Mike was fantastic. He was able to service a laundry valve replacement on the same day. He and his crew were professional and mindful of time.

Worked with Mike a couple times now. He's fast to respond, on time, clear communication and workmanship is good. He replaced a huge pipe leaking below my bathroom last year and added a spigot outside for me recently. No follow up issues.

A diy kitchen sink installation turned disastrous when my father broke off a pipe which resulted in us having to shut off the water throughout the entire house. I realized right away that we needed professional help  ASAP. Within minutes of me looking for a plumber, Mike reached out to me with his availability and an estimated price. He was able to come out the next day ( which meant I only had to sleep elsewhere for one night) and within an hour or so, we had a new, leak proof, working sink. Mike even reached out to me the next day to follow up and  make sure everything worked properly.

Can't say enough good things about this company.  I submitted an inquiry through yelp for a plumber to repair/replace our spigot in the back yard.  The proprietor (Mike) replied to my request for a quote immediately and had his employee (Julian) out here the next morning.  Julian did amazing work, was quick and courteous as well.  Will certainly be going to Quality Pro Services for my future plumbing needs.

Julian and team did very good work and I am happy with results. Initial scope of work need to be adjusted on physical inspection of the site for one faucet and Mike worked with me to get to an updated number

Water started pouring out from under our kitchen sink, and I needed a plumber immediately! I have a great plumber that I'd hired years ago for a big renovation, but that person was not available on an emergency basis.

I chose Mike based on the Yelp reviews, thanks Yelpers! Mike answered the phone on the first ring and was fantastic with communication. He gave me his cell phone number so I could text him pictures of the plumbing set up at my home.

Mike's employee, Julian, showed up right at the scheduled time of 8 am and was wearing a mask, which I appreciate. Julian was friendly, polite, organized, and efficient. I felt comfortable having him work at my house.

The price was reasonable and they gave us a 10% discount for paying in cash. I like it when businesses do that.

Julian did a nice job. Have a look at my photos of before and after! We decided to upgrade our bathroom faucet, as well. We are thinking of having a couple more plumbing projects done and we would certainly use these plumbers!

Came within 2 hours of my call. Recommended alternative methods to avoid additional expense. Literally completed the work within the 2 to 3 hour time frame. Clean job quick response reliable. Will highly recommend this company and will use again. Priced is fair for the work needed.

Michael and his team are what you would consider going above and beyond what is expected. We had a leak in our finished basement over Memorial Day weekend and they made all our problems go away. They took the time to explain what it was they were doing and you can tell they were genuine and not just out to make a cash grab. It's rare these days to find that kind of service. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.

A late Sunday issue with the PTrap was taken care of by Monday morning.  Great service, techs were professional and very considerate of our home, explained the issue and replacement was installed in under 30 min!

They charged high price and was unable to diagnose the problem. I used Freedom plumbing instead. They did the job for a third of the price

Our kitchen drain clogged and I spent 2 days on my own trying to clear it up. No luck.  I found Mike on Yelp and he had one of his plumbers at our door within two hours, and an hour later our kitchen was back to normal.

Sometimes it's good to know how to fix your own plumbing, other times it's good to know a professional.

Great customer service. Mike provides awesome customer service. Very quick response and the guys who installed my hot water heater were very nice and efficient!! Highly recommend!!

I was out of town when my tenant reported no hot water. I searched Yelp and other sources for a reliable, reasonably priced plumber and found Quality Pro Services. They proved to be as excellent as their reviews suggested. A few issues came up. There always seem to be complexities with a job like this. But we talked it through to very satisfying results, and ultimately, the cost of the job was very close to the original estimate. I will call upon this company the next time I need a plumber.

Did a great job quickly and accurately determining the source of bathroom leak (improperly installed tub spout). Had the parts on hand to install new spout and fix problem. Fair price and very clean and respectful plumbers. Julien and Benjamin explained process step by step and we're careful to wear booties to keep my carpet clean. I will use them again and recommend them.

Quality pro was one of three companies I called for a recent plumbing issue at home. I was immediately impressed with Mike's honest take on what required to be done. I received great attentive service throughout the process and the repair was completed in a quick direct way with the team informing us of the status as progress was made. The pricing was fair and competitive if not as straightforward as I expected. The kitchen sink drain was snaked and new sink drain pipes installed.

Mike and his team were great. I had my upstairs bathroom redone, they replaced the toilet, vanity, lights and painted.  Bathroom looks really nice-- did any awesome job.

I have sent a few requests online and you are the first one replying to my messages without the need to have a phone consultation scheduled and you are able to come in and fix the issue on the same day.
