Best Garbage Disposal Repair in North Las Vegas NV

The AC went out in our condo unit and Wesley was terrific!  He was on time, efficient, friendly, and very consciously respectful of our home.  He was happy to answer any questions I had regarding additional service that will be necessary in the near future, which I very much appreciated.  We will highly recommend Bumble Breeze to anyone looking for HVAC service.

On a side note; we think 'Wesley' is a very grown up name and deserves a larger font on his name tag. ;)

I had a leaking water heater and needed a second opinion so I reached out to a few companies through yelp. One company quoted me without asking for pictures or coming by, which I thought was weird. Chance responded to my voicemail right away and asked for some pictures. Although he could not help me, he was able to recommend another company on Yelp for me which I really appreciate his honesty. The way that he spoke to me and explained everything was very professional so I will be keeping this company in mind for any future needs.

I'd been without water for nearly three days (!!!!). Let's just say that an outside faucet met its ugly and watery end. This happened over Easter weekend to put this in context.

Aron (who's younger than my grandson. How did I get so old so fast?), came out and took care of it within about 30 minutes. I was so happy! He turned on the water back to the house and a long-overdue shower was the first thing on my to-do list! Thanks Aron!

Honest, professional, responsive  service and reasonable pricing. I would recommend the business and reach out to them for future plumbing issues/projects.

Charged me $750 for a water line spot repair that took 30 minutes to complete. Franklin explained that they offered the lowest charge he could according to the Nevada plumbing price book and that he charged me the minimum. He continued that the price could go up to $1500 - $2500 if there's any obstruction. Needless to say I won't be calling them again. My tenant did say he was a nice man. Vegas plumbers who charge these prices must be living large. Who else makes that kind of money for 30 minutes of labor?

I want to believe that this company is better than the service I received. I am giving two stars because it was easy to set up an appointment for a free consultation and Dave was really nice, however they didn't fix anything or actually give a consultation.

I had an emergency the morning they came out so I was able to still let them in but stayed on the phone with Dave the entire time. He was flexible and understanding and instantly knew what the issue was within minutes. He probably spent less than 3 minutes on property before walking out.

They told me what to do, which was to pour water down the pipes and it would fix my problem. I set up an appointment for a free consultation so I figured since they didn't do anything, and I had to do it myself, there was no charge. Then when they told me there was a service charge, I told them let's get it handled over through a secure portal because, I, like most people, do not feel comfortable giving credit card information through the phone or like to pay vendors with Zelle (because I understand knowledge is also valuable.)

They were pretty understanding but then I also asked if the smell came back, what would happen. They said they would come back but that doesn't make sense to do the service myself and then call them if it doesn't work. I just wanted to wait it to actually be fixed before payment. I think that's reasonable.  So I wanted to wait to just make sure and they called me wanting payment for a service they never provided.

They seemed super nice but this whole thing was frustrating. If they were to give me a quote on how much it would cost; then perform the service after I am okay with the price, I would be more than happy to pay them for their time. However, they did not do anything, nor anything of the sort and I feel wronged.

I really hope other people's experience is better than mine. I like to support small businesses but this wasn't okay with me at all.

I try to see things from both sides and understand this could have been avoided with minor communication improvements but it left a sour taste in my mouth for the company and although I hope they continue to do well, I'll never recommend them to anyone in Vegas.

PS. I want to add, they were nice enough to say good luck once they heard me out and I did not end up paying them. So I believe they understood where I was coming from, but I'm not sure if it was genuine or sarcastic? I want to give FULL disclosure so that you can make your own judgement.

I had a leaking water manifold which was a special order and a leaking shower valve.  The job was completed at the price and time frame promised.  Also, while the plumber was on site, he was asked to look at a toilet that was leaking internally at the flush valve.  The repair was not completed and the plumber on site charged for his time to inspect.  When the owner found out that the problem was not repaired and we were charged.  He refunded the money.  He was not asked to do that which I thought was very classy.
