The whole service was great!! Aaron was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to anticipate that we were needing an updated part for a future dishwasher install for the following week. Had a Lee Company check out my parents struggling AC unit. It seemed to be underperforming. Scheduled a visit then had to ask them to change the time.
No problem. They communicated the change of schedule and showed up on time. Greg, the technician, fully checked out my parent's unit and communicated to me his findings. He was great. The response and communication of this company is spot on. Everyone I talked to did what they said they would do. Can't recommend them enough. Our hotwater wasn't working in one of our bathrooms and some of our faucets had really weak water pressure.  I called Michael Shaver plumbing and they showed up the next morning. They were on time and super professional. They gave me an estimate prior to doing work and I was pleasantly surprised with their price. I will definitely use them as my go to plumber now.

REGAN IS AWESOME!! We live in a townhome on a slab and knew we had a huge leak somewhere and every plumber told us we were losing gallons a minute but couldn't locate our line or leak. Because of these factors, we were either not getting calls back or estimates above 6k, which included excavation and lots of destruction inside our home to repipe the whole house. I reached out and Regan responded within 30 minutes and took the time on the phone learning about our situation before he even came out! He was super friendly,responsive, and came out on a holiday. He was right on time and used his state of the art equipment to locate and mark our water line and the leak. Thanks to his prompt and knowledgeable help, we were able to save over 5k in plumbing costs and destruction to our home. Cannot recommend Regan's business enough! Great service, experienced plumbers, great work.  In the past I have either had overpriced or poor work-- requiring return visits.  So grateful to find a good local plumber and a family business too.  They are the best, wish I had found them years ago.

We needed our heat pump replaced and a mini split installed and Jesse did a great job of helping us. He explained everything and even did an involved test to check and make sure we were getting the right size for our house. Installation was quick and professional. Highly recommend.

My husband is in heart failure and we needed a simple plumbing fix that he might usually be able to do.  We reached out to three plumbing companies and heard from Michael Shaver right away.  They came out the next day, fixed the issue, and charged a fair rate.  We also like that they are from Bethpage that is a small community very near where we live!

I wrote a review about the ineffectiveness of Lee company technicians, but needed to add a bit more information.  When one of the Murfreesboro technicians put in the 2nd plug, I told him 2 or 3 times where I wanted in.  He installed in 10 ft or so from where I wanted it...his response was that that was close enough for my extension cord.  That's not what I call customer service.

Will and the team at Griffin Mechanical took great care of us after my 1970's unit finally bit the dust.  My wife was pregnant and it was getting hot out so this was not ideal timing.  The guys were very respectful of my wishes and helped me size the system to add some ducts where needed.  I changed where the air handler and condenser lived and it was not an issue for them.  I am a construction worker, I'm particular about my house and want things done right.  They not only did a great job, but they were friendly.  

Recently they called ME to set up a free service call to check the system and made sure we were tip top.  That's right, I didn't have to call them.  Now that's customer service.  

I told them to install Nest thermostat so I can test it for work, and I don't love it.  They are going to come back out and put a regular one in.  The tech tried to tell me but I was insisting for test reasoning.  

HVAC is expensive, so spend your money with the professional people at Griffin Mechanical.  I do A/V work and appreciate the same care I give on my house.

Easy to work with, work was done in a timely, professional manner.  I just have a little sticker shock.  My usual licensed, responsive plumber who does good work charges less than half per hour what Jack Ward does.

Vince was on time and very efficient. He was very kind and I recommend Lee Company to everyone.

Buyer beware. they offer great discounts with annual inspection agreements; however rhe techs are trained to find issues that you then have to pay to have fixed. most folks call this up-selling

We discovered our water pipe was leaking somewhere underground in our front yard.  After turning off the line in the house and at the street our meter continued to run at the rate of 1 gallon/ 45 seconds!!! Our plumber couldn't find the source readily and highly recommended American Leak Detectors. He assured us that his company had had several bad experiences with other companies who claimed they could find the leak, but now they always referred their clients to ALD because they were so successful at finding the leak. We had an excellent experience from start to finish with ALD.  Not only did they come out quickly and find the leak, but we decided to hire them also to make the repair.  Their customer service was excellent and their work was very professional.  I love my plumber, but he didn't have the heavy machinery needed to dig through the rock in our yard.  ALS is prepared to do the job and saved us so much money and time by prioritizing our situation. I am so appreciative that they worked us in their schedule and gave us an honest, fair price the job.

We are a long term customer of Lee Company.
We have spent thousands of dollars with them. New AC unit, water pump, service fees, etc.
We recently called them because we are interested in connecting our emergency generator to the house.
To come and give us an estimate they charge us a $75 dispatch fee
When I tell them I don't think I should pay that for them giving me an estimate, they say that for small jobs this is the policy. That if a project manager had come we would not have to pay that fee. The thing is that they are the ones who decide who to send.
On top of all that,  it turned out this is a 4K job and a project manager has to come and give the exact estimate. When I say, so now that this is a big job with a project manager, can you please wave the dispatch fee. They say they can't do that
This is a racket.

Our AC unit broke after 3 years, and they came to fix it but part was on back order 3 to 4 weeks is what I was told.  After that 4th week I had to call them and now it's 5 to 7 weeks on back order.  I have already went 4 weeks with no heat or air and had to buy portable heaters, they came put a part that will give me AC but does not shut off(the blower motor) which will cause my electric bill to be higher and then charger $300 for that and when said part is suppose to be here its another charge for that.  This company might have a good name but that is all you are getting a name.
