Best Air Duct Installation in Oakland CA

Whoa! Do they overcharge?!  I'll give them two stars because the guy was polite.  But, my goodness, he wanted to charge us over $600 for a new faucet and installation.  I declined, then googled the faucet.  I'll be generous, and say it was worth $180.  But considering that I ended up installing a new faucet - which we purchased elsewhere - in about 20 minutes, and I am not someone with exceptional handyman skills, $600 is a little too much, wouldn't you say?

My home is 100 years in age: for the better part of a year, I had age related and on-going plumbing problems: water pressure, ancient pipes, hot, cold, and colorful water issues, etc.

H&S answered all my calls in a reasonable amount of time;  all appointments were kept or changed by giving me alternate dates. What I especially liked were the  explanations of the problems:  what was going on, the repairs that needed to be made, and a reasonable guess at the price.  

Along with correcting all pressure water issues, Joey spent hours (with his father) replacing my prehistoric,  basement pipes.
I can now take an ordinary shower without be frozen and wash my hands knowing I'll get either hot or cold water.

I certainly would and have recommended this company to friends facing any plumbing repairs.

We've used Rey and team for the last 5 years or so. From toilet installations to a recirculating tankless hot water heater. Work quality is good and any issues that have come up have been resolved promptly.

I appreciate his informal nature (scheduling via SMS, etc), but can see why some reviewers might like a more formal communications. We'll be continuing to use him in the future.

Just replaced my 30 years furnace. Jonathan and David did a fantastic job. They were very accommodating - answered all my questions and even helped me figuring out the reason of a room with out getting heat for all these years. very happy with their work! Highly recommende!

These guys worked out well for me.  They were able to fit me into their schedule and diagnose my stalled heater.  They got my blower running with a new capacitor and found and fixed the gas leak that I suspected.  They were able to do the work without me being around.  They are honest, reasonably priced, showed up when they said they would, and they're easy to work with.  I will use them again the next time my furnace needs attention.

Our home furnace had developed an alarming rattle and we called Ron at Maintech because we have had excellent and timely service from him in the past several years.  He and Kenton arrived and accomplished the needed repair in less than an hour to have it working perfectly again.  We will continue to call him when we need his expertise and service.

So - the job got cancelled - by me - but up to that point PCE were helpful & responsive. More than can be said for many folks!

Pinhole leak in a pressurized hot water copper pipe.  Potential shit show.  Called Jazz and requested Brian who came last time I had such an issue but I forget to do the Yelp review.
