Samir and his team are very professional, responsive, and reasonable in their rates. Samir worked with me when I suddenly got COVID and had to cancel, to reschedule and he coordinated with Khalid, who did my latest round of household repairs, to be sure everything was done well, and according to my specifications. I've used Peter twice now, and I've been very happy both times. He's quick to reply, communicative, and works efficiently as well. The last time I had him by I have a laundry list of stuff to be done, including lighting install and plaster work, that he finished in a few hours. And he knows what he's doing. The work isn't slapdash, nor does it look fine only to come apart the next day. He's reasonably priced, and honestly in my experience if anyone is cheap there's a reason for it. He's a trustworthy, skilled electrician and a great go to handyman for basics, in addition to being a totally nice guy. There are so many people out there who have no idea

I requested a window AC installation service and received a prompt response within a few hours. Two professionals arrived at the agreed-upon time and took care of everything without my intervention. They removed my old AC unit, installed the new one, and even cleaned up after themselves. The entire process took approximately 30 minutes, and they also took away the old AC unit, relieving me of the responsibility of disposing of it.

Solid work! After being jerked around by a couple people for our kitchen renovation, we found Harry through Yelp. At our first meeting, we definitely got a good vibe from him. Friendly guy, very personable, kind of serious looking, but able to crack some jokes. So we decided to go with him.

The job consisted of three separate trips, because we were coordinating electrical work in the kitchen, and it needed to be done in the proper order. And we were sort of on a deadline and we relayed this to Harry, who assured us it would be done on time. I guess we were nervous and needed to be updated or wanted to know a definitive time. At times Harry could be too laid back, or maybe he was used to more laid back customers, or our job was small so he wasn't as definitive with his dates/times -- but there were two instances where he said he would call/come by, but then he didn't. He always called and let us know -- he never just flaked on us completely or ignored us. However, I guess we were relieved, excited, and hopeful whenever he told us a specific time/date, and we were expecting him on said time/date because that meant things were not stalled. Once he finished his part, we could get the electrician to do his part, and so forth.

It didn't make us upset at Harry; we could tell he was a good guy. But we were weary. We didn't want to be clients that were not taken seriously, whether we were young or seemed passive. We needed to let it be known that we expected things on a specific timeline, as promised (that's why we went with this business in the first place). My husband sent out an email on two different occasions asking for more information, and asking to speak with Harry. Harry's office manager/receptionist was on point. She always responded very quickly.I could tell she kept the ship running smoothly, because whenever we emailed her, Harry would follow up with a call. I really appreciated that communication. It was instant! I can tell they do take their clients and business seriously.

In the end, it all worked out. As for Harry's work, it showed quality. And he was efficient with what he did in one day. He and his team also cleaned up after themselves, very well. They didn't leave garbage or sheet rock dust . They even swept up too.

I know our job was small and minor, but I have confidence that bigger projects or a full on gut/renovation, he could do very well.

I started discussing the project I had with Ciro back in April. I needed someone to add mesh to the bottom of my fence line to deal with rats coming from neighboring yards.  This required digging up a garden and trying to preserve the 70 year old plants along the fence line. He took a look at the job and gave a very reasonable price.  Ciro did the work in one day, came on time, prepared with his own tools and left the job site in a clean fashion (and he provided me with a receipt).  A true professional.   Brooklyn is in the need of a good handyman and I think they found one.  I look forward to using Ciro again in the future.

Our toilet was leaking from the base. CN Coterie was very responsive and had a fair price. They came promptly and fixed it. They were also easy to work with in getting all the information my building required of them.

Kellem was responsive, reliable, timely and did a great job. He sent me pictures very yep of the way since I was not in town. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Working with this company was a pleasure. Tom was so nice and took his time to explain everything to my father and I. He went into detail about every thing inside and out. It's my first time buying a home and Tom gave me peace of mind with disclosing everything that wrong and what was good. I highly recommend him for any of his services.

I met with the gentleman and at first wasn't sure who to go with had few other companies gave me estimates one actually a little cheaper but the way the guys at A&O responded to my needs and the urgency of my situation Let me say the professionalism was impeccable very glad I chose them even though I may have paid just a little more definitely worth every penny just the comfort and convenience knowing I don't have to get it done again is why I will be calling them up for my next project in our home I highly recommend these people they left my house looking better than when they came in my hat's off to those young men

This review is a little late but I really wanted to come back and make sure to give this business a huge shout out.

I had a very small problem with my sink that I wanted to fix myself. Zach spoke with me on the phone and talked me through the whole thing, step by step, and didn't charge me a dime! He was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient and DEFINITELY earned my trust and future business!
