I had a hot water leak under my kitchen/hall marble floor, and was afraid that I would have to break the marble to fix the issue. I called one company recommended by the leak detection plumber. Three guys showed up, extremely unprofessional appearance/speech, suggested a way to handle the issue at a price tag of $10,000!!!! I am no expert, but $10K DID NOT sound even remotely fair/right for the work they were suggesting. My neighbor across the street recommended Pipe Dreams (gotta love the pun!!) I called and left a message, and my call was returned within minutes. Chance came by later that day. Chance was extremely professional, polite and wore booties over his shoes (EXTRA POINTS), and explained the options available to us, and the estimate was 1/4 the price I was initially quoted by the other company. We were so impressed with Chance, we added another plumbing project we had no intention of taking care of at the time. After the work was completed, Chance noticed that the brand new water softener that had been installed by another company 6 months before was actually NOT CONNECTED! They had installed it, plugged it in, so it looked like it was working, but the water was being bypassed!! Chance connected that for us at no additional charge. Chance and CJ worked diligently, were good-natured and extremely polite, super clean, made minimal cuts in my walls to get to the pipes, and it was quite apparent that they took great pride in their work. I am very pleased with the whole experience, and can wholeheartedly recommend Pipe Dreams, and will never hesitate to call upon them for any future plumbing jobs, large or small.

Had a minor plumbing problem. Needed a shower head replaced. I was in the process of doing it myself when the new assembly broke off as I was tightening it on and now the shower arm had no threaded end.
Called PK and was courteously handled on the phone and was able to make a appointment same day.
Tyler and his assistant showed up on time and fixed and replaced the shower head in about 30 minutes. They were able to save the new head that I bought. Very professional and courteous and I certainly would use them again.

I called to have a quote, as there were other companies that were recommended, but this company was a hidden gem, I would have to say from the owner Alex to coming out and personally doing our quote we had a main waterline leak which was really major, they came out professional reliable punctual courteous and provided the estimate they have support staff in the office that I would truly say was a lifeline for connecting with their office and the owner, our experience was smooth our work was done in four days approved they even replaced the pavers back into place where we thought we had to get another company to replace what was dug up, give them a call they are truly the best our experience was excellent.

I don't typically write reviews but I rely on them a lot. These guys were 5'stars all the way. They communicated.  Showed up. And finished the job well. Thank you!

Went out to pool in the morning and main line was backed up into the back yard.  No problem, called 702PlumberER and they had it snaked to the street by the end of day, toilets and drains clearing better than ever!  Thanks George!

Chris and Vincent responded to replace a kitchen faucet and water softener. They did a very good job and Chris followed up about the recirculation pump and said he would check in with me if it was working properly, I am glad he did this, I'll update my review.

Andrew, from Nevada Plumbing Authority, did an outstanding job attaching an outdoor gas line to our natural gas grill.  He spent a lot of time making sure all the parts were correct for the grill, even taking the time to go and buy a kit that would fit our grill. We didn't have the parts necessary on hand.   I initially got an estimate from Gilbert at Precision Plumbing and they quoted me $385.  Andrew quoted me $150 to do the job.  We did have to pay $70 for the kit and would have had to it in either case, but I am so happy to have found Nevada Plumbing Authority.  They are not only extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing, but just as importantly, they are honest!!!! To me, this is extremely important as it is so easy to be taken advantage of, especially being a senior.  If you want to have the job done right and for a fair price call NPA and ask for Andrew.  To be fair, I just was very impressed with Andrew and I assume all the plumbers at NPA are just as good as Andrew so any of them will do a great job.  I was referred to them from Southwest Gas and was I ever glad I called to get the referral.  Mike L.
