John was wonderful, extremely responsive/communicative/friendly. Can't say enough about his communication! And he worked with a kind of water heater that several other plumbers said they couldn't work with. I already intend to recommend him to others in my building.

I've been searching for a plumber for at least a month to help tie up some loose ends that a previous contractor wasn't able to complete. The plumber who was originally supposed to do the job tried to reschedule last minute and left me in the lurch as I'd already rearranged my schedule to have my plumbing done a specific day. Fortunately I found Frank who gave me a reasonable estimate within a day and who was able to accommodate my schedule and requirements.

Frank showed up on time, fully prepared, and got straight to work. While I'm quite sure some difficulties with the job popped up, he quietly handled them to make sure that ultimately, the job got done and done well. He cleaned up, did a neat plumbing job and left my apartment in fully working order.

Frank is honest, responsive, flexible, and accommodating. After reviewing at least 3-4 plumbers and having the last one bail on me, Frank came in at the ready. It's time consuming and difficult finding a fairly priced, direct, and honest contractor in general, so I'm very grateful that I was able to find Frank. I met Mike in 2020 during the height of the pandemic. At the time the world just shut down and it was extremely difficult to schedule any work for home repairs. Mike answered one of my texts and came right over, but little did he know the scale of the project ahead one year out. Regardless, Mike tackled my projects head-on, where many times he had think outside the box to creatively tackle a problem with innovative solutions and industrial materials. Fast forward to today, Mike continues to perform maintenance repairs, especially interior/exterior plumbing.

As Mike is a one-man solo operation, do be respectful and mindful that he cannot be everywhere all at once. Mike will handle client jobs in succession of their requests, so that each job is executed with the care that os necessary at a reasonable price.

GP handyman is by far the best I ever used! He is such a perfectionist! I absolutely loved my new wardrobe!

Sal Jr. came to my house for a no heat call. He found the problem and replaced the part. He was on top of the project. He made us feel so comfortable while he worked. He had the best bedside manor, if he was a doctor, he'd would be at the top of his game. As a plumber, he IS at the top of his game, as a human being, he is the coolest, I can guess where he gets it from.
If you need a plumber, and you don't call this company, you made a mistake.

Called Infinite Comfort to get a diagnostic on a home HVAC issue.  Fabio was absolutely patient and thorough in his diagnostics.  However, there was absolutely no follow through - He was suppose to get back to me in a week, nothing.  I called back in 2 weeks, they apologized and said will follow up ASAP.  Still no follow up.

Great attitude during diagnostic phase, zero follow through or results.  Waste of my time unfortunately.

My house has an old gas Weil-Mclain boiler. I did a search for plumbers who included this brand and that is how I found Bill Harz Plumbing. That was about 3-4 years ago. They have come a few more times when this boiler had some other issues after the first emergency steam valve and new auto water feed needed to be replaced. The night before the big 2020 December snowstorm hit, the boiler just stopped. I called BHP but they were already booed for the full.day and with the storm coming were not sure. But then, they called early afternoon and said someone was on the way. That was Alessio. Super friendly and like a surgeon. He diagnosed, explained what was going on and did his meticulous and thorough work to replace the boiler's thermocouple (which had burnt out and the gas pilot light could not engage).
Thanks Alessio and Bill Harz Plumbing for saving the day, coming with the snowstorm beginning and warming our house again! I highly recommend them!

We hired John first for our first home in SI. He did floors, tile and wood, sheetrock, compound, bathrooms- tile and plumbing, electrical, paint, LED lights and kitchen cabinets installation. It sounds like a lot of work for one person to do, we did not think one person can do so much but we were amazed! John did an excellent work!    Our house looks very cozy and we are so relaxed about not having to do any repairs any time soon! I love my bathroom, the LED's make it feel bright and the tiles make it look bigger then it is! Another thing that we found very helpful was that John always responded to our calls and answered our questions with efficiency and courtesy. We even got advice on which products were more lasting and better quality!
