Joshua was super easy to communicate with and came right on time. I stayed at an AirBnB and upon arrival found a super clogged up toilet :( I called him and he helped as good as he could, but there was a deeper issue for which I didn't want to pay, but he gave me recommendations to tell the owners as well. He's very friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

Back in November my water heater went out and I called Allstate Piping Corp and spoke to Nush. I told him that I tried to relight the pilot but to no avail it failed. Nush said to send him the model number on the water heater and in the morning the next day he was at my house. Mind you, I live in Rockaway and they're located in the Bronx. I called my home warranty company and nobody else responded so I took it upon myself to call Allstate Piping. They came at 8:00am and were finished by 9:05am. Back in business! Hot water! Fast forward to Christmas weekend, Coastal flooding took out my water heater and my gas burner via 4 ft. of water. I immediately called Nush and he told me that I was going to have a new gas burner delivered to my house in the afternoon. 12 degrees and 50 mph winds, my burner arrived as planned. Nush said that he will be at my house the next morning, on Christmas Eve 8:00am to install the new water heater and the gas burner. What other company would do that? I doubt nobody would want to be bothered. 5 hours later everything installed system ready to go, frozen pipes! After a little investigation he figured out were the problem was and defrosted the pipes and the heat started to flow. This was in my basement garage, cold as you can imagine, where snowmen would want to seek refuge they came and conquered the elements. They bailed me out on 2 occasions with super fast response time and I am very grateful for that. Thanks again guys for everything.

Great service, very fast, did a super good job. Solid work and good value. Called on Friday night and had the job done Saturday morning. Found another leak in sink while replacing faucet and fixed that too. Would recommend.

Third time using Continental Plumbing and Heating and it doesn't get any better. They replaced a steam boiler and their skilled level is unbelievable. Great work from this company. I was very worried at the amount of work that would need to be done to my bathtub. The pipe under my bathtub was completely rotted. Dwight was on time and ready for the task. Very professional and knew what he was doing. Now I can take a shower in my apartment due to his work. Highly recommend this company!

Mike has helped us with our plumbing issues twice now. Both times he showed up within an hour or two of our call and was able to figure out and fix the problems. His prices are fair and he does fast and reliable work and he is a very nice guy. We are new to the area and already very glad to have found Magic Drain. Hopefully our issues are over now, but if something else come up we know who to call!

A fantastic and kind person, who showed up for a house call within 15 minutes of initiating a call, on a cold & rainy Sunday evening. The work was thorough, & he walked us through the plumbing issue that was causing the leak in the kitchen sink; fixed it and gave us tips on how to better monitor our plumbing going forward. Also followed up on his work to confirm things were functioning as intended a few days later. A comforting experience from beginning to end.
