Best Gas Furnace Installation in Oakland CA

Pretty expensive for one time drainage fixed.  All he did was drive a snake through my kitchen sink for $350.  Also no 30 days warranty like other company.

I was extremely satified with the quilty of work and effort that Joey, the plumber, had put into my kitchen faucet and drain. Never will call anyone else, these guys are great. Fast and respectful.

I've been meaning to review Rey and the team at LCP&H for a while. We had some plumbing issues at the start of the pandemic which his team quickly took care of. He did say that it would be a short-term fix because ultimately we needed a new sewer lateral. Sure enough 3 months later it was evident that we needed the new lateral, and fast. Lacayo-Colt was there that week and knocked the job out in a day and a half. The were respectful, communicative and professional during the job. They did excellent work and the pricing was very reasonable. The only tough part of the experience was waiting almost 2 months for the City of Oakland to come inspect the lateral!!! Insane for an inspection that took 10 mins. EBMUD certified it the day it was done. Rey and his team kept in constant, transparent, and quick communication about the inspection delays and got the inspector out, finally. They filled the trenches and cleaned up in less than 5 hours. They even fixed a wax ring on an old toilet at no charge and made sure everything was good to go.

I am so glad I went with this company. My choice all boiled down to trust. (I didn't trust the mixed messages from another company, also highly rated.) I needed a new furnace, and a platform built for the new, smaller one. It was cheaper to have my handyman build the platform. So Jazz had to send his crew out twice; once to remove the old one, and crew #8 to put in the new furnace. Everyone was very friendly, professional and competent. They made sure I understood how to use the new, smart, thermostat and how the inspection process would go. They always cleaned up after themselves and wore booties over their shoes. I have no reservations about recommending them.

Excellent and honest service! I originally called another repair company who after looking at the furnace said that the blower motor was no longer any good and it had to be replaced. The cost would be $590. I almost went with them but luckily I held off and decided to look at yelp and found the 5 star ratings and reviews on Supreme Indoor. I asked Mr. Harrison to give me a second opinion on the furnace and I was so glad I did. He was very thorough in diagnosing the issue and he found that it was not the motor but a small part which he replaced at a fraction of the quote that I received from the first repair company I called. I'm extremely happy with the service from Supreme Indoor and hands down recommend them for any HVAC problems.

Just had Mike come in and troubleshoot the wall furnace in our house.  Very professional and did the job as quoted also gave some advice on the malfunctioning floor furnace in our 1940s house.  Will use again in the future.

Ron and his team put in a Bryant furnace for me last month. It was tough getting any good brand furnace the last two years because of the supply shortage. Ron kept me in mind and called me as soon as it was available. I needed a furnace that can serve my size house. He suggested a variable speed furnace over a single stage. The installation process was efficient, clean, and everything is working great. Ron and his team is a savior. Lucky he's in our area.
