This is how a service business should operate!  I've relied on Kenneth and his team three times for various problems.  Kenneth communicates promptly and clearly, shows up when I need him and gives me confidence the job has been well done.  I'm getting ready to hire him for another project, and he'll have my business for life with performance like I've seen from him.

My waterline to my sprinkler system burst and Abraham was able to come out on short notice and after dark and fix the problem. He installed a new shut off valve to the waterline but was not able to fix the actual burst since it was part of the irrigation system, so I'll still have to have someone fix that issue. It did cost a good chunk but I was just thankful that someone was able to come out on a Friday night on short notice and fix the issue so I could have water running for the weekend. He took payment thru Zelle so def have that ready if you don't already have an account.

Worked with them a few times. In the first experience they opened a drain to add washer and dryer. After the work, they asked to sign the paperwork which later on I noticed they didn't give any warranty on the work. Sure enough it started leaking after a year and I called and asked them to come back and fix the problem. I had an international flight and asked them to come between 11:30 and 12:30 to fix the issue. They didn't come until 2:30 pm and I should have chosen between missing international flight and having mold and water running in the house. I called them around 50 times between 12:30 and 2:30 pm and they were saying the plumber comes but no one showed up until 2:30 pm when I left the house. They will see a lawsuit for their poor work soon.

I represented the buyers in the recent sale of a home in Kensington that needed a sewer lateral done. The agent repping the seller has already selected Tsering to visit the property for the inspection prior to putting it on the market, and we decided to hire Everest for the job after getting into escrow. Could not have been happier with the co-agent's choice as Everest's communication and work ethic proved to be worth every penny. Although the job itself turned out to be much more involved than the inspection let on, Tsering honored the original quote and remained helpful and courteous despite the extra labor. There are times when you just need help.  URV stepped up and provided that to me.  They responded to my need to fix not just one stopped up toilet but another that was leaking all over my other bathroom floor.  And then there was the mess that was coming up the drain in my bathtub. All taken care of... Yes...I know too much information  But URV was there quickly, and with professional hard work made these disasters go away at a more than fair price.  THANK YOU!  If you want a plumbing job done right, URV is the firm to do it for you. Ben is an Amazing plumber.  He was very prompt, reasonable and professional.   He cleanout and replaced a cleanout joint in our basement that was backed up, leaking and well past its end-of-life.

I used Atlas twice for plumbing.  First it was just blockage in the drainge.  After clearing blockage, the plumber said that I need to redo the drainge going to the main sewer.  It would cost about 3000-5000.  I was not convinced that was needed.  So I decided to leave it the way it is.  Since then, no issues.  

Second time, the kitchen water backed up in the bathtub.  Again after clearing the blackage, Atlas guy (different from the first technician) said that I need to replace drain pipes and p-trap, etc and quoted $3500.  This time, I was convinced that was necessary and callled another plumber for a quote.  I got $1800 from another plumber!!!  

Obviously, I didn't use Atlas for this job and will never use them again!

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

John was terrific. He came to install two barroom faucets and was timely in his arrival and completed his work  within the time he had estimated.
There was an unknown complication with the existing plumbing which he fixed for us at no charge. He is a likeable dude.

Toilet plugged by kids and the standard drain auger failed to dislodge the plug.  Andres responded same day, was prompt, courteous, clean, quick, and  followed good masking protocols in the house.  He replaced the wax seal after removing the toilet and tightened up some of the loose parts, leaving the toilet in better shape.  I normally don't leave 5 star reviews but honestly have nothing to complain about.  Price was about median for per hour cost from my experience with plumbers.

Handyman Heroes really helped us out of a bind with relatively short notice, providing quick service, and being friendly and accommodating along the way!  The company sent Oliver, a young man who made two trips to our office with tools ready to go and smiles for everyone.

We recently moved into a new work-space and needed some wiring done for internet access.  Comcast came and told us it would take at least 60 BUSINESS DAYS to have anything done because, by their definition, running a couple dozen feet of panduit/wire molding along the perimeter of a wall to hide external cables for internet hook up constituted as major construction that required multiple levels of approval.

After no contact for about 40 days we got impatient and contacted Comcast who then informed us that they basically forgot about our request, that no one was scheduled for a site survey, and they weren't sure how long it would take to send out an electrician to do the wire work prior to internet installation.  With their permission we decided on hiring a third party service to do the preliminary wire installation.  We gave Handyman Heroes a call.  They came out within a day to do the site survey, provide us a fair quote, and went off to purchase the extra parts needed for job completion.  We made an appointment for installation for the following week, and the installation job was completed smoothly and without any difficulties.

Comcast finally made the effort to come to our office after 50ish days.  The site surveyor saw the wire work done and was impressed by how clean it looked.  He said there shouldn't be any problems.  A man from Comcast just came TODAY to hook our office up with internet and, upon finishing the job, also commented on how clean and professional the panduit/wire molding job looked, and how easy it was for him to work with what Handyman Heroes installed to get his job done.

We had a complicated sewer lateral issue and called Pipe Spy. Heiko was thorough in his presentation of the proposed solution, professional in his management of his crew, and a pleasure to work with. We can recommend Pipe Spy's services without reservation because the job was done on time and on budget and the workers were attentive to every details including cleanup.

Called & was thrilled they could come out same day.  I told them this is a Hotel (I run a Hotel) & I was desperate to get the Hot water heater fixed before guest check in.  Was given time frame of 12-3pm, he took my number & would have the guy call me when he arrived.  Waited so as not to miss his arrival. At 3:34pm I called & left a message because no one had come.  Got a quick call back.  He says my guy was there & talked to some lady who didn't know what they were talking about.  I said why didn't he call?  You took my number & said you would give it to him.  The reply- I don't remember saying that- I mean yeah I took your number but I don't remember saying I would have him call.  Then he said I don't know what to tell you- we showed up & no one was there.  I said I haven't left all day so I wouldn't miss him.  Then he said We were confused because it didn't look like a house.  I said Right, remember, I said this was a Hotel & that's why I was so desperate to get your guys in today.  He said I don't remember you saying that.  Then the story changed to I don't know what to say, my guy got there & tried to call you but no one was there & no one picked up.  So now he DID try to call?  I said No he didn't call then he says He did because he sent me a screenshot showing he tried to call you at this number  I clearly understand now that not only are they not coming, but now he's just going excuse everything with I don't remember so OK, I'll play that game,  I said Oh!  Great, why don't you forward that screenshot over to me  He said I will.  Guess what didn't come (aside from them).  UPDATE: I got another call saying I wrote your number down wrong & that's why you didn't get a call.  Then I got the screenshot showing in fact, the wrong number. So, all misunderstanding is on their part but not a single offer of how to right this situation was offered.  No- Hey this is clearly on me, I'm sending someone over- I'm really sorry but we'll get this fixed.  Nothing like that. Now too late in the day to find anyone.

We found Plumbing Care through Yelp. Made an appointment for the same day for 7PM. We actually cancelled an appointment with another company which scheduled us to 2 days later. Martin came at almost 8PM due to delays of work prior to us. Martin did call to inform us about the delay which was OK with us.

Originally it was only to fix a leaking hot water shutoff valve under a sink. During the repair he found that our water heater's hot water pipe was also leaking and he replaced that for a very small charge. And during that repair, he found that we had set the water temperature too high at 130 degree which was unnecessary. I told him that it was just hot enough to shower at our master bedroom showers. Martin immediately realized that our home builder's plumber must have not set the shower facet's water temperature limiter (I didn't even know such thing exist) properly. So he adjusted the 2 shower facets for us with no charge.

I must say Martin must have saved us many hundreds of dollars in the long run because of his genuine care toward his customers. We highly recommend Martin to your plumbing needs!

Awais was incredibly accommodating and worked with me every step of the way to install my gas tankless water heater. He helped me to choose the right tankless water heater and helped to pick out a filtration system. Even when the inspectors from the city wanted further venting, he made it easy for me with finding the necessary parts and scheduling. His team is extremely professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him and his services.

Luis was awesome. I called him at 8:30 Saturday morning and he was at my house by 9:15. He was professional, courteous and took care of the problem. He is my go to guy for any plumbing issues.

Once again a solid performance by Savior! In and out on less than an hour. Send them a pic of the problem and they arrive with replacement. Staff is ALWAYS friendly and flexible throughout the process. Highly recommend them on your next epic plumbing issue!!

This company has been my go-to plumber for the past 15 years and they used to be incredible. The past two times I've had them come out, the results were not good.

This past time was ridiculous. First, I had to wait with a clogged kitchen and downstairs sink for two weeks for  my appointment. Then, after taking the day off from work the day of my appointment, the service person called ten minutes before the appointment time to tell me they were not going to come because they were stuck elsewhere. When I complained that I wanted someone to come out that day as long promised, they sent a guy who confided in me (when he could not fix the problem after three hours) that he was a heating specialist and didn't have the right snake to clear the drain. Wow.  All still okay, except that (a) the company would not be able to send a follow up team for another week and (b) when I called a dIfferent company (Albert Nahman, which is awesome!) who fixed the issue in less than 15 minutes, Lunt Marymor still charged me $601.25 for the heating guy's time playing with my plumbing. Now, I've called twice to speak with a manager to discuss this invoice and -- wouldn't you know -- I can't get a call back. A Diamond Certified Company, huh?  Maybe 5 years ago, but not now.

Had them come by to repair a bathroom sink. The technician came out promptly. When he arrived he took his time to diagnose the issue and walked us through our options.

Was very professional and friendly. Would definitely use them again!
