Honest and prompt! Even though my project didn't workout I would call them again for sure.

Service was excellent.  Arrived on time and completed repair.  My toilet is now working well.  I will definitely use again.  I highly recommend this company.  Better Homes Plumbing Services.  They do many other repairs besides plumbing.

Mohammed and his dad showed up to repair our big oops today and we couldn't be happier! We accidentally drilled a hole in the water main while putting up a new sprinkler controller. Ugh! Thanks so much for your quick response and saving the day!!

Excellent experience with Leo! We contacted Ace Plumbing & Rooter to fix our clogged bathroom sink, which had been relentless to our own attempts to fix the issue. We had tried drano and snaking it ourselves, but the clog was very severe.

Leo explained the issue in great detail, which I found really interesting. The final solution was to cut into the wall under the sink and replace the ridiculous piping job that was done by some crazy person before our time in our older Victorian style home. There were three 90-degree turns in short succession, which Leo explained was making it very difficult to snake and hydroblast. Thankfully after replacing the pipes and blasting water with crazy power, our sink is draining better than when we moved in!

I'll definitely call ACE and request Leo if we have other plumbing issues!

I had a poor installation by previous plumber on a Rinnai tankless water heater. VIP came about 2 hours after I called and fixed it. The previous plumber had neglected to add one way valves, had not included a condensation filter and did shoddy soldering. Vince worked until 9pm at night! Highly recommended! Vince worked hard to get things done right. He is passionate about his work and goes above and beyond. 5 stars.

John Nakagaki (owner) is such a great guy!  This is my second time using his business for water heater issues.  In 2010 he did a minor repair (replaced a thermo coupler) and he went above and beyond my expectations back then.  So thoughtful and willing to explain a lot (including how to do things myself to extend the life of my water heater).  Never felt like any type of up-sell of services.  Fast forward 8 years to last week and I discovered my water heater sprung a leak.  Panic of course sets in.  I've seen plenty of videos of burst water heater tanks.  Yikes!  I called his business line on Sunday afternoon expecting to get an answering machine or service but even though he was closed, John answered the phone himself.  He listened to the issue, gave me some comfort that I had a little bit of time based on the description of my leak.  Gave me a quote for a new replacement water heater (Rheem 50 gallons).  His quote was fair and given my past experience with him I asked him how soon could he come without the need to call around for competitive quotes.  He said he was busy but would come at the end of the business day Tuesday to ensure my job got taken care of quickly.  He sets up his appointments via email and text notifications which is pretty cool.  I even got a text message when he was about to arrive at my house to let me know.  He was right on time and worked well past dinner time to get the job done.  His helper, Alex, was pleasant and the work was very professional.  Stuck to his quote he gave me and I couldn't have been more satisfied.  If you need a plumber Nak for Plumbing is the way to go.  Reliable, honest and reasonably priced.  Thank you John!
