NEI Building Systems

I have used NEI for over 7 years. Love... love Mr Dee and his men. They have repaired my appliances and installed new hot water heaters. If he can repair it he does but if he can't then I go buy a new one. He has been honest, reliable and professional at all times. I have recommended NEI to several of my family and friends.

On July 3 2023 Wednesday  my frigidaire gallery side by side ice maker tray got warped somehow stopped making ice. Popping noise began like someone knocking on the door.  I tried to do it myself. Bought a icemaker repair kit online $89. I couldn't get it to slide in place. Called Lee company they came out took my part slipped it back in place. Charged me $300 still no ice. I called someone called NEI bldg systems who did appliance repair. The men came out that same day checked the icemaker an qouted me a new icemaker repair price. Came back Friday installed it. And I had ice by 6 pm that day ! They were professional to the point knew thier stuff. Thank you so much. I got what I paid for. If you need someone to repair your appliance. Do give NEI  a call. My refrigerator went out on the morning of June 19th.  I contacted Home advisor seeking help.  I got a phone call from 615-394-3956 asking what kind of help I needed.  I explained my situation.  He explained to me that he couldn't come out that day but perhaps the next day.  Later that evening, he again called and said he would be calling me early that next morning to get my address and give me a time in which he would be here. When he called me the following morning,  I asked him to please call my friends phone who was there with me to make the arrangements since my phone was nearly dead.  We waited 1 hour for him to call back but he never did. I tried numerous times to call him back that day but kept getting his voice mail.  The last time I called his phone, I left a message asking him to please let me know one way or another if he was going to make it or not so I can make other arrangements to have someone else come over and fix my refrigerator.  I never did hear from him again.  He held up my whole day. By the time I contacted another company,  it was to late to get the refrigerator fixed.  I lost a lot of food and time.  Now I will have to wait till Monday to even contact someone else.  The least he could have done was to tell me that he wouldn't be able to make it.

NEI Building Systems really came through for us in the clutch when we really needed  a company to take care of business on our HVAC System. Thanks for great professional service

I had several plumbing issues and all were repaired quickly and expertly. I would definitely call NEI again and would recommend them.

My furnace was blowing cold air instead of heat. I paid a company to come out to service. This local,commercial company tried to convince me to purchase a new furnace.  Me
knowing my furnace
was repairable, I decided to get a 2nd opinion.  I was then referred to NEI. I contacted Damion. He seemed very nice and professional. I had to wait a few days for him to come out to do a diagnostic check. But I trusted the person who referred me, so I was patient and greatful when Damion finally arrived. He seemed very  nice, professional and knowledgeable. He also told me he was one of the owners... So I was happy and willing to work with him. Within a few days, my unit was working!!! Hallelujah!!! I paid him without delay. He made sure to mention that he gave me a good price due to our mutual acquaintance..... several times. I thought this was rather tacky...but whatever.  I finally had heat. The next day, my furnace started making a weird noise and wasn't performing optimally. I called him and he told me he would work me in to check out the issue. I waited patiently several days.
Well, everytime I called, I received an excuse why he didn't/couldn't make it. I waited 2 weeks!! I finally grew impatient.
Started to feel I was getting the run around. I called again....tried to explain my dissatisfaction. He basically told me to call another company, and then hung up on me.   He refused to answer any of my calls, or return text. I sent an email to the company and everything! All I wanted, was a scheduled day he would return, not to be worked in as a standby with unpredictable days/time.
Once paid, my issue was no longer a concern. Customer service at it's finest!! He did not honor his work. Now, I will have to trust and pay another company....my 3rd ....to come out to do ANOTHER  diagnostic check on my furnace! I am very unhappy!! My hard money wasted!!

I have called NEI for years. More than I can remember. I have never been disappointed. The last time I called my refrigerator was fixed in less than an hour. Knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, professional and dependable.

I am having thermostat problems on my HVAC system. . .and I need service in general on my units. I need to call someone. . .

NEI has helped me with serveral appliance repairs and HVAC work.  Dee has been at my house well after dark and a couple of occasions working hard so that my family would be comfortable.  Can't say enough good things about this company.  Good work, fair prices.
