Best Gas Water Heater Installation in Newark NJ
I give Joe and Jimmy five stars for a lot of reasons. First their prices are reasonable, but just as important are all the other things. They have always been polite and pleasant when dealing with them. Unlike other tradesmen I have dealt with, when they say they will be there they ALWAYS arrive on time as promised with a professional and competent crew that gets the job done quickly and completely without leaving a mess behind. Finally I would feel comfortable giving Joe and Jimmy the keys to my home to go in and complete a job while I was away without any concerns about the job being done correctly or things going missing without someone at the residence.

The team did an amazing job! Very communicative, punctual and knowledgeable. They offered sound advice as to which repair or replacement option to pursue. We ended up replacing both our AC unit and our furnace, and they left our home spotless. They cleaned out the dust in the return ductwork and also added a filter. They covered all pipes so they don't sweat and drip on floor. It also looks like they put a cage around the bottom of the hot water heater, which prevents dust collecting underneath and preventing a fire hazard. Overall, a huge improvement. Very thorough work! We're happy we chose them.

If you see my prior review for A&D plumbing in Hoboken, you'll notice that I spent about a week trying to reach them so that they could (make money off of me!! and) fix the leak in my shower. They never returned my calls.
After speaking with my management company on Monday, 3/1/10 I was told to call Mr. Guarini's office. They were incredibly accommodating and came THAT afternoon. The 2 men who came did a great job and the leak is gone.
Like all plumbers/contractors it's a good thing I planned on cleaning after they were here since things in and around the bathroom will always getting dirty, but I guess that's par for the course.
I think the charge was around $125+tax for 1 hour which to me is a hell of a lot but it seems like most plumbers charge around $100 or so, so it's not much more than normal.
Thanks Guarini for fixing my leaky faucet! You'll be my go-to from now on.

Reliable, knowledgeable and extremely skilled. I needed old cast iron pipes removed and replaced with newer PVC. Pappaceno Plumbing took care of it with care and ease. Would definitely recommend to others.

My hot water heater had a leak from both incoming and outgoing pipes and needed a help. Guillermo was very prompt and gave me clear information about the issue. He was able come 1 hr earlier than the scheduled time, fixed the problem in about an hour. Maximo team is highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable and professional services rendered.
I had this terribly clogged drain, which no amount of drain cleaner or snake could handle. Thankfully Michael came over late in they day and was able to unclog the drain and flush out the system. He was also honest and dependable.
Would highly recommend to anyone in a jam.

We had some frozen pipes and Nick and Chris came promptly and got the hot water running in this old house!
It was on one of the coldest days, so I'm sure they were extremely busy, but they got the job done quickly and gave us tips on preventing the problem in the future.

Can't say enough about Adam! The request we had for him was to move all our water, sewage, gas & vent lines up to the first floor from the basement for our laundry room. We didn't realize we also needed his help to remove our old kitchen faucet & install the new one (and the dishwasher!) Eventually Lowes messed up & we needed him to also install our new washer & dryer with special long hoses. Adam never said no to any of our requests. He took time to help us out & show us everything we needed to know about our plumbing. He also was really helpful in giving us tips as we are first time homeowners. You can't go wrong with Adam as your plumber! Highly recommended.

They were incredibly communicative and helpful for me, even over the phone. The owner took his time via text and FaceTime to talk me through a repair process so that I could handle it myself, it was very helpful!

One of the great things about roto rooter is they have super fast service. I scheduled an appointment with them on Saturday and then came the next day. The guy that came was nice but their prices are outrageous. I needed to get my kitchen faucet replaced as it was leaking. I have a basic standard faucet, nothing fancy. The guy quoted me a price of $365.00 to replace the faucet. The was the price of the labor only! I had already purchased the faucet from Lowes. I was like this seems a bit outrageous. He pretty much said that is the price and blah blah. Nice guy but I was like no way am I going to pay that. I called another place after he left. He quoted me a price over the phone for $75. He came the next day. It took him 30 -40 minutes to replace and it was indeed only $75. I guess Roto Rooter is great for emergencies as they can come out quick but their prices are pretty ridiculous. So they basically wanted $365 for a half an hour job. Never again!

They come out on short notice like it's nothing, I kid you not. My roommate and I managed to somehow mess up the drain in our kitchen and the main plumber for the business came out and handled it in 10 minutes flat. They don't idle around, they get right down to business and they come out rain or shine without delay. They were really nice and courteous and I absolutely would recommend them to anybody. If the problem is big or small, doesn't matter. They're always professional. Great guys.

Called because both toilets in my house were clogged and needed quick service. They told me it would be $49 for the emergency charge( which is fine) but then didn't show up until the next day.
Plumber attempted to unclog one toilet and couldn't get it so then moved on to the upstairs one. After maybe 15 minutes of work and going back to his truck for a different snake, he then said the toilets were broken and i would need to replace both. After hearing about his 10 yrs on the job and how experienced he was, I obviously knew i had only one option. I MUST CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER.
I paid my stupid emergency charge and said i'd be in touch.
I called a buddy of mine who was a plumber and he stopped by with a snake and after 25 min had both toilets unclogged. he even cleaned them for me afterwards.
what a waste of time and money it was calling Russo Bros & Co.

I engaged with Super Plumbers regarding a leak in my bathroom. The positive was that the plumbers themselves did a good job and were pleasant to interact with.
With that said, the overall experience was dreadful, and this is primarily due to the owner. Firstly, he takes no initiative in following up on when the plumber will arrive or when the parts necessary to fix my bathroom will be delivered ... I had to call him multiple times to clarify.
What's worse however is that when I asked him for a clearer breakdown of my invoice for my own documentation (i.e. the invoice simply had the final billed amount), he got extremely defensive. He kept going on about how other plumbers would charge more and that I was accusing him of unreasonable charges.
This person clearly only wants to work with customers who will wait for ages until he (maybe) gets back to schedule something, and who will pay whatever amount without needing any clarification on it. If you don't characterize yourself as such, please don't use them.

As the other reviewer mentioned, this company doesn't offer a free estimate. They charge a flat fee to stop by and assess what you need done then quote a price.
The only problem with this system is that they can quote you ANYTHING, and you're still on the hook for the service fee, no matter what. This is problematic, because they can quote you a very high, non competitive price, knowing you will not accept and then still pocket the fee.
In the end I didn't contract them for the job, so I can't comment on the work and I'm not saying this sort of thing will definitely happen, but I thought I'd point out the potential pitfalls to others. Caveat emptor.
