Our sewer line broke causing a back up. We did not want water damage and immediately searched for a company that can help. I requested a quote on yelp and got a response back in less than 20 minutes. They arrived, walked me through the process, the scope of work, and completed my new sewer line in 2 days. Highly recommended, they were professional, finished in a timely manner and were cost sufficient.

I've been searching for a plumber for at least a month to help tie up some loose ends that a previous contractor wasn't able to complete. The plumber who was originally supposed to do the job tried to reschedule last minute and left me in the lurch as I'd already rearranged my schedule to have my plumbing done a specific day. Fortunately I found Frank who gave me a reasonable estimate within a day and who was able to accommodate my schedule and requirements.

Frank showed up on time, fully prepared, and got straight to work. While I'm quite sure some difficulties with the job popped up, he quietly handled them to make sure that ultimately, the job got done and done well. He cleaned up, did a neat plumbing job and left my apartment in fully working order.

Frank is honest, responsive, flexible, and accommodating. After reviewing at least 3-4 plumbers and having the last one bail on me, Frank came in at the ready. It's time consuming and difficult finding a fairly priced, direct, and honest contractor in general, so I'm very grateful that I was able to find Frank. My shower handle just fell off this morning (needed a new faucet cartridge). We couldn't shut off our shower so we had to shut off the water to our entire house! Mike was able to make it out to us the same day, went to several different stores to search for the part he needed (our shower is ancient), fixed the issue, and unclogged our pipes. He showed up when he said he would (about an hour after we called!) and our final price was very reasonable.

Geraldine was great, courteous and super professional. He wore a mask the entire time without asking which I appreciated. He installed a new bathroom vanity and did a really great job. He paid attention to detail and took his time and it showed. He will be my go to for any additional work I need around the apartment going forward.

Premium Sewer & Drain helped me by installing a Toto S550e (washlet/bidet) on a 2 piece Toto toilet. If you've seen the YouTube videos they make this project look simple. Adonis arrived on time, asked me if I wanted him to take off his shoes, I gave him shoe covers and told him to leave them on. He worked diligently and had to take apart the toilet to install the hoses for the bidet. He tested the water flow/flush a few times to ensure there were no leaks, and also stayed with me while I fumbled through the instructions and pretty complex remote control for the bidet. After I gave him the ok, he cleaned up the area and thanked me. I was in shock because I'm the one who is thankful! He helped me with my bidet dreams ha ha! He also made a recommendation to update an older flush valve that has a longer than normal delay to fill the bowl. - we'll do this at a later time. Thank you PS&D, Adonis, you made my week!

I requested help mounting my TV to the wall and hiding the wires in my apartment. I am beyond happy with the work. 10/10. Highly recommend. For someone like me who isn't very great with tools, the service was more than valuable.

Svetlana, the scheduler, was responsive with scheduling and flexible to my availability. They were nice enough to come the day after Christmas, which was technically a federal holiday. She told me the price up front. She also found me a wire cover on Amazon to order and sent me instructions on how to purchase them.

Artsem, the technician, arrived mostly on time (within the window I was given). He was very friendly and efficient. He wasted no time in getting the TV measured and holes drilled. The entire process took about one hour. He also was very tidy, laying down paper towels before drilling and cleaning up his area. He made sure everything was adjusted to the height I preferred. I really appreciated his insight on where to place the wires to make the console look most beautiful. His expertise was apparent throughout. At one point the drill bit I was sent along with the wire hiding kit broke. Luckily, Artsem came prepared with a spare bit and everything was saved.

The price, including the $50 deposit, came out to $215 for the wire hiding and mounting. I paid $50 beforehand and $165 after completion. I'd say it's worth it. He came with all the tools, on time, and finished the job quickly. Everything is straight and level too. He also told me to save the pieces he drilled out from the wall so that I could fix the wall when I move out from my rented place. I appreciate that he's thinking ahead like that. Last, he accepts Venmo. Overall, a great value and a great team of folks.

I just spoke to John and let me say this man is amazing. He went above and beyond to explain my problem and break it down to me in the most cost effective way possible..Highly recommended ..And on a Saturday evening none the less...

I am writing this review to protect other naive first time homeowners like myself! RUN AWAY from this plumber. We had a very stressful experience working with him. He took a huge deposit from us (close to $5,000), said I'll see you tomorrow to start the job, and then didn't show up. Didn't pick up the phone. When we heard from him he didn't apologize for blowing us off. Things got worse from there. He promised to come DOZENS of times and never showed. He never finished the job completely, left a mess in our house including our old boiler that he said he would remove, and two months later still did not. Now I have to risk injuring myself trying to haul it up from the basement somehow. This plumber repeatedly did not come when he said he would, and always had an excuse. He did not finish the job. Please learn from my mistake and work with someone else.

Sal Jr. came to my house for a no heat call. He found the problem and replaced the part. He was on top of the project. He made us feel so comfortable while he worked. He had the best bedside manor, if he was a doctor, he'd would be at the top of his game. As a plumber, he IS at the top of his game, as a human being, he is the coolest, I can guess where he gets it from.
If you need a plumber, and you don't call this company, you made a mistake.

After reading the positive reviews I decided to call them to have someone come do work on my home heating system.  The gentleman that picked up the phone was nice enough and scheduled one of their guys to come over the following morning between 8-9.  I received a call at 8:35 my tech never came to work and asked if they can reschedule. No problem, I agreed to between 1-3pm the same day. The time came and went , no call no show.

They might be great , but I'll never know.

Nick was awesome. He showed up at the exact time. He said he would be here down to the minute. He replace my old sink and even had a sink to potentially install. unfortunately, that sink was not the right size because my sink was a special order from 10 years ago. We were able to find the correct sink. Nick came back installed it. Changed a few valves that needed changing and overall it was a great and seamless process.

I spoke with Tom (owner) on the phone and set up an appointment for the following day to have a washing machine drain line cleared out.  I am extremely happy with my experience.  Tom was very personable and took the time to go over what they were going to do, the equipment used, and after the work was done gave me pointers to help prevent the pipe from clogging in the future (lint trap on the end of the hose).

I chose to use them 4 times this year. Every visit was excellent. Between Javier, Jason and Kyle I could not ask for better service. Professionalism at its best!!

My house has an old gas Weil-Mclain boiler. I did a search for plumbers who included this brand and that is how I found Bill Harz Plumbing. That was about 3-4 years ago. They have come a few more times when this boiler had some other issues after the first emergency steam valve and new auto water feed needed to be replaced. The night before the big 2020 December snowstorm hit, the boiler just stopped. I called BHP but they were already booed for the full.day and with the storm coming were not sure. But then, they called early afternoon and said someone was on the way. That was Alessio. Super friendly and like a surgeon. He diagnosed, explained what was going on and did his meticulous and thorough work to replace the boiler's thermocouple (which had burnt out and the gas pilot light could not engage).

We hired John first for our first home in SI. He did floors, tile and wood, sheetrock, compound, bathrooms- tile and plumbing, electrical, paint, LED lights and kitchen cabinets installation. It sounds like a lot of work for one person to do, we did not think one person can do so much but we were amazed! John did an excellent work!    Our house looks very cozy and we are so relaxed about not having to do any repairs any time soon! I love my bathroom, the LED's make it feel bright and the tiles make it look bigger then it is! Another thing that we found very helpful was that John always responded to our calls and answered our questions with efficiency and courtesy. We even got advice on which products were more lasting and better quality!
