Some of the worst service I have experienced. I had a service to come evaluate a problem in January. It's now March, the problem
Is unresolved and they never contact me to update. It's all me contacting them.

The technician seemed inexperienced. He spent most of the time either on his iPad looking things up or outside smoking.

He stated he doesn't know much about modern fixtures.

Now I am left in a situation where they are waiting to hear back from a manufacturer. They say they are not responding. I am unsure what we are waiting for them to respond to. Weeks go by and I hear no updates.

These people seem to not care about resolving my problem and seem to hope I will just give up

Will go to someone else next time.

Had a backed up sink and our regular guy couldn't get to us for a week. I called expecting to be able to make an appointment for the next day or possibly day after that. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that someone would be out in about an hour!

The problem was even more complicated that I had anticipated, being a clog in a kitchen sink with a garbage disposal. It turns out that the problem was further down the line past the garbage disposal.

Not a problem, when one thing didn't work out, he calmly moved to the next and soon found the problem. Had to run to the truck for a few more tools, but problem was resolved in less than an hour.

Wasn't even charged extra for the last minute appointment, the cost was very fair.

Beyond doing the work for free (I kid, I don't expect people to come out and do the job without being paid), it couldn't have been a better outcome. Highly recommended.

Rey is solid.  Everything he quoted was accurate.  His workmanship is tops.  He cares about his customers and communicates extremely well.  After many other experiences with horrible contractors, I am pleased to say Rey is different from the rest!

Our heater stopped working, and Jazz was able to send out a technician the same day. He was on time, and solved the problem quickly. It was a pleasure working with the company and their prices were fair.

I have an old boiler that heats my home which I thought was having thermostat problems. Turns out it was solenoid units that were defective and not shutting off the valves. Amili had to find the parts which because of the age of the unit was not in stock.

It took some time but he found them and was able to get them installed although the work area was very tight. He and his brother did an excellent job and even replaced my old thermostats which turned out to be the hazardous mercury based ones. Very thorough. Now maybe my PG&E bill can return to normal (if there is such a thing anymore!).

CTP... competent, timely, and personal. Ron arrived right on time, carefully listened to my description of my furnace problem, then went right to the source and fixed it. He tested thoroughly, explained the problem, and then described what I might expect in the future given the age of this furnace.

At my request, he knowledgeably explained the newer technologies that yield greater heat efficiency. His was simply a competent, timely, and nice personal interaction. And at a reasonable price. Thanks Ron.

We had a problem with our high efficiency heater not starting up properly. Nasser Pineda quickly found the problem and got our unit working properly . He also mentioned what maintenance options are available to keep the system functioning. Very professional!! I would call them again.

We used Harry Clark Plumbing and Heating to replace a tankless water heater and we are so glad we did. From start to finish, we felt confident with them.  Everyone we  dealt with from Brad, the estimator and owner, to Nick and Kevin, the technicians who installed the heater, were efficient and professional. On the day of installation the wrong water heater was sent ( a problem of the supplier, not Harry Clark's). Nick and Kevin could have called it a day and rescheduled our install, but they knew we were without hot water and wanted to make sure we had some going into the weekend. After multiple calls and driving some distance, they found the right unit and installed it that day. We truly appreciated the effort and kindness that they showed and now have all the hot water we ever need. And, one of the best parts? Their bid was 1/2 the price of the other bids I received. After getting on their schedule and waiting the 3 days before their visit, I was contacted a few times by email to clarify the process, pricing and payment. I submitted the information they requested, and assured them that, as part of a cooperative, there were others homes with similar needs. They appeared anxious to relight my old floor furnace, but when the tech arrived he informed me within minutes that they do not work on my kind of furnace (basically it was too old) and could not even refer me to a company that did. I found this diagnosis to be irresponsible, since they could have saved us both a lot of trouble (and time during the recent rain and wind storms) by screening me out at the beginning of our negotiations.
