I contacted Michael's company through Yelp's app very early Friday morning. He responded almost immediately with his cell phone. By the early afternoon he was in my home and fixed our problem (slow drain with a leak under the sink). And did I mention he's very quick. And gave us a fair price for the level of workmanship ( very careful about your house, made sure no mess was left).
We were so impressed we asked him to install a few vanities in our upstairs bathrooms which will be scheduled very soon. If you're looking for an honest plumber who actually cares call him. You won't be disappointed.

UPDATE: Michael installed the two vanities the next week. He did a great job. Removed all the old plumbing and sinks and packaged everything nice and neat for the sanitation department. Superb installation. Can't recommend enough.

Responsive, prompt and courteous but their itemized estimates and actual invoice did not reconcile. I received an estimate for 4 issues, they worked on 3 of the issues but charged me MORE than the itemized estimate and said it was for all of that extra work...in short, I was overcharged which included being charged for a part/labor that did not correct one of the issues (otherwise 4 star service for sure). I must say, the owner is a nice guy. He came back to my location over the weekend to identify a couple of lingering issues and had his staff return the next business day to make the adjustment.

Chris was oustanding, every plubing/heating work he performed exceeding expectations and high quality.

We had a sewer problem while I was away and I was convinced it was a pipe breach this time.  Oscar responded first thing the following morning and immediately diagnosed the problem as blockage in a certain spot.  It was fixed very quickly and Oscar gave good advice as to how to address it longer term.  The cost was very reasonable compared to other service providers in my experience.  Oscar was very professional and friendly. I expect to call him back in shortly for more work, so I will be a repeat customer.  Oscar's the best!

We needed a plumber to locate a leaking pipe in our dining room ceiling. Continental Plumbing responded professionally and was able to answer all of my questions regarding fees, covid safety gear and who would be ringing our doorbell. The plumber arrived on time, was polite, assessed the work that needed to be done and advised us of the problem. He gave us a reasonable price for the repair and once we agreed to the work, the plumber and his associate covered up our furniture and made the repairs. We were satisfied with the work and plan to make them our go to plumber.

I'm confused. They came and fixed my AC unit. Now I need help with my other one for the same reason and they said they would come. They didn't. I wrote a message and they responded they don't do this service. So I'm giving a review of 1 star since they no longer service AC units.

In response to you, Joe, I called prior to doing a Yelp request. I also contacted the guy who helped me last year as his number was in my phone. I'm a real person with a real home. Just being honest about my experience. If you had no one to perform the service, that's different you not doing the service. Be well.

My AC went of the fritz. I called Infinite  Comfort and they came right out. They assessed and advised me on my options and got my air back on track. I highly recommend this team. Their customer service is top notch!!

Holy cow, what amazing service! Stan came, spent time looking at our heating problem, he was up front and gave us the run down on what is good and what we may want to do down the road. Professional, courteous,  friendly and quick! Will use In-Line and Stan every single time! Two thumbs up!

Safehaven did a really good job fixing the Freon leak for my hvac. Lori-Ann was very nice and patient with me throughout the process. She even got back to my call on a Saturday because I was worried about the situation. The technicians are also very good at their job and took their time to explain to me what they did and how everything works. I had a really nice experience with the company and I'll definitely call them if I need any home service in the future.

I needed a sewer clean up ASAP!! Sinani came within 1 hour  did an assessment, explained the problem and within 30 minutes all clear and running as water pipes should.  With an 86 yr old in the house running water is a must  Thanks a million Sinani

They were responsive and reliable, and were available to arrive on the same day. I needed to repair my kitchen sink pipe and Tony took care of it in just a couple of hours. Great service! Will keep them in mind for future needs.

I reached out to Vincent over yelp asking for HVAC service. we needed our freon refilled ASAP to get through a hot & humid week.  Even though Approved Oil does not provide the service directly, they were awesome at providing me contact info for Steven Fillecia. Steven was great at understanding the issue, set expectation on pricing and showed up at agreed time to fix our issue.  This shows how businesses like approved oil care for the customer and enable other service companies or professionals during these tough times. I cant even give this place one star and after I explain you will see.On Saturday 12/03/16, I called for a clogged toilet.My tenants were calling and I could not take care of it, as I was working.I did a search for plumbers on Staten Island.Called the number on yelp which is a (non 718) area code.I asked questions, was I shopping for a price, of course that's my rite as a customer.I call the number back which is a (347) area code which called me.So in other words this company was called twice by mistake.The maniac calling me back starts cursing, telling I am a cheap bum.And that he hopes my sewer line breaks.No jerk off just shopping and getting a price.He tells me how because I woke him up at 12pm, he was charged $17.00, really.That he will call me 17 times and do harassing calls in the morning.Thats not very smart or professional.He goes on a profanity tirade and tells me to expect calls at 3am.Kept the harassing texts as proof of this individual, that he was going to F me up, which he texted me.Yeah ok,I want to do business with this company or anyone who hires a person like this.He wouldn't give his name.The harassing texts finally stopped with him being pissed for me asking questions.As I explained if this kept up, we can go to the Pct and file a police report.Your easy to identify and get arrested.All this drama just because your shopping around for a plumber.If you don't like customers shopping for prices and trusting the first person they speak, that tough.Its your business get use to it.And with luck I found a person much cheaper, then what he was telling me.Have many friends who work for the city(PD,FDNY, etc) and would never, ever recommend this company.
