They're great. Joe was across the street at a new house (Cliffside), I thought he was the general contractor... I asked if he could recommend a good plumber. He said, um, me? A few minutes later, he came over and fixed the problem: fast, nice. I will definitely make referrals and recommendations. Good people.

Excellent experience with this company. Easy and flexible scheduling with Abe. We had an outside drain that was clogged. When the guys arrived it was explained what the problem could be, what future issues may arise and what preventive measures to take as well. We were told the price upfront so there were no surprises. Ed and Pedro were the technicians. They were polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. They were able to fix the clog and answered any questions I had. It's tough to find trustworthy companies out there who are good at what they do but this one exemplifies that and knows their profession very well. I definitely recommend them.

I hired L & C to replace my parents' broken sewer pipes in Staten Island.  They came over within a couple hours to give an estimate, and started the project a day later.  The team did an excellent job, worked diligently to ensure the proper pitch was set for the new cast-iron pipe, and had everything completed within several hours.  My elderly parents felt at ease with the workers and are very appreciative of the hard work L & C did.  I definitely recommend L & C Sewer & Drains for your plumbing needs.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink for some time now and have not been able to locate a plumber. ESP Piping was quick to respond and was helpful over the phone for an initial diagnosis. John came in, located the cracked pipe and replaced it under 30 minutes.  Extremely nice! Professional , reasonable pricing and also provided great maintenance tips.

Bill's company was recommended to me by an old friend that lives Fairview. This job was to replace an old pipe (with a hole in it) in my Uncles house in North Bergen. The plumber that came, Freddy, was quick to access the problem and take action. He was done replacing an old section of black pipe in less than an hour. Very happy with the service and...the price!

He wasted our time by coming out and looking at the projects, but never provided an estimate. Unprofessional.

Emiliano replaced a cracked pipe under our kitchen sink but left behind a significant leak. He did not return to remedy the situation despite his assurances. We waited a few weeks and eventually had to call another plumber.

A fantastic and kind person, who showed up for a house call within 15 minutes of initiating a call, on a cold & rainy Sunday evening. The work was thorough, & he walked us through the plumbing issue that was causing the leak in the kitchen sink; fixed it and gave us tips on how to better monitor our plumbing going forward. Also followed up on his work to confirm things were functioning as intended a few days later. A comforting experience from beginning to end.

My bathtub was leaking through my kitchen ceiling. Adam came to give me an estimate within a half hour of my initial call at 7pm. The next morning he was there at 8 am and got the job done within a couple hours. Great service.

Great guy, I called for an emergency visit because the chain in my toilet had corroded - now everything is as good as new. Highly recommended, very friendly and honest.

Geraldine's work was amazing, from start to finish! He put up frames, pictures, a coat rack, and a mirror for me and he was very precise and efficient. He made sure to clean the debris from the drill he used and he was kind and wore a mask. I'll definitely be calling him for any home maintenance issues that come up.

Called for a messy toilet problem. Harris arrived within the hour and quickly remedied the problem.

Fair price and he wore booties to protect my floors. Happy with the service.

Again, kudos to Drain Doctor and the professionalism they emit. They came out today to help with a kitchen faucet replacement and were done within 20 min. I would have been under the sink for 2+ hrs! They were honest, polite, funny. Good guys (I don't remember their names).

Will definitely use the Dr. again!

I am beyond disappointed with Super Plumbers. We called them on Sunday for a leak in our kitchen sink. He said he'd fit us in on Monday so I worked from home. He didn't show up and after a few hours finally responded in the late afternoon that he wouldn't be able to come until Tuesday. We agreed on a new time on Tuesday.  I left work early to be home, and after trying to confirm, he finally wrote back that it would need to be Wednesday. We again agreed on a few time on Wednesday where he said I will be there 10000%. So on Wednesday I take a half day to be home, and he doesn't show. He keeps delaying time and now it's 4 hours from when he was supposed to be here and I haven't heard anything. He has set me back multiple days of not being able to use my kitchen sink - when I was trying to be very patient and accommodating with his schedule. Needless to say I called a different company who was able to send someone within just a few hours.

Unfortunately after all of this has happened, I come to find multiple reviews that say the same thing happened. I recommend going with another more reliable company !!

TOTALLY UNRELIABLE
Do not use if you value your time as the service people do not show up for appointments. This happened to me twice in one week. The second time, I called several times during the day to confirm and was assured someone would show up at the designated time. After they hadn't shown again, I called and was put on hold while the receptionist said she'd call the driver.  I was disconnected and when I called back, no one answered. Not even an answering machine. Never again!
