They are awesome! The service was quick and professional, Steven was so friendly! We had execs coming in and we needed to get our 2 fridges set up and running ASAP in our new office space. The place where I bought the fridge wasn't going to be able to help us for 3 days out. They were in our office the next day and even came back the following day. I was informed by my neighbor that something was leaking from my utility closet on my patio. After turning my water off, I called and spoke to Elizabeth (around 815am). She attempted to reach her tech to see if he could squeeze me in today as they had a pretty full schedule. Within the hour, she called back stating Alex could be here between 930-10am. They provide detailed text messages that explain everything discussed from start to finish! I received the first message confirming that they'd arrive between 930-10. I received the 2nd text to say Alex was en route to me. And a 3rd text after Alex disclosed what the issue was...this text had a full description of work to be done including price and warranty info. Super professional, amazing service, awesome communication!! I will be recommending you guys to EVERYBODY I know in the valley!! Thank you for a wonderful experience! I'll be in touch when I'm ready to complete the repairs needed.
