Best Routine Maintenance in Oakland CA

It never fails when you are about to go out of town and your water heater started leaking ! Was able to hook up with Plumbing Heroes thru using Thumbtack and was given a quote for a 40 gallon. They were able to come out the next day. Great communication thru texting, email reminder and even phone call from technician that they were running late that day. We had Oscar and Richardo and they were able to drain the old water heater and installed the new. Took away everything and cleaned up nicely. Able to get HOT water back in a half hour. Happy Happy !

Service was excellent.  Arrived on time and completed repair.  My toilet is now working well.  I will definitely use again.  I highly recommend this company.  Better Homes Plumbing Services.  They do many other repairs besides plumbing.

Mohammed has done good jobs in my house.  I mean good jobs because he installed the water heater in short notice, fixed my 30 years old main water valve and installed a new water softener system.  He is always responsive and deliver what he promised in quality works.  I will not hesitate to give my recommendation to anyone.

Franco at Ace Plumber led a team of true professionals who delivered great service to us - very courteous, honest, timely and reasonably priced. Franco and team worked on a very significant plumbing project at our home in the Miraloma neighborhood of SF. They replaced internal pipes below the house that were leaking; opened up a walkway and the sidewalk alongside and in the front of our house to replace clay pipes that had roots growing into them; and replaced a leaking kitchen pipe. They were always on time and worked quickly and efficiently - the entire project was done in a week or less. I can't recommend Franco and Ace Plumber enough, they are reliable, professional, fair and pretty much everything you would hope for in a good plumber.

Vince was responsive and came over to check out my non functional 50g AOS water heater at 6pm!  He came and looked at it and gave me some options as to how to go about repairing the water greater or to just replace it completely.  

He was knowledgeable about the water heater and was willing to replace it before the night was over!  I was very satisfied with the work and speed in which he got everything done.  By 11PM, I had got water again running through my house!

I would certainly recommend Vince for any future piping and water heater related issues.
