Helton's Service was referred by my home warranty. Other than the home warranty not putting the service request in when I first called, David once got he got the request he was here in the time he said he would. I like that because in the years I hire a contractor most of them do not show up as they say.  David found the issue with my AC and it was repaired in no time and even made a suggestion to my benefit. I appreciated that and I believe he was honest about it.  I would call him should I need service again.

I had been wanting to add my antique double washtub to our bathroom in our log home for quit some time. I did not want to drill into the tub but rather use the existing  small drain holes in the back of the tub. Justin came out evaluated it and came up with a plan to make it work for me. We love how it turned out. Next I refinished a clawfoot tub with copper and pewter. I wanted the old telephone style faucet with piping on the outside. Justin plumbed all of that up for me also. I don't think there is a job he can't tackle.

Over the last 4 days I had a cascade of plumbing issues.  The worst of the issues was a septic system that was backing up.  They came in and took care of my urgent issues of a kitchen faucet replacement, hot water shutoff replacement (He replaced it and the cold-water shutoff too as they were 35 years old), shower water diverter, then he diagnosed my septic problem and fixed it so that I should not have the same kind of problem again.  They worked in a professional manner and had completed all these issues in about 2-hours. The best surprise was when he handed me my bill.  I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of and all my plumbing issues were over.  I have finally found a plumber I believe is there to do a good job for me and not to sell me on more services and annual contracts!

Had a Lee Company check out my parents struggling AC unit. It seemed to be underperforming. Scheduled a visit then had to ask them to change the time.
No problem. They communicated the change of schedule and showed up on time. Greg, the technician, fully checked out my parent's unit and communicated to me his findings. He was great. The response and communication of this company is spot on. Everyone I talked to did what they said they would do. Can't recommend them enough. They were thorough, professional and a pleasure to do business with. TY to all.

I have used Champion Plumbing for water tank and faucet installation. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and prices are reasonable. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues I might have in the future!

This is my second experience with this Roto Rooter and I am again, very pleased.  Professional, friendly, efficient, economical, clean, overall I am very happy with the service I have received.    They were out in January to unclog main line and did a great job so I called again in May when my shower/tub faucet began acting up.  I definitely recommend this branch of Roto Rooter to others!

The owners recollection of what occurred is flawed.  He didn't diagnose anything.  Just took money for housecall and went into a sales  pitch trying to take advantage of my wife and sell her an overpriced replacement heater.  We fixed the problem with 100 parts and labor from a more reputable local company who said waterheater was in great shape and shouldn't be replaced.  Hot water heater looks and runs new.   Of course we called and complained.  And we will never use them again. In 5 years of living in nashville, this is my only negative review of any business.  I believe this is not a reputable company and needs to be outed as such.

This company is very sketchy actually this guy isn't even licensed bonded or insured they didn't do none of there  work was up to codes and the owner jason seems to have a bad drug problem they left our house a disaster and flooded they never answer the phone just a horrible company stay away from these guys

Update : actually get a reply from this company on this review and they want to act like it's another company SMH stay clear away from this company I've also filed complaint with bbb to try to get a refund for what they did

Brad Rakes has been our plumber for many years now.  He is very reliable and reputable. He is licensed and insured and definitely a good plumber. He has always been professional and very respectful of our property. We would highly recommend him and his company.

We called JR due to a leaking toilet inlet shut off valve and a toilet that would not fill. He came the same afternoon that we called.  He called before he arrived. He came to the door already carrying the tools he expected to use.  It took him about 7 minutes to fix the problem. I asked him to test the shut offs for both other toilets in the house and he did.  I then told him that the master toilet sounded like it was dripping under the house.  He went under the house ; found the issue (which turned out to be dripping within the drain pipe itself) and explained the problem. He then gave me VERY reasonable quotes for a few upgrades that I want done at the house.  When he was done I prepared to pay him and he said NO CHARGE. I really wasn't here very long and didn't do much at all.  Just please have me come back for the other work.  I have nothing but the VERY BEST THINGS to say about JR and I will definitely hire him back for all my plumbing needs on going.

James took on a whole new challenge for me.
I have moved to the area from Michigan last week. I am living in my RV which had developed a clog in toilet black water tank. Lots of people offered to help with no success. So I reached out to James who willingly accepted the challenge.
It was a nasty, gross job, but he stuck with it. And he successfully unclogged my toilet!
I cannot express how happy that made me.
James is a very friendly, family man. He never gave up. I very grateful.
I highly recommend his services. And if I ever need a plumber again he is the man I will call.

BE CAREFUL!!  They said they will take care of work they have done, but will not honor their word.  They charged me again to take care of a problem that arose with the work they had done.  Better than Hiller, but disappointed.

Carl arrived on time, was very nice and diagnosed the issue almost immediately.  We had an underground downspout that was clogged and Carl had to return to the office because with our downspouts they had to use a power wash.  Once he arrived back it was a matter of minutes and he had the clog removed and we were back in business.  I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter!

Great service, great people.  They have helped me with multiple condos and are extremely trustworthy.  They always put the customer first.

Had a clotheswasher issue and they were able to come one day early!!! They were here a matter of minutes and came to tell us what the issue was and how much....we said agreed to the price which didn't break the bank and the two guys went to work. Very polite and knowledgeable. The issue was corrected quickly and my husband and I both feel confident our issue is resolved! Thank you, Alford Plumbing!

My heat went out and I was worried since some lows of 17 were forecast for the near future. I have a tight budget and had been slow in calling anyone - dreading the cost. I am fortunate that I have 2 separate units - upstairs and downstairs. It was the upstairs unit and we had been making it okay in our upstairs bedrooms. Due to a few recommendations, I called Lee Company. The technician quickly told me that both my units were dead - that my downstairs must be warm due to good insulation. He stated that it would take a long time to get the part for the upstairs unit - if it would even be possible to get it. He brought the installer back the next day to give me a quote. Both the technician and the installer confirmed that both units were dead - even though they were standing in a warm room with freezing temps outside. I was told that they had the units in stock (no choice of units was given) and that the price would go up by the first of the month, but they could get them installed before the low temperatures - if I gave them the go ahead. At this point I had not been offered a written quote or any information about the recommended units. I asked for the quote to be emailed. A few minutes after they left I received a quote for almost $16,000 - with a cancellation clause that stated that immediately upon signing I would be responsible for 15% for a cancellation and restocking fee. The dead downstairs unit has continued to keep the area warm. Another technician (obviously not with Lee Co) quickly realized that the upstairs unit needed a part that cost less than $60, He was able to get the part immediately and It took less than 20 minutes for him to install it. I would never have expected this type of scam from Lee Company.
