain in a rental. She was super prompt with communication and she was able to set up an appointment ASAP.

The work she did was great. Cleared the drain quickly and helped me identify the problem for future prevention.  It's been 3 weeks and the drain has been fine since. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dumb Clogs to anyone and I have her number saved in my phone to contact in the case of any future problems at my rentals.

Third time I called her for emergencies... Always there and ready to help. However this time the problem went away just before she came.  Took a look and everything looks fine. NO CHARGE. She didn't want anything for her travel and time. She is definitely in my permanent Rolodex

And maybe it's because she's female, but she is fastidious!

Natali was on time and very pleasant and friendly. When she needed a snake with a narrower head to get all the way into our 1927 drain pipe, she called anther 5 star rated plumber, Mr. Fix It Right, who was as nice as she is and they worked together on the (really awful) clog until I had a free-running pipe again.

The price was reasonable, especially for the amount of hard work it took to open the drain. I would call either of them again. It was nice to have a woman working in the house, too, since I was here by myself.

AVOID!   Toilet clogged and she used a Kinetic Ram in lieu of a snake that actually goes deeper down the line.  Hence the fix was quick (10 min) and temporary.  Just over one week later with little use, clogged again and she refused to come out again.  I spoke to other plumbers and they said if she used the pump, she's not a real plumber.  
She had a snake there but did not use it.  
This was a 6:30 am call, so she charged me $400!  Others said they can come out a little later and snake for $250.

Don't use Natalie.  She offers absolutely no guarantees unlike other plumbers.  Avoid her unless you want to waste your money.  Unprofessional. Doesn't know her trade!

RESPONSE:  My people been using it for years without clogging after a qualified plumber cleared it with a snake so her lame remark that it was clogged that day is dumb.  As you can see here this is how she'll treat you, argumentative and refuse to make it right after $400!  Air compresses, a snake doesn't.  Dumb plumbing is an appropriate name.

Natalie is legit. Very responsive through the yelp messaging option, even responded late in the evening. She showed up on time and unclogged our sewer main and had good suggestions for preventing the same problem in the future. Reasonably priced!

Highly recommended for any plumbing job!!! Great at what she does. Awesome customer service and cheap!!
