Best Water Heater Repair in North Las Vegas NV

Our garbage disposal stopped working suddenly and we wanted it checked out sooner rather than later. We called Bumble Breeze and they told us a technician would be available first thing the following morning, and he was.

Technician diagnosed the problem and provided possible options/solutions. He was friendly and fixed the garbage disposal quickly.

This is the 2nd time I called Pipe Dreams. The first was for a water leak by my pool after my water bill soared to over $200.00. This week was for what I thought was a leak from the master bathtub. Due to the shotty work the previous cbc owner did in this house it's become a total money pit. Anyway Pipe Dreams came out the next day to cut a 2 foot hole in my ceiling so they could find the leak. They didn't have to do that. CJ could tell right away that it was old damage and I do not have a new leak. NO CHARGE! Not even the $100.00 service fee! WHO does that? Finding a honest and professional plumming company is as great as finding a honest and professional mechanic or electrician! Pipe Dreams is the BEST! They are KEEPERS!!!

Alex did an excellent job in clearing the stoppage in my  sewer pipe. He came same day on time unlike other plumbing company I called for service. Asside from havinh me on hold for over 10 minutes, they scheduled my service 2 days later. Kudos to Alex

Appointment set from between 3pm-6pm. We text at 4:30pm to get an estimate on arrival as we have a baby and need to plan a nap/dinner. No response. We call at 6pm and leave a message. Nothing. Call at 6:30 and it goes to voice mail after two rings, so that means they pressed end (very professional). We get a call at 6:50pm and this was the response ohhhhhhhhhhhh I totally forgot. I'm in north Las Vegas. I can be there in like an hour - there is another 1 star review that has the EXACT same experience. My message to the owner? Respect people's time. People rearrange their day to accommodate a time frame to GIVE YOU HARD EARNED MONEY for a service. Communication would have solved this whole situation. Instead I'm finding another plumber and wasting more of my time writing this review in hopes someone reads it and learns from it.

These guys were very eager and helpful to fix my issue.  Came out within an hour of calling, and had it repaired soon after.  All at a very reasonable price.  Good job guys, thanks!

We had some issues with our shower and a valve under the sink.  My wife called the home warranty company and we were put in touch with American Brothers.  My wife called them and they were very professional and courteous over the phone.

Clint was our plumber today. He was respectful and professional. He did the job in a timely manner.  He estimated a half hour (after he got authorization from the warranty company).  His estimation was just about perfect.

Clint also showed me the old parts and explained why they needed to be  replaced.

I would recommend this company for home warranty work or any plumbing work.

I had a leaking water manifold which was a special order and a leaking shower valve.  The job was completed at the price and time frame promised.  Also, while the plumber was on site, he was asked to look at a toilet that was leaking internally at the flush valve.  The repair was not completed and the plumber on site charged for his time to inspect.  When the owner found out that the problem was not repaired and we were charged.  He refunded the money.  He was not asked to do that which I thought was very classy.
