Best Plumbing Repair in Oakland CA

Ken & Justin are just the nicest guys.  You never feel like you are being taken for a ride with them.  We live in a brand new housing development & our tankless water heater system is complicated, yet they know how to fix & address the various problems we've had with it!

Super quick, came in and fixed a constantly running toilet with broken internals (replaced the inside), as well as a kitchen sink that had almost no flow. The condominium complex's handyman had no idea what was going on and couldn't do anything, but Abraham came in and fixed both!

Had to get my washer drain snaked and got an appointment on the same day. Rich came out earlier than expected and was great. Fast, efficient, clean and thorough. Haven't had this problem before so I'm not sure how much this kind of service should cost. But it was worth every penny after another plumber made us wait 2 weeks and still didn't bother to come through for us.

I am giving Everest Plumbing such a high rating for many reasons, the largest being Tsering.

As has been said in many other postings, he is simply great.

We have had them come out several times to service several different projects and they have continued to provide a high level of service each and everytime!

The biggest project we've had them work on was an issue we had with 1 bathroom backing up everytime it rained. Turns out the pipe that goes to the City's sewer system was mostly blocked by a bunch of stuff. They had someone here the same day to clear the blockage and we haven't had any issues since.

10 months with no problems!!!

We've had many other plumbers come out and try to resolve the issue and none of them were able to, except for Everest Plumbing.

Again... I don't know how many times I can say they are simply one of the best plumbing companies I have ever dealt with.

I received a quote within minutes of asking for a Yelp quote.  Roman was the first to reply. Based on his great reviews and his upfront quote, I decided to go with him.  He was punctual, friendly, and he worked efficiently.  He even took two minutes to give my dog belly rubs.  Roman located the issue and got to work quickly.  There ended up being two issues, so he fixed both.  I'm very happy with his services and plan to make him my go-to plumber!

I have had to call on Atlas Plumbing and Rooter several times for a variety of different things and my most recent issue was for water in the bottom of the dishwasher.   Within 5 minutes, Atlas had the problem fixed!  They are friendly, on-time, and reasonably priced and are willing to go the extra mile to help (in some cases without charge if a quick fix).  THANK YOU MARK! You are awesome.

Gil was reliable and helper fixed the leak at home. He was cost effective and highly reliable.

John is amazing. He's my first call for services. He arrives on time, he estimates how long it will take correctly. And doesn't up charge if it ends up being tricky. Honorable and scarce in this day and age.

My slow draining bathtub finally refused to drain after a few previously successful vinegar/baking soda/plunger solutions.  I called my regular plumber in the morning and he wasn't available so I did a Yelp search and came across Gasca plumbing and Andres' listing. I gave him a call and it turns out he was finishing a job in the area.

Andres came over promptly and had good communications along the way.  Unfortunately the snake was not able to clear the pipe. The drain pipe in my 80+ year old home had finally corroded to the point where it couldn't be snaked. Andres told me the issue was likely due to a corroded p trap and t line under the tub. He asked if I was willing to open up the ceiling downstairs to access the area and resolve it.

I had enough experience with the problem to have enough faith that this could be likely so we proceeded. He opened up the ceiling and took out the p trap and showed me the corrosion/blockage. To put everything back together would require an extra set of hands so he had his other plumber come join to finish the job. While he was at it, he also replaced the antiquated drain plug in the tub and I also had him replace the tub water taps as the hot water knob had a slow leak.

All in all Andres did a great job.  He and his partner did not waste any time. My wife and I were working from home and could see they too great care of the work areas and were very respectful of our home.

In summary they were:
- able to fit us in on short notice
- very responsive and responsible in their communications with us
- efficient with their time
- demonstrated their expertise by troubleshooting the issue correctly and fixing it the same day
- respectful of our home and cleaned up the job site after completion very well
- accurate and reasonable with the cost for repair

This company did a remodel to a bathroom -they were very conscientious & professional, & did painstaking work. They may not be a fancy remodel service per se -I imagine they're equally good.

I had some issues with a cracked ceiling that developed sometime after -it may not have been related to the remodel (if anything the building is old & there may have been some resettling after the work was done, perhaps). But Larry agreed to repair it as a warranty protection. One of his crew members (Steven) came out & completely fixed it -again, helpful & conscientious. This is a high quality service.

I had concerns about an offset in the upper sewer lateral of my 75+ year old house.  James came with the CCTV camera, did a thorough inspection and explained that the problem was minor.  It actually didn't need immediate repair work in my situation.  The three other companies I called for quotes didn't bring camera equipment to inspect the line, and gave wildly varying quotes speculating where the offset actually was on the property.  I was happy to pay the fee for the camera inspection as it gave me peace of mind and saved me thousands of dollars.  James was great about explaining the situation and did not try to sell me work I didn't need.  I would recommend PipeSpy to anyone seeking an accurate and reasonable quote.

My home is 100 years in age: for the better part of a year, I had age related and on-going plumbing problems: water pressure, ancient pipes, hot, cold, and colorful water issues, etc.

H&S answered all my calls in a reasonable amount of time;  all appointments were kept or changed by giving me alternate dates. What I especially liked were the  explanations of the problems:  what was going on, the repairs that needed to be made, and a reasonable guess at the price.  

Along with correcting all pressure water issues, Joey spent hours (with his father) replacing my prehistoric,  basement pipes.
I can now take an ordinary shower without be frozen and wash my hands knowing I'll get either hot or cold water.

I certainly would and have recommended this company to friends facing any plumbing repairs.

Just had a wonderful service provided by Demitry from Plumbing care. He came early this morning with the right faucets and replaced it at no time.
He was professional, pleasant and did a great job. I highly recommend Demity.

I had a faucet problem which turned out to be a loose screw. I called him, he came over in an hour, fixed it and didn't even charge for it.
He has earned my business for life!

Do not use anyone else. Got immediate response. Local independent owner. Caring calm professional. Knows his stuff. Doesn't rape you. Like all other Plummer's I've experienced. You will be so pleased with this Company. I got my work done on a Saturday and he didn't charge off hours Fee.

Used LC Real Rooter again. 11/23. My pump that led to front house from in-law unit failed. He came here same day later night. No annoying and costly after hours charge. Cleaned out and re-activated the pump. Didn't replace. Charged very fair price. Wonderful through service. Again highly recommended!

I've known owner Tom Cortez and his family for over 20 years through St. Raymond's in Dublin, but when our Pressure Relief Valve (PRV) went out last week. that was not the first reason I called Savior Plumbing.

The reason I called is great service. Tom sent a crew member out the next day and not only replaced the PRV valve, but also replaced some leaking hose bibs in the laundry room.

Their man was fast, efficient, professional and did excellent work on both jobs.

I highly recommend Tom and his great team at Savior Plumbing.

Called for a quote on a new water heater.  The woman on the line was very evasive.  Didn't want to give me a price.  Kept saying the guy would have to look at it.  Everyone else I called either quoted me a fixed price or cost of the heater plus hourly with a ballpark amount of time it would take.  Finally, after practically begging for any kind of price quote, and all but drawing a diagram of the location from the driveway to the gas line fittings, she quoted me $1,500.00 for a job that I got done for $750.

Don't even bother to call.

Excellent service. The lovely woman who schedules and answers phones is smart, courteous, and very organized. The service call tech answered all my questions in detail, gave me an estimate, and immediately scheduled a crew to come out. The plumbers were on time, friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and hardworking. They worked non-stop till 8 pm to install my new hot water heater to code, and then cleaned up every stray bit before leaving. The building inspector approved the work and commented on what a good-looking installation job it was. Thank you, and I appreciate everyone's hard work. Great employees like these make a business trustworthy.
